Referring to fig. 2, the first rainwater collection module 14 is disposed under the soil layer 11. The first rainwater collecting module 14 includes, in order from top to bottom, a geotextile layer 141, a sponge layer 142, a sand layer 143, a first concrete layer 144, and a first foundation layer 145. The geotechnical cloth layer 141 and the sponge layer 142 can effectively filter impurities in soil and rainwater.
Referring to fig. 2, a first stationary pool 146, a water reservoir 147, and a first collecting pipe 148 are disposed in the first substrate layer 145. The first manifold 148 is located above the first fixed pool 146, the upper end surface of the first manifold 148 is fixedly connected with a plurality of first fixed pipes 1481, and the plurality of first fixed pipes 1481 are distributed in an array along the length direction of the first manifold 148. The first fixed pipe 1481 penetrates the first foundation layer 145 and the first concrete layer 144 upward, the upper end of the first fixed pipe 1481 contacts with the lower end face of the sand layer 143, and the end face of the first fixed pipe 1481 close to the sand layer 143 is fixedly connected with a filter screen 1482.
Referring to fig. 2, a first operation pipe 1483 is fixedly connected to a lower end surface of the first manifold 148, and the first operation pipe 1483 penetrates the first substrate layer 145 downward and is inserted into the first fixed tank 146. The first water discharge pipe 1471 is provided at the lower end of the first fixing bath 146, and the first water discharge pipe 1471 communicates with the water reservoir 147. The side of the reservoir 147 is connected with an overflow pipe, and the end face of the overflow pipe away from the reservoir 147 is connected to a city sewer pipe.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first purification module 15 is disposed in the first stationary tank 146. A first fixing chamber 1461 is provided inside the first fixing bath 146. The end face of the first fixing chamber 1461 close to the pavement 2 is set as a first fixing face, the end face of the first fixing chamber 1461 close to the pavement 3 is set as a second fixing face, and the end face of the fixing chamber close to the pavement 3 is set as a second fixing face. The first fixing surface is rotatably connected with a first fixing plate 151, and a first gap 158 is arranged between the first fixing plate 151 and the second fixing surface. The second fixing surface is rotatably connected with a second fixing plate 152, and a second gap 159 is arranged between the second fixing plate 152 and the first fixing surface. The second fixing plate 152 is positioned below the first fixing plate 151.
Referring to fig. 2, a micro-filtration membrane 153 is disposed between the upper end surface of the first fixing plate 151 and the inner wall of the first fixing chamber 1461, and the micro-filtration membrane 153 is disposed between the first gap 158 and the first operation pipe 1483. The microfiltration membrane 153 is used for removing colloid and high molecular organics. An ultrafiltration membrane 154 is provided between the first and second fixing plates 151 and 152. Ultrafiltration membrane 154 is used to remove colloid-grade particulates and macromolecules. A reverse osmosis membrane 155 is disposed between the second fixing plate 152 and the inner wall of the first fixing chamber 1461, and the reverse osmosis membrane 155 is disposed between the second space 159 and the first drain pipe 1471. The reverse osmosis membrane 155 removes dissolved salts, colloids, microorganisms, organic matters, and the like in water. The microfiltration membrane 153, ultrafiltration membrane 154 and reverse osmosis membrane 155 are all elastic.
Referring to fig. 2, a first spring 156 is provided between the first and second fixing plates 151 and 152 to connect the two, and the first spring 156 is provided between the ultrafiltration membrane 154 and the first gap 158. A second spring 157 is provided between the second fixing plate 152 and the bottom wall of the first fixing chamber 1461, and the second spring 157 is provided between the reverse osmosis membrane 155 and the second space 159.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a plurality of spray modules 16 are provided, and the plurality of spray modules 16 are arrayed along the length direction of the green belt 1. Spray module 16 includes a base 161, a water pump 162, a water inlet tube 163, a water outlet tube 164, and a spray head 165.
