The intelligent package management flow of the SIM card is as follows in FIG. 4:
1. binding a terminal;
2. acquiring the number of terminal files, the number of tasks, the historical flow consumption and the flow use peak value;
3. generating a recommended package according to the data;
4. and setting recommended packages for the terminal.
Because the electricity consumption condition is different in each place, the demand of some terminals for the flow is also different, thus the waste that some terminal month flow packages are not used up is generated, some terminal month flow packages are not enough, and if the same packages are uniformly adopted, the following problems are caused: terminals with excessive usage cannot normally communicate with the master station, and the terminals with excessive traffic waste traffic package funds. As shown in FIG. 4, in order to solve the above problems, the management system intelligently calculates the flow of the next month through a deep learning algorithm based on the data of the number of the district user files, the number of the terminal tasks, the peak value of the historical flow, the historical usage amount and the like, and sets the flow packages in advance, so that the economic benefit is greatly improved and the waste is reduced.
The process flow of the card-out exception of the collar card is as shown in fig. 5:
1. abnormal card discharging;
2. under abnormal conditions, the SIM card is blocked and retreated to the recovery box;
3. if the card information is not read, judging whether the card is reversely arranged, if so, returning the recovery box, and if not, putting the bad card box.
Fig. 6 shows a process of applying and approving a SIM card:
1. the field staff initiates application to the background system on the APP.
2. The backend system submits the staff id as a parameter to a top level approval list of the marketing acquisition staff.
3. The background system creates approval data and pushes information to an approver.
4. The approver processes the approval at the APP and pushes the approval to the next approver after passing through.
5. If the next approver does not exist, the approval is completed, approval completion information is pushed to the applicant, operation guidance and navigation information are generated, and the user is guided to the business hall self-service equipment to guide the card according to the guidance.
The SIM card receiving flow is as shown in fig. 7:
1. the on-site personnel log in to the business hall self-service equipment through an account number or a card swiping.
2. And selecting a card capturing function on the self-service machine.
3. The system inquires the available card information of personnel and displays the card information to the field personnel for confirmation.
4. And (3) after the field personnel confirms that the person is correct, shooting and evidence obtaining are carried out, and the face recognition is carried out, so that whether the system shoots and logs in the user through the face recognition to confirm whether the system operates.
5. The identification automatically goes out of the card through the self-service equipment.
6. And (3) finishing the printing of the receipt by card discharging, prompting the user to take the card, and realizing the adoption of the unattended card capturing.
The binding procedure of the SIM card is as shown in fig. 8:
1. the field personnel log in the mobile phone APP, and select and bind the terminal function in the received SIM card.
2. Inputting terminal codes or scanning terminal bar codes.
3. And submitting the card information and the terminal information to the background, and generating a binding record by the background, and verifying the state of the binding record.
4. The field personnel loads the card into the terminal, and the terminal recognizes the SIM card and forwards the SIM card to the background system through the metering station.
5. The background system changes the record into successful binding, and if the terminal binds other SIM cards at the moment, the previous SIM card is automatically unbound and an unbound record is generated.
As shown in fig. 9, the present invention provides a set of anti-card recognition and correction procedures to improve automation:
1. a camera and a light supplementing lamp are arranged in the SIM card self-service equipment;
2. if the SIM card information cannot be read by the SIM card identification module in the card issuing process, the SIM card identification module may be the anti-card or damaged, and the anti-card identification program is started to carry out identification judgment.
3. The front and back face recognition adopts a yolov5 target detection algorithm, wherein the flow of the training recognition data set is shown in fig. 10.
4. The program firstly turns on the light supplementing lamp and photographs the card, then the yoloV5 target detection algorithm is adopted to process the image so as to distinguish the front and the back, if the card is reversely assembled, the card is sent to the recovery box, otherwise, the card is judged to be damaged and the card is sent to the bad card box.
The abnormal card issuing occurs in the card issuing process, and is mainly characterized in that the card issuing device is blocked, the card is provided with information which cannot be read by the card reading module, and the card is damaged, and the card information cannot be read by the card reading module. In the case of the above situation, the administrator needs to be informed by the card-capturing person, and the administrator An Paiyun can open the case to be maintained on site, so that the efficiency is low and the manpower resource is wasted. The invention provides a scheme for automatically correcting card discharging abnormality, which adopts a back push rod to push the card out of the machine to a recovery box for re-warehouse for card discharging device clamping, and enables a card-reversing identification process to be processed for an unrecognized card system. The identification process of the bad card of the anti-card comprises the following steps: when the card which cannot be identified is displayed, the internal light supplementing lamp is turned on, the internal camera collects the card image and transmits the card image to the system, the system distinguishes the front side and the back side through a yoloV5 (object detection) algorithm, if the card is reversely assembled, the card is sent to the recovery box, and otherwise, the card is judged to be damaged and is sent to the bad card box.

the marketing system is responsible for interfacing user information with the management system, user login verification and approver relationship information;
the metering system is responsible for binding and unbinding a SIM card of the docking terminal with the management system, monitoring the flow and information of the position;
the management system calls a communication platform interface to realize the functions of flow charge inquiry, flow package setting and activation/deactivation/cancellation of the SIM card;
the user APP realizes the functions of SIM card application, site terminal binding/unbinding of SIM card, SIM card charge inquiry and approval processing based on the management system;
the self-service device is used for realizing user login, card warehouse entry, card application, card receiving, card binding/unbinding, card recovery, card cancellation and processing approval.

The SIM card management system of claim 1, wherein: the management system comprises a card file management unit, an approval data flow management unit, a self-service equipment management unit, a user login verification unit, a flow/early warning information pushing unit, an intelligent package management unit, an OCR card information identification service unit and a yolo front and back identification service unit; the management system monitors the flow of the SIM card in the idle state through the communication platform, if the flow of the idle card exceeds the limit, the idle card is judged to be private, and alarm information is generated and pushed to the manager; for the received SIM card, the management system package continuously monitors the SIM card flow through the service of the communication platform, generates abnormal alarm information when the card is abnormal, highlights and displays the abnormal alarm information on a management platform interface, pushes the abnormal alarm information to an administrator and a receiver, automatically deactivates the card without using the flow in the first preset time in the received state, pushes the alarm information to the administrator and the receiver before the card without using the flow in the second preset time is deactivated or is logged off, acquires the position information on the basis of the SIM card base station positioning technology for the SIM card in the bound terminal state, periodically reports the position information to the management system, compares the terminal file installation position, generates the abnormal alarm information to highlight on the management platform interface if the position is not matched, and pushes the abnormal alarm information to the administrator and the receiver.
