Dust in the gas is filtered by the cloth bag cylinder 6 and accumulated on the outer side surface of the cloth bag cylinder 6, when the dust on the outer side surface of the cloth bag cylinder 6 needs to be cleaned, the transmission screw rod 7 is driven to rotate through related driving equipment, the transmission screw rod 7 is meshed with the thread ring seat 71 in a threaded manner, the thread ring seat 71 is driven to move downwards, the air disc 72 is driven to move together by the thread ring seat 71, meanwhile, the air pump 8 is started, the air pump 8 conveys the gas into the air pipe 81, the gas enters the air disc 72 through the guide pipe 73 and is sprayed out of the nozzle on the side surface of the air disc 72, and the gas is sprayed on the surface of the cloth bag cylinder 6 to blow the dust on the side surface of the cloth bag cylinder 6.
When the transmission screw rod 7 rotates, the air disc 72 is driven to rotate together, and the air disc 72 drives the nozzle to rotate together, so that dust on the side surface of the cloth bag barrel 6 is comprehensively cleaned by utilizing the rotation of the nozzle and the downward movement of the air disc 72.
When dust is accumulated on the surface of the inclined plate in the dust removal chamber 4, the threaded rod 11 is driven to rotate by the related driving device, the threaded rod 11 is in threaded engagement with the supporting block 111 to drive the scraping plates 112 to move together, when the scraping plates 112 move obliquely downwards, the scraping plates 112 are in contact with the surface of the inclined plate under the cooperation of the guide posts on the surface of the scraping plates 112 and the guide rails 12, the scraping plates 112 are utilized to scrape and clean the dust on the surface of the inclined plate, the dust is pushed into the dust discharge groove on the surface of the dust discharge roller 42, and the dust in the dust discharge groove can be discharged out of the machine body 1 by rotating the dust discharge roller 42.

Claims (9)

1. An anti-blocking dust bag collector, comprising:
the filter comprises a machine body (1), wherein a filter chamber (5) is arranged in the machine body (1), a lower plate (51) is arranged at the lower part of the filter chamber (5), the interior of the filter chamber (5) is communicated with an air inlet end (2) of the machine body (1) through the lower plate (51), and an upper plate (52) is arranged at the upper part of the filter chamber (5);
the upper ends of the cloth bag drums (6) are fixedly arranged on the surface of the upper plate (52) and communicated with the upper space of the upper plate (52), and the lower ends of the cloth bag drums (6) are arranged on the surface of the lower plate (51) in a sealing manner;
the transmission screw rods (7) are distributed in the cloth bag drums (6) in multiple groups, and are rotatably arranged in the machine body (1), the surfaces of the transmission screw rods (7) are connected with threaded ring seats (71) in a threaded manner, and the threaded ring seats (71) are arranged in the machine body (1) in a vertically moving manner;
the air disc (72) is rotatably arranged on the lower surface of the threaded ring seat (71), the air disc (72) is connected with the transmission screw rod (7) in an up-down sliding manner through a key groove and a spline, and a plurality of nozzles are arranged on the side surface of the air disc (72);
the air-delivery device comprises a guide pipe (73), wherein the lower end of the guide pipe (73) is communicated with the inside of the air disc (72), an air pump (8) and an air pipe (81) connected with the air pump (8) are arranged in the machine body (1), and the guide pipe (73) is connected with the air pipe (81).
2. The anti-blocking dust bag house of claim 1, wherein the nozzles of the side surface of the air tray (72) are mounted in a downward incline.
3. The anti-blocking dust bag dust collector as set forth in claim 1, wherein the duct (73) is a foldable tube, and a lower end of the duct (73) is fixedly installed on an upper surface of the screw ring seat (71) and is communicated with an inside of the air tray (72) through the screw ring seat (71).
4. The anti-blocking dust bag collector of claim 1, further comprising:
the rotating rods (9) are distributed on the side face of the cloth bag barrel (6), are rotatably arranged on the surface of the lower plate (51), the upper ends of the rotating rods extend into the filter chamber (5), stirring rods (91) are arranged at the upper ends of the rotating rods (9), and the stirring rods (91) extend upwards to the upper ends of the cloth bag barrel (6);
the transmission gear (10) is positioned on the surface of the rotating rod (9), a fluted disc (101) is rotatably arranged on the lower surface of the lower plate (51), and the fluted disc (101) is in gear engagement with a plurality of groups of transmission gears (10) on the surface of the rotating rod (9) on the side surface of the cloth bag barrel (6).

The anti-blocking dust bag dust collector as set forth in any one of claims 1-4, wherein the inside of the machine body (1) is provided with a gas guide chamber (3), the gas inlet end (2) extends to the inside of the gas guide chamber (3), the lower part of the lower plate (51) is provided with a dust removal chamber (4), the dust removal chamber (4) is communicated with the gas guide chamber (3), the lower surface of the dust removal chamber (4) is provided with a dust discharge port (41), the surface of the machine body (1) is provided with a gas outlet end (13), and the gas outlet end (13) is communicated with the upper space of the upper plate (52).
6. The anti-blocking dust bag dust collector as set forth in claim 5, wherein the dust discharge opening (41) is rotatably provided with a dust discharge roller (42), and a plurality of groups of dust discharge grooves are provided on the surface of the dust discharge roller (42).

The anti-blocking dust bag dust collector as set forth in claim 5, wherein the dust chamber (4) is composed of two groups of inclined plates distributed in a V-shape and two groups of opposite vertical plates, wherein one group of inclined plates is distributed on the same side as the air guide chamber (3), scraping plates (112) are arranged on the surfaces of the inclined plates, supporting blocks (111) are installed on two sides of each scraping plate (112), a threaded rod (11) is installed in the dust chamber (4) in a rotating mode, and the threaded rod (11) is in threaded connection with the supporting blocks (111).

The anti-blocking dust bag dust collector as set forth in claim 7, wherein a guide rail (12) is provided on a surface of the riser, the guide rail (12) is composed of two sets of parallel sliding grooves, two ends of the two sets of parallel sliding grooves are all communicated through V-shaped grooves, the scraper (112) is slidably connected with the supporting block (111), a guide pillar is provided on a surface of the scraper (112) away from one side of the sloping plate, and the guide pillar is located inside the guide rail (12).
9. The anti-blocking dust bag collector of claim 8, wherein a unidirectional rotation stop lever (121) is provided at a corner of the V-shaped groove inside the guide rail (12).