Referring to fig. 2, a bottom plate 161 is disposed above the soil layer 11, and a water pump 162 is fixedly connected above the bottom plate 161. One end of the water inlet pipe 163 is inserted into the reservoir 147. The other end of the water inlet pipe 163 penetrates the first foundation layer 145, the first concrete layer 144, the sponge layer 142, the geotechnical cloth layer 141, the soil layer 11 and the bottom plate 161 in this order upward, and is connected with the water inlet of the water pump 162. The water outlet pipe 164 is connected with the water outlet of the water pump 162, and one end of the water outlet pipe 164 away from the water pump 162 is connected with the spray head 165.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a protective cover 166 is provided on the base plate 161, and the protective cover 166 is used for covering the water pump 162. The upper end of the protective cover 166 is provided with a through hole for the water outlet pipe 164 to pass through. The base plate 161 is provided with a waterproof assembly 17, and the waterproof assembly 17 includes a telescopic tube 171 and a buoyancy block 172. The telescopic tube 171 is fixedly connected to the upper end surface of the bottom plate 161, and the telescopic tube 171 is sleeved outside the water pump 162 and the water inlet tube 163 positioned on the bottom plate 161. The bellows 171 is coated with a water-resistant coating on its surface. One end of the telescoping tube 171 remote from the base plate 161 is fixedly connected to a buoyancy block 172.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, two locking structures 18 connecting the two are provided between the hood 166 and the base plate 161, and the locking structures 18 are symmetrically formed along the vertical center line of the base plate 161. The locking structure 18 includes a hook portion 181 disposed on a side of the base plate 161 and a snap-action member 182 disposed on a side of the shield 166. The latch movable member 182 connects the hood 166 to the base plate 161 when the hook portion 181 is hooked.
Referring to fig. 4, the pavement 2 includes a floor tile layer 21, a second rainwater collection 22, and a second purification module 23. The floor tile layer 21 is formed by assembling a plurality of floor tile blocks 211. A plurality of tile blocks 211 are arranged in a rectangular array, and gaps for water to pass through are reserved between adjacent tile blocks 211.
Referring to fig. 4, a second rainwater collecting 22 module is disposed under the ground brick layer 21, and the second rainwater collecting 22 module includes a second concrete layer 221, a second foundation layer 222, and a second fixed tank 223. The second concrete layer 221 is disposed below the ground brick layer 21, and a plurality of fixing grooves 224 are formed in an upper end surface of the second concrete layer 221, where the number of the plurality of fixing grooves 224 is the same as the number of the ground brick blocks 211. A plurality of fixing slots 224 are arranged along a rectangular array, and a shunting hole 2241 for communicating the two fixing slots 224 is arranged between two adjacent fixing slots 224, and the shunting hole 2241 upwards penetrates through the base layer.
Referring to fig. 4, a bottom wall of each of the fixing grooves 224 is provided with a fixing hole 2242. The second stationary pool 223 is disposed within the second substrate layer 222. The second fixing pipe 225 is penetrated in the fixing hole 2242, and the lower end of the second fixing pipe 225 is inserted into the second fixing bath 223.
Referring to fig. 4, a plurality of diversion holes 2243 are formed in the second concrete layer 221, and a diversion pipe 226 for connecting two adjacent second fixed pipes 225 is disposed between the two adjacent second fixed pipes, and the diversion pipe 226 is disposed obliquely. When the water in one second stationary pipe 225 is excessive, the water may flow into the other second stationary pipe 225 through the flow guide pipe 226.
Referring to fig. 4, the filter structures 24 are provided in a number, and the number of the filter structures 24 is the same as the number of the tile blocks 211. The filter structure 24 includes a support ring 241, a fixed cylinder 242, and a water permeable geotextile 243. The supporting ring 241 is fixedly connected to the bottom wall of the fixing groove 224, and the outer circumferential surface of the supporting ring 241 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the fixing groove 224.
Referring to fig. 4, the water permeable geotechnical cloth 243 is disposed on the bottom wall of the fixing groove 224, the fixing cylinder 242 is disposed at the upper end of the water permeable geotechnical cloth 243, the upper end surface of the fixing cylinder 242 is provided with a receiving groove 2421, and the bottom wall of the receiving groove 2421 is provided with a receiving hole 2422.
