The device management center 2 and the subscriber identity card management center 3 may be a unified management center.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the multi-channel communication device 1 is located at the side of the user terminal 5, and may be connected to the user terminal 5 as an independent device or may be integrated with the user terminal 5.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the network may be a mobile network or WiFi.
The first embodiment,
Fig. 2 shows an implementation flow of a method for improving utilization of a subscriber identity card according to an embodiment of the present invention, an application and a device management center, and fig. 3 is a timing diagram corresponding thereto, which is detailed as follows:
in step S110, when the first multi-channel communication device accesses the network through the subscriber identity module card centrally allocated by the subscriber identity module card management center, the current traffic usage reported by the first multi-channel communication device according to the preset reporting rule is received.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset reporting rule is real-time reporting and timed reporting, wherein when the report is timed reporting, the report may be performed once every preset time, for example, once every 10 minutes, or may be set to a preset time point, for example, 6 points, that is, the report may be performed once every 6 o' clock is reached.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the current flow usage includes a current flow usage amount, a current flow usage speed, a flow usage duration, and the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first multichannel communication equipment firstly requests the user identification card from the user identification card management center, accesses the network according to the user identification card distributed by the user identification card management center, and reports the traffic use condition to the equipment management center through a preset reporting rule.
In step S120, according to the current traffic usage and a preset dormancy determination rule, it is determined whether the first multi-channel communication device is in a state to be dormant.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset rule of the sleep determination includes: if the flow report is not received within the preset time duration, or the reported flow does not reach the preset flow use threshold, it is determined that the multi-channel communication device is in the to-be-dormant state, where the preset time duration may be a specific numerical value, for example, 3 minutes, 5 minutes, and the like, and may be specifically set according to an actual situation, which is not limited in the present invention.
Further, in order to prevent the system from frequently determining that the device enters the standby state or cancels the standby state due to the fact that the user uses the device for a while and does not use the device for a while in a short time, the duration of the non-flow report or the report of insufficient flow can be set to be longer, for example, 30 min.
In an embodiment of the present invention, to avoid that a user enters into a sleep state after the first multi-channel communication device is started up and the user has not started using the first multi-channel communication device, a login duration may be set, for example, 30min, and after logging in for 30min, within a preset time period, a traffic report is not received, or a reported traffic does not reach a preset traffic use threshold, it is determined that the multi-channel communication device is in a state to be in the sleep state.
In another embodiment of the present invention, to prevent a user from entering a to-be-dormant state due to failure of normal use after the first multi-channel communication device is powered on, the traffic usage amount reported by the multi-channel communication device may be counted, and after the cumulative usage traffic after logging in reaches a preset traffic usage threshold, the traffic report is not received within a preset time period, or the reported traffic does not reach the preset traffic usage threshold, the multi-channel communication device is determined to be in the to-be-dormant state. The preset flow rate usage threshold may be a specific value, for example, 50M, and may be specifically set according to an actual situation, which is not limited by the present invention.
In step S130, if the determination result is yes, the subscriber identity card allocated by the subscriber identity card management center is marked as a subscriber identity card to be dormant, and the subscriber identity card management center is notified, so that the second multi-channel communication device can access the network through the subscriber identity card to be dormant when there is no idle subscriber identity card.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the traffic usage reported by the first multi-channel communication device satisfies the preset rule to be dormant, the subscriber identity card currently used by the first multi-channel communication device is marked as the state to be dormant, and the subscriber identity card is allocated by the subscriber identity card management center and can be a virtual subscriber identity card.
When the second multi-channel communication equipment requests the user identification card from the user identification card management center, if no idle user identification card exists at the moment, the user identification card to be dormant is distributed to the second multi-channel communication equipment, so that the user identification card is utilized for multiple times, and the utilization rate of the user identification card is improved.
In the embodiment of the invention, the equipment management center and the SIM card management center can realize information synchronization, namely, the equipment management center can synchronize the SIM card management center when the SIM card is marked to enter a to-be-dormant state.
In an embodiment of the present invention, further comprising,
in step S140, if the determination result is no, no processing is performed.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the first multi-channel communication equipment accesses the network through the user identification card distributed by the user identification card management center, the flow use condition sent by the first multi-channel communication equipment is received through the equipment management center, whether the first multi-channel communication equipment is in the state to be dormant is judged according to the flow use condition, when the first multi-channel communication equipment is in the state to be dormant, the user identification card distributed by the user identification card management center is marked as the user identification card to be dormant, and the user identification card management center is informed, so that the second multi-channel communication equipment can access the network through the user identification card to be dormant when no idle user identification card exists, one user identification card can be used by a plurality of users by preferentially distributing the user identification card not used by the user currently to the user needing to use the user identification card, the problem of the cost of spare cards wasted in the mode that only one card corresponds to one user in the prior art is effectively solved, and the utilization rate of the user identification card can be effectively improved.
