the management system calls a communication platform interface to realize the functions of flow charge inquiry, flow package setting and activation/deactivation/cancellation of the SIM card;
the user APP realizes the functions of SIM card application, site terminal binding/unbinding of SIM card, SIM card charge inquiry and approval processing based on the management system;
the self-service device is used for realizing user login, card warehouse entry, card application, card receiving, card binding/unbinding, card recovery, card cancellation and processing approval.