Referring to fig. 4, a second operation pipe 227 is fixedly connected to an upper end of the second fixing bath 223, and a second collecting pipe 228 is connected to an upper end surface of the second operation pipe 227. The lower end surface of the second stationary pipe 225 communicates with the second collecting pipe 228.
Referring to fig. 4, a second fixed chamber 2231 is provided in the second fixed tank 223, and a second purification module 23 is provided in the second fixed chamber 2231. The second purification module 23 is provided with a first activated carbon filtration layer 231, an oil removal layer 232, a first non-woven fabric filtration layer 233, and a first alkaline material layer 234 in this order from top to bottom.
Referring to fig. 4, activated carbon is fixedly connected to the inside of the first activated carbon filter layer 231, and the activated carbon can adsorb larger particles in rainwater. The oil removing layer 232 is internally provided with oil removing powder CY-1 particles, the oil removing powder CY-1 particles are processed by natural minerals, and the particles are honeycomb-shaped and absorb oily substances in rainwater. The first non-woven fabric filter layer 233 may adsorb smaller particles in the rainwater. The first alkaline material layer 234 is provided with calcium hydroxide particles, and the calcium hydroxide particles can neutralize acidic substances such as sulfur dioxide in rainwater.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, a second drain pipe 229 is connected to a lower end of the second fixing tank 223, and an end surface of the second drain pipe 229 remote from the second fixing tank 223 communicates with the water reservoir 147.
Referring to fig. 5, the roadway 3 includes an asphalt layer 31, a third rainwater collection module 32, and a third purification module 33. The asphalt layer 31 is provided with mounting holes 311.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the third rainwater collecting module 32 includes a third concrete layer 321, a third foundation layer 322, and a third fixed pond 323. The third concrete layer 321 is disposed under the asphalt layer 31. The end surface of the third concrete layer 321 facing the asphalt layer 31 is provided with a mounting groove 3211, and the opening of the mounting groove 3211 is smaller than the opening of the mounting hole 311.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, an operation frame 324 is provided in the mounting hole 311, and a lower end surface of the operation frame 324 contacts the bottom wall of the first mounting hole 311. The operation frame 324 is provided with an operation groove 3241, and an operation hole 3242 is provided in a bottom wall of the operation groove 3241. A collection basket 325 is provided in the operation hole 3242, and an edge of the collection basket 325 is hung on a bottom wall of the operation groove 3241. The collecting basket 325 has a collecting groove 3251 at its upper end, and a filtering hole 3252 is formed in the inner wall of the collecting groove 3251. The inner wall of the collecting tank 3251 is provided with a handle 3253 rotatably connected thereto.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a grill plate 3254 is rotatably coupled to the operation groove 3241, and the grill plate 3254 may be covered on an upper end surface of the collection basket 325. In rainy weather, rainwater and foreign matter pass through the grid plate 3254 and enter the collecting basket 325, and the collecting basket 325 is taken out from the operation hole 3242.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, an operation ring groove 3243 is provided at an upper end surface of the operation frame 324, and the operation groove 3241 is located in the operation ring groove 3243. A first operation ring block 326, a second operation ring block 327, and a third operation ring block 328 are provided in the operation ring groove 3243. The first operating ring block 326, the second operating ring block 327, and the third operating ring block 328 are distributed one by one in a direction approaching the operating groove 3241.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a first slide groove 3244 is opened at an outer inner wall of the operation groove 3241. The first operating ring block 326 is fixedly connected with a first slider 3261 towards the end face of the first chute 3244, and the first slider 3261 is slidably disposed in the first chute 3244. The inner wall of the first operating ring block 326 is provided with a second sliding groove 3262, the outer surface of the second operating ring block 327 is fixedly connected with a second sliding block 3271, and the second sliding block 3271 is slidably arranged in the second sliding groove 3262. The inner wall of the second operation ring block 327 is provided with a third sliding groove 3272, the outer surface of the third operation ring block 328 is fixedly connected with a third sliding block 3281, and the third sliding block 3281 is slidably arranged in the third sliding groove 3272.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, a support groove 3245 is formed in an upper end surface of the operation frame 324, and a support rod 329 is rotatably connected to the support groove 3245. When the third sliding block 3281 collides with the upper inner wall of the third sliding groove 3272, the third operating ring block 328 drives the second operating ring block 327 to ascend, when the second sliding block 3271 collides with the upper inner wall of the second sliding groove 3262, the second operating ring block 327 drives the first operating ring block 326 to ascend until the first sliding block 3261 collides with the upper inner wall of the first sliding groove 3244, and then the supporting rod 329 is driven to rotate, so that the supporting rod 329 collides with the lower end surface of the third operating ring block 328, and the third operating ring block 328 is not easy to descend. The grid plate 3254 is then driven to rotate and open, so that the collection basket 325 can be taken out of the operation hole 3242, and foreign matter in the collection basket 325 can be cleaned.