Example II,
Fig. 4 shows an implementation flow of another method for improving utilization of a subscriber identity card according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is similar to the first embodiment, except that the method marks the subscriber identity card centrally allocated in the subscriber identity card management center as a pending dormancy state, and then further includes:
in step S210, receiving a traffic usage amount reported by the first multi-channel communication device;
in step S220, when the traffic usage reaches a preset traffic threshold for releasing the to-be-dormant state, the to-be-dormant state of the first multi-channel communication device is released.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the first multi-channel communication device is in the to-be-dormant state, if the traffic usage amount reported by the first multi-channel communication device is received and the used traffic reaches the traffic usage threshold for releasing the to-be-dormant state, the first multi-channel communication device releases the to-be-dormant state and continues to surf the internet using the network that resides before.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the flow threshold for releasing the to-be-dormant state may be a specific value, for example, 512kb, and the specific flow threshold for releasing the to-be-dormant state may be set according to an actual situation, which is not limited in the present invention.

Fig. 5 shows an implementation flow of a hibernation method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, which is similar to the first embodiment, except that the step of marking the subscriber identity card centrally allocated by the subscriber identity card management center as a state to be hibernated further includes:
in step S410, receiving a dormancy notification sent by the subscriber identity card management center, where the dormancy notification carries information of a multi-channel communication device to be dormant;
in step S420, according to the information of the multi-channel communication device to be dormant, the corresponding multi-channel communication device to be dormant enters a dormant state.
In the embodiment of the invention, when other multi-channel communication equipment requests card allocation to a user identification card management center, if no idle card exists at the moment, the user identification card corresponding to the multi-channel communication equipment requesting card allocation is acquired by matching with the user identification card to be dormant, the multi-channel communication equipment to be dormant corresponding to the user identification card to be dormant is acquired according to the user identification card to be dormant, and at the moment, the user identification card management center sends a dormancy notification to the equipment management center to inform the equipment management center to set the multi-channel communication equipment to be dormant to be in a dormant state, release the user identification card to be dormant of the multi-channel communication equipment to be dormant, and distribute the user identification card to be dormant to other multi-channel communication equipment for use.
Example four,
Fig. 6 shows a flow of implementing a method for releasing dormancy according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is similar to the first embodiment, except that the multi-channel communication device in a state to be dormant is set to be dormant according to the dormancy notification, and then the method further includes:
in step S510, a cancel sleep notification sent by the multi-channel communication device entering the sleep state is received.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the multi-channel communication equipment enters the dormant state and needs to use the network service again, a notification of canceling the dormant state can be sent to the equipment management center so as to cancel the dormant state and restore the network service.
In step S520, according to the notification of canceling dormancy, sending a subscriber identity card allocation request to the subscriber identity card management center, where the subscriber identity card allocation request carries information of the subscriber identity card used before the multi-channel communication device entering the dormant state sleeps.
In the embodiment of the invention, because the subscriber identification card used before the dormant multi-channel communication equipment is recovered by the subscriber identification card management center, after receiving the notification of canceling dormancy sent by the equipment management module, the equipment management center sends the subscriber identification card distribution request to the subscriber identification card management center and comprises the subscriber identification card information used before the dormant multi-channel communication equipment entering the dormant state is dormant, so that the subscriber identification card management center distributes the subscriber identification card used before to the dormant multi-channel communication equipment in priority, the wireless re-matching is carried out, and the multi-channel communication equipment can be accessed to the original network in priority.
In step S530, when the subscriber identity module card corresponding to the subscriber identity module card information is idle, receiving the subscriber identity module card corresponding to the subscriber identity module card information, which is allocated by the subscriber identity module card management center; or,
in step S540, when the subscriber identity module card corresponding to the subscriber identity module card information is busy, the subscriber identity module card corresponding to the multi-channel communication device entering the dormant state, which is allocated by the subscriber identity module card management center according to a preset allocation rule, is received.
In the embodiment of the invention, when sending a card distribution request to a subscriber identity card management center, the subscriber identity card management center firstly inquires according to subscriber identity card information used before a multi-channel communication device entering a dormant state carried in the card distribution request is dormant, when the subscriber identity card corresponding to the subscriber identity card information is in an idle state at present, the subscriber identity card is distributed to the dormant subscriber identity card to access a network, and when the subscriber identity card corresponding to the subscriber identity card information is in a busy state, the subscriber identity card corresponding to the dormant multi-channel communication device and the dormant multi-channel communication device is obtained and distributed to the network by searching a subscriber identity card storage module.
In the embodiment of the invention, the preset allocation rule is that the local subscriber identity module card is preferentially allocated according to the current geographical position information of the dormant subscriber identity module card, and the subscriber identity module card with good signal quality and low charge rate is acquired from the local subscriber identity module card and allocated to the multi-channel communication equipment.
Example V,
Fig. 7 shows an implementation flow of a method for improving utilization of a subscriber identity card according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to a subscriber identity card management center, and is detailed as follows:
in step S510, a card allocation request reported by the second multi-channel communication device according to a preset reporting rule is received, where the card allocation request includes card allocation parameters.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset reporting rule includes real-time reporting, timed reporting, or reporting once every moving a preset distance.
The timed reporting may be performed every preset time, such as 5 seconds, or every time a set time point is reached, such as 6 o 'clock, or every time 6 o' clock.
