Claims (10)

1. A BIM preset model creation system, comprising:
the BIM model resource library is built on a private cloud platform and is used for storing and managing BIM model resources; the BIM model resources include: BIM building blocks and BIM models; the webpage end is used for uploading the BIM model resources to be uploaded to the BIM model resource library and managing and downloading the BIM model resources stored in the BIM model resource library; and the plug-in terminal based on the Revit platform is used for downloading and calling BIM model resources stored in the BIM model resource library to create a target BIM model.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the web site comprises: the resource uploading module is used for uploading the BIM model resources to be uploaded to the BIM model resource library according to the parameter information set by the user; the BIM component library module is used for carrying out classification management on the BIM components stored in the BIM model resource library in a component tree mode and presenting the BIM components in a thumbnail list mode; the BIM model library module is used for carrying out classification management on the BIM models stored in the BIM model resource library in a mode of a component tree and presenting the BIM models in a mode of a thumbnail list; and the system management background is used for managing users, roles and authorities of the BIM preset model establishing system and carrying out statistical analysis on data in the BIM preset model establishing system.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the web page side further comprises: and the plug-in downloading module is used for downloading the installation program of the plug-in terminal based on the Revit platform to the local client.
4. The system of claim 2, wherein the plug-in side of the Revit platform comprises: the BIM resource management module is used for displaying a specified BIM and the hierarchy information of the specified BIM; and the webpage end switching function module is used for directly switching from the plug-in end based on the Revit platform to the webpage end.
5. The system of claim 2, wherein the BIM component library module is specifically configured to divide the BIM model resources stored in the BIM model resource library into four levels; among the four levels, the first level is a field level, the second level is a professional level, the third level is a category level, and the fourth level is a component level; the BIM model library module is specifically used for dividing the BIM model resources stored in the BIM model resource library into two levels; of the two levels, the first level is a domain level and the second level is an item level.
6. The system of claim 2, wherein the BIM component library module is further configured to perform information query and retrieval on the BIM model resources stored in the BIM model resource library; and the BIM model library module is also used for carrying out information query and retrieval on the BIM model resources stored in the BIM model resource library.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the system further comprises: and the checking and warehousing module is used for storing the BIM model resources which pass the checking into the BIM model resource library.
8. The system of claim 2, wherein the user-set parameter information includes at least: and at least one of a display diagram, a file classification, a component classification and a component description of the BIM model resources to be uploaded.
9. The system of claim 1, wherein the BIM components stored in the BIM model repository are created according to pre-programmed enterprise-level BIM components and BIM model modeling guidelines.
10. A BIM preset model creation method is applied to a BIM preset model creation system according to any one of claims 1 to 9; the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a BIM model resource viewing instruction by using the plug-in terminal based on the Revit platform; responding to the BIM model resource viewing instruction, and displaying the BIM model resources stored in the BIM model resource library at the plug-in terminal based on the Revit platform; acquiring a BIM model resource downloading instruction by using the plug-in terminal based on the Revit platform; the BIM model resource downloading instruction is used for indicating and downloading target BIM model resources; responding to the BIM model resource downloading instruction, and downloading the target BIM model resource to the plug-in terminal based on the Revit platform; acquiring a BIM model modeling instruction by using the plug-in terminal based on the Revit platform; the BIM modeling instruction is used for indicating that the target BIM is created based on the target BIM resource; in response to the BIM model modeling instructions, creating the target BIM model based on the target BIM model resources.
