Comparative example 3
The only difference compared with example 1 is that the content of the extraction solvent is not controlled within the scope of the present invention, the steps are:
1000g of tobacco powder with the particle size of 50 meshes is taken and dispersed in 7000ml of mixed solvent consisting of ethanol (3500 ml), water (3000 ml) and normal hexane (500 ml), the temperature is slowly raised to 45 ℃, the heat preservation is carried out for 2 hours, cooling and standing are carried out, 3900ml of upper extract is separated, 3900ml of the mixed solvent is added into slag, the heat preservation is continued for 2 hours at 45 ℃, and two batches of upper extract are combined. Cigarette paper and cigarette preparation were performed as in example 1. Compared with the sensory quality of a white cigarette paper (blank control, namely undyed) control cigarette, the cigarette manufactured by the cigarette paper has larger aroma concentration and richer aroma, and particularly the original faint scent characteristic of the control cigarette is more prominent, but compared with a control sample, the appearance of the cigarette paper has wider and blackened carbon line during the burning of the cigarette, and the appearance quality is reduced. Claims (18)

1. The preparation method of the natural-color tobacco essence liquid is characterized in that the natural-color tobacco essence liquid is prepared by extracting tobacco raw materials in an extraction solvent:
the extraction solvent is a mixed solvent of ethanol, water and n-hexane, wherein the volume percentage of the ethanol is 60-95%; the volume percentage of the n-hexane is 2-10%, and the balance is water.
2. The method for preparing the natural color and natural aroma extract of tobacco according to claim 1, wherein the volume percentage of ethanol in the extraction solvent is 60-95%; the volume percentage of the n-hexane is 2-10%, and the balance is water.
3. The method for preparing the natural color and natural aroma extract of tobacco according to claim 1, wherein the tobacco raw material is at least one of tobacco leaves, tobacco stems and tobacco dust;
preferably, the tobacco material is 10-200 mesh in size.

5. A method of preparing a natural tobacco aroma extract according to claim 3, wherein the extraction process is carried out at a temperature of 30-50 ℃, preferably for a single extraction time of 0.5-4 hours.

The method for preparing the natural-color natural-flavor extract of tobacco according to claim 1, wherein the extract obtained by extraction is subjected to standing sedimentation at the temperature of-20-0 ℃ to obtain a supernatant, and the supernatant is concentrated after passing through a macroporous resin column to obtain the natural-color natural-flavor extract.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the settling time is from 6 to 24 hours.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the natural color essence has a solids content of 40% -60%.
9. A method of preparing a natural color and natural aroma extract of tobacco according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein a small molecular organic acid is added to the natural color and natural aroma extract.
10. The method for preparing the natural color and natural aroma extract of tobacco according to claim 9, wherein the small molecular organic acid is one or more of citric acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, lactic acid, acetic acid and the like;
preferably, the adding amount of the small molecular organic acid is 0.01-0.1% based on the weight of the natural color essence liquid.
11. A tobacco natural color essence liquid prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 10.
12. Use of a natural tobacco color essence liquid prepared by the method of any one of claims 1 to 10 for the preparation of tobacco products;
preferably, the tobacco product is a burning cigarette;
preferably, the composite material is compounded in at least one cigarette component of cigarette paper, tipping paper, forming paper and filter tip, and is used for preparing the cigarette component with the natural color and/or the natural aroma of tobacco;
preferably, it is applied to the cigarette component by coating, spraying or dipping.

diluting the tobacco refined liquid with water until the solid content is 20-40%, coating the tobacco refined liquid on cigarette paper, drying, rolling and cutting to obtain the natural-color natural-flavor cigarette paper; the coating weight is preferably 0.5-5g/m 2
And/or, the method is used for preparing the natural color and natural aroma tipping paper of the tobacco, and comprises the following steps: diluting the tobacco refined separating liquid with water until the solid content is 5-20%, coating the tobacco refined separating liquid on the inner side of tipping paper, drying, rolling and cutting to obtain the natural-color and original-flavor tipping paper of the tobacco; the coating weight is preferably 0.5-2g/m 2
And/or preparing the natural color and natural fragrance forming paper of the tobacco by the following steps: diluting the tobacco refined separating liquid with water until the solid content is 5-10%, spraying on the molding paper, oven drying, rolling, cutting to obtain the final product, preferably 0.5-2g/m 2
And/or preparing the natural color and natural fragrance filter stick of the tobacco, which comprises the following steps: diluting the tobacco refined separating liquid with water until the solid content is 20-40%, immersing the filter stick in the refined separating liquid for 1-2h, taking out, drying, cutting, and forming with common filter stick in a compounding way to obtain the natural-color and original-fragrance filter stick of tobacco.
14. The natural-color and natural-flavor cigarette paper for tobacco is characterized by comprising cigarette paper and the natural-color and natural-flavor tobacco extract prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 1-10 compounded on the surface of the cigarette paper;
preferably, it is prepared by the steps of:
diluting the tobacco refined liquid with water until the solid content is 20-40%, coating the tobacco refined liquid on cigarette paper, drying, rolling and cutting to obtain the natural-color natural-flavor cigarette paper; the coating weight is preferably 0.5-5g/m 2
15. A tobacco natural color and natural aroma tipping paper, which is characterized by comprising tipping paper and the tobacco natural color and natural aroma extract prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 10 compounded on the surface of the tipping paper;