In the embodiment of the invention, the card configuration parameters comprise the current geographic position information of the user, the user identification code and other information.
The current geographic position information is the geographic position information of the current geographic position of the multi-channel communication equipment, and can be a specific coordinate point or a coordinate range; the user identification code is used for uniquely identifying one user by the unique identification code, and can be a user name, a password and the like.
In step S520, according to the card allocation parameter, whether there exists an idle subscriber identity module card matching the card allocation parameter is searched.
In the embodiment of the invention, according to the current geographical position information carried in the card configuration request reported by the second multi-channel communication equipment according to the preset rule, the network operator identifier with the optimal network quality corresponding to the current geographical position information is obtained, and further according to the network operator identifier and the user identification code, whether an idle user identification card corresponding to the network operator identifier exists in the idle user identification card is searched.
In the embodiment of the invention, the idle subscriber identity card is a subscriber identity card which is not currently allocated to other multi-channel communication equipment, and can be a virtual subscriber identity card.
In step S530, if the result is negative, the subscriber identity module card to be dormant corresponding to the card configuration parameter is searched for in the subscriber identity module card marked as the state to be dormant.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the idle subscriber identity module corresponding to the current geographical location information reported by the second multi-channel communication equipment is not found according to the current geographical location information, the equipment management center marks the subscriber identity module to be dormant, acquires the network operator identifier with the optimal network quality corresponding to the current geographical location information, and further searches the subscriber identity module to be dormant corresponding to the network operator identifier according to the network operator identifier and the subscriber identity module.

The user identification card which is not used by the user at present is preferentially distributed to the user needing to use the user identification card, one user identification card can be used by a plurality of users, the problem of waste of the cost of the standby card caused by the mode that only one card corresponds to one user in the prior art is effectively solved, and the utilization rate of the user identification card can be effectively improved.
EXAMPLE seven
Fig. 9 shows an implementation flow of another method for releasing dormancy according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is similar to the fifth embodiment, except that the sending a dormancy notification to the device management center to enable the multi-channel communication device to be dormant to enter a dormant state further includes:
in step S710, a subscriber identity card allocation request sent by the device management center is received, where the subscriber identity card allocation request carries information of a subscriber identity card used before the dormant multi-channel communication device is dormant.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the multi-channel communication equipment to be dormant enters the dormant state according to the dormancy notification of the SIM card management center, and the SIM card distributed by the SIM card management center is released, if the user wants to use the network service again, the SIM card management center receives the SIM card distribution request sent by the equipment management center when the equipment management center obtains the dormancy release notification sent by the dormant multi-channel communication equipment, so that the SIM card management center distributes the SIM card to the dormant multi-channel communication equipment according to the SIM card distribution request, so that the dormant multi-channel communication equipment releases the dormant state and accesses the network again.
In step S720, according to the subscriber identity card information, it is queried whether the subscriber identity card corresponding to the subscriber identity card information is in an idle state.
In the embodiment of the invention, after a card configuration request sent by an equipment management center is received, according to the information of the subscriber identity card used before dormancy of the dormant multi-channel communication equipment carried by the card configuration request, a subscriber identity card storage module is inquired preferentially, and whether the subscriber identity card corresponding to the information of the subscriber identity card used before dormancy of the dormant multi-channel communication equipment is in an idle state currently or not is judged.
Wherein the idle state comprises that the subscriber identity card is not allocated to other multi-channel communication equipment, or that the subscriber identity card is marked to be in a dormant state.
In step S730, if the result is negative, a subscriber identity card corresponding to the dormant multi-channel communication device is allocated to the dormant multi-channel communication device, so that the dormant multi-channel communication device accesses the network through the subscriber identity card.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a subscriber identity module corresponding to subscriber identity module information used before dormant multi-channel communication equipment carried in a card allocation request sent by an equipment management center is dormant, a network operator identifier with the best network quality corresponding to the current geographic position information is obtained again according to the current geographic position information of the multi-channel communication equipment, and further according to the network operator identifier and a subscriber identity module, the subscriber identity module corresponding to the network operator identifier is searched and distributed to the dormant multi-channel communication equipment, so that the multi-channel communication equipment is accessed to a network again according to the subscriber identity module.
In step S740, if the result is yes, the subscriber identity card corresponding to the subscriber identity card information is allocated to the multi-channel communication device in the dormant state, so that the dormant multi-channel communication device is re-connected to the network.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the subscriber identity card corresponding to the subscriber identity card information used before the dormant multi-channel communication device is dormant, which is carried in the card configuration request sent by the device management center, is in an idle state, the subscriber identity card used before the dormant multi-channel communication device is preferentially allocated to the dormant multi-channel communication device, so that the dormant multi-channel communication device can access a network where the dormant multi-channel communication device resides before, and the matching does not need to be performed again.
Further, when the position of the dormant multi-channel communication device changes, in order to ensure that the dormant multi-channel communication device can access the optimal network service at any time, the subscriber identity module card with the best network quality and the lowest rate is matched again according to the current geographical position information.