Referring to fig. 5, a third foundation layer 322 is disposed under the third concrete layer 321, and a third fixing pond 323 is disposed within the third foundation layer 322. The upper end surface of the third fixing bath 323 is fixedly connected with a mounting pipe 3232, the upper end of the mounting pipe 3232 sequentially passes through the third foundation layer 322 and the third concrete layer 321, and the upper end of the mounting pipe 3232 is connected with the bottom wall of the mounting groove 3211.
Referring to fig. 5, a third fixed chamber 3231 is provided in the third fixed tank 323, and the third purification module 33 is disposed in the third fixed chamber 3231. The third purification module 33 includes, in order from top to bottom, a second activated carbon filtration layer 331, a second non-woven fabric filtration layer 332, an ion adsorption layer 333, and a second alkaline material layer 334.
Referring to fig. 5, activated carbon is fixedly connected in the second activated carbon filter layer 331, and the activated carbon can adsorb larger particles in rainwater. The second non-woven filter layer 332 may adsorb smaller particles in the rain water. The ion adsorption layer 333 is provided with substances such as kaolinite, montmorillonite, illite, etc., and can adsorb heavy metal ions. The second alkaline material layer 334 is provided with calcium hydroxide particles, and the calcium hydroxide particles can neutralize acidic substances such as sulfur dioxide in rainwater.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, a third drain pipe 3233 is connected to a lower end of the third fixed tank 323, and an end surface of the third drain pipe 3233 remote from the third fixed tank 323 communicates with the water reservoir 147.
The implementation principle of the sponge urban road system provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: in rainy weather, rainwater falls onto the roadway 3, the sidewalk 2, and the green belt 1.
Rainwater falls onto the green belt 1, passes through the soil layer 11, the geotechnical layer 141, the sponge layer 142, the sand layer 143, the first fixed pipe 1481, the first collecting pipe 148, the first operating pipe 1483 and enters the first fixed pool 146, passes through the microfiltration membrane 153, the ultrafiltration membrane 154 and the reverse osmosis membrane 155 in the first fixed pool 146, and finally enters the reservoir 147 through the first drain pipe 1471.
The rainwater falls onto the roadway 3, flows to the operation hole 3242, passes through the grid plate 3254, the collection basket 325, the operation groove 3241, the installation pipe 3232 and enters the third fixed tank 323 in this order, passes through the second activated carbon filtration layer 331, the second non-woven fabric filtration layer 332, the ion adsorption layer 333, the second alkaline material layer 334 in the third fixed tank 323, and finally enters the reservoir 147 through the third drain pipe 3233.
Rainwater falls onto the pavement 2, the rainwater passes through between two adjacent floor tiles and enters the diversion holes 2241, the rainwater passes through the fixed cylinder 242, the permeable geotechnical cloth 243 and the second fixed pipe 225 and enters the second fixed pool 223, the rainwater passes through the first activated carbon filter layer 231, the oil removing layer 232, the first non-woven fabric filter layer 233 and the first alkaline material layer 234 in the third fixed pool 323, and finally enters the reservoir 147 through the second drain pipe 229.
