Description

Cigarette flavor for cigarette paper coating liquid and application thereof, cigarette paper coating liquid and cigarette
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco flavors, and particularly relates to a tobacco flavor for cigarette paper coating liquid and application thereof, the cigarette paper coating liquid and a cigarette.
Background
The cigar-type cigarette integrates the advantages and characteristics of cigar and flue-cured tobacco, and has the flavor characteristics of rich and rich cigar and pure and comfortable flue-cured tobacco. The cigar type cigarette generally adopts brown coil paper, the appearance color is closer to that of cigars, but the characteristic flavor of the cigars is lacked, and the cigar flavor can be enhanced to a certain extent by adopting a mode of perfuming the cigarette paper.
Chinese patent application with application publication number CN101886355A discloses a colored cigarette paper and a preparation method, wherein a tobacco extract, a natural plant extract and an edible pigment are adopted to prepare a dyeing solution, and the dyeing solution is added to the cigarette paper through a sizing applicator, so that the color of the cigarette paper is closer to the original color of tobacco while increasing aroma; yanshao and the like (tobacco science and technology, 2009 (5), 5-9) select natural extracts of tobacco extract, black tea, acorn shell, walnut shell and cocoa shell and edible pigment as color matching raw materials to prepare brown cigarette paper liquid, and carry out colorimetric analysis; the Chinese patent application with the application publication number of CN104928979A discloses a coating liquid consisting of fruit Maillard reactants, cigar type cigarette special flavor and potassium sorbate, and realizes the coloring and flavoring of cigarette paper through Maillard reaction products, coffee extract, cocoa extract and fenugreek extract. The Chinese patent application with application publication No. CN106012665A discloses a color cigarette paper coating spice and a using method thereof, wherein a gardenia extract, a beet extract, a cocoa extract, a Yunnan tobacco extract and the like are adopted to prepare the spice, and then the spice is mixed with a combustion improver and water and coated on the surface of the cigarette paper so as to optimize the appearance of the cigarette paper and improve the smoking quality.
The tobacco extract is extracted from tobacco, contains tobacco intrinsic fragrant components, has the advantages of natural and harmonious fragrance, compensation of intrinsic fragrance of the tobacco, prominent style characteristics and the like, and is an irreplaceable fragrance raw material for cigarette blending and novel tobacco product development. However, most of the above tobacco extracts and other natural plant extracts are crude extracts, and are prepared by using water as a solvent, and have certain disadvantages when used on cigarette paper, such as: the extract has complex components, plant wax, starch and the like contained in the extract have negative effects on the sense of cigarettes during combustion and are not beneficial to improving the smoking quality of the cigarettes, and the existence of compounds such as saccharides and the like can have great influence on the tensile strength of paper. Therefore, the tobacco extract meeting the requirements of the cigarette paper is prepared, the use of adhesives and pigments is reduced or avoided, and the cigar flavor of the cigar type cigarette is improved, so that the cigar type cigarette can meet the dyeing requirement, and the purpose of improving the characteristic flavor of the cigar type cigarette can be achieved, and the preparation method has important significance for the development of cigar type cigarettes.

The cigarette paper coating liquid is obtained by mixing two tobacco extracts of a cigar flavor tobacco recombinant substance in a tobacco flavor, wherein the tobacco extract A is obtained by carrying out alcohol precipitation treatment on an extract formed by tobacco extract to remove long-chain alkane, and then carrying out two-stage molecular distillation, and the treatment process can effectively reduce the contents of low-carbon alkane and high-grade fatty acid in the tobacco extract, so that the fragrance notes of the tobacco extract A, such as sweet honey, sour and baking, are more prominent, meanwhile, the miscellaneous gas and the irritation are reduced, and the sensory quality is greatly improved; the tobacco extract B is obtained by carrying out Maillard reaction on the extracted tobacco leaf residues after secondary extraction, so that the content of reducing sugar in the tobacco extract B is reduced, the effects of increasing the aroma concentration and the thickness of the tobacco extract B are achieved, and the purpose of dyeing can be achieved.
The cigar flavor tobacco recombinant in the cigarette spice for the cigarette paper coating liquid utilizes the volatile aroma components in tobacco to provide the cigar characteristic aroma such as dry grass aroma, sweet and sweet aroma, sour aroma and the like; the Maillard reaction spice is prepared from the nonvolatile components, so that the smoke concentration and the thick feeling are enhanced; the tobacco heavy component with outstanding cigar flavor is obtained by effective combination of the two components, so that the prepared tobacco flavor has large fragrance amount and high fragrance concentration, meanwhile, the cocoa extract and the olibanum oil can increase the fragrance and the smoke concentration, isovaleric acid can endow cigar with characteristic flavor, 2-methyl valeric acid can effectively reduce stimulation, and a better sensory effect is brought to consumers. The invention carries out fractional extraction aiming at chemical components with different polarities in the tobacco leaves, can utilize the tobacco leaf resources to the maximum extent and achieves the aims of reducing cost and improving efficiency.

The alcohol precipitation and the solid-liquid separation in the step (2) are as follows: adding ethanol or absolute ethanol with volume fraction of 95% in an amount which is 5 to 10 times the mass of the concentrated extract liquor, heating to 30 to 50 ℃, keeping for 20 to 60min, cooling to room temperature, transferring to a refrigerator with the temperature of minus 20 to minus 5 ℃, freezing for 8 to 24h, then carrying out suction filtration or centrifugal separation at low temperature, and carrying out reduced pressure concentration on the obtained clear liquid to remove the ethanol, thus obtaining the concentrate.
In the step (2), the pressure of the primary molecular distillation is 0.001-0.01 mbar, and the pressure of the secondary molecular distillation is 0.001-0.01 mbar.
And (4) extracting the tobacco leaf residues in the step (3), wherein the extraction temperature is 60-80 ℃, the extraction time is 0.5-3 h, the mass ratio of the tobacco leaf residues to the extracting agent is 1-6-1.
In the step (3), the molar ratio of the glucose to the amino acid is 1-2. The amino acid is aspartic acid, glutamic acid or a mixture of the two.
The temperature of the Maillard reaction in the step (3) is 80-110 ℃, and the reaction time is 1-3 h. Diluting the reactant with water to 10-30 wt%, filtering with 10-50 kD ultrafiltering membrane to obtain permeate and retentate, and vacuum concentrating the permeate to obtain tobacco extract B.
