Abstract
本发明提供了一种含有规定的成分(A)和成分(B)的环保型涤纶纤维低温染色用促进剂。该发明适用于涤纶纤维及涤/毛、涤/锦、涤/氨、涤/毛/腈等涤纶混纺纤维,在低温条件下促染效果好,色牢度高,使用后染色织物上不会有异味残留,有效降低能耗,减少生产成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,一种涤纶及涤纶混纺织物去污精练剂及用途。
背景技术
一般涤纶染色普遍使用高温高压法染色,存在染色时间长,成本和能耗高等不足之处。同时针对涤纶与一些不耐高温纤维混纺的面料(如涤/毛、涤/锦、涤/氨、涤/毛/腈等),在高温下存在强力损伤、手感糙硬等问题,使染色温度受到限制。因此对涤纶及其混纺织物进行低温染色已成为发展趋势。
为使低温染色达到高温染色效果,在染色中引入促进剂,能快速进入涤纶纤维无定型区,增塑纤维,降低其玻璃化温度,有助于染料快速扩散,降低涤纶的染色温度。目前常用的涤纶染色促进剂大多含有载体,如甲基萘、邻苯基苯酚、肉桂酸乙酯、苯甲酸苄酯、水杨酸甲酯等,这些载体毒性或气味较大,染色织物会带有一定的异味,无法应用于实际的染色应用中。
因此,迫切需要开发出一种无毒无味(低味)、促染效果好、匀染效果好的环保型涤纶纤维低温染色用促进剂,符合当前节能减排、绿色环保的发展趋势,实现大规模的生产。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种绿色环保的涤纶低温染色用促进剂,即在较低的温度下对分散染料上染有明显的促进作用,达到高温染色的效果;并且对分散染料有显著的分散和匀染作用,能获得优异的染色均匀性,同时染色织物上没有异味残留,有利于染色生产加工。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种环保型涤纶纤维低温染色用促进剂,
包括成分(A)、成分(B);
上述成分(A)与成分(B)的质量比为70:30~95:5。
作为优选,成分(A)为由下述通式(1)表示的化合物:

式(1)中,R1表示碳原子数1~4的烷基、苯基、芳烷基,R2表示由R21-OH表示的基团
其中,R21表示碳原子数1~4的直链或支链烷基,R22表示碳原子数2~4的亚烷基,n表示2~4的整数。
作为优选,成分(B)为由下述通式(2)表示的化合物:
式(2)中,R3和R5各自独立地表示碳原子数0~4的烷基,R4表示碳原子数2~6的亚烷基,m表示1~10的整数。
本发明的有益效果为:
(1)本发明提供了一种促染效果好、不影响色泽和牢度的涤纶纤维染色用促进剂。本发明可以有效降低涤纶纤维染色温度,一方面可以降低印染厂的能耗,减少生产成本;另一方面可以解决高温对涤纶混纺织物(如涤/毛、涤/锦、涤/氨、涤/毛/腈等)的强力损伤、手感糙硬等问题。
(2)本发明解决了现有低温促染剂所存在的气味重、毒性大的问题,染色织物上不会有异味残留。本发明的促进剂所用载体成分既可增加涤纶纤维分子链运动,有利于增加染料的移染,实现在纤维内部的均匀分布,保证优良的匀染性,从而获得高品质的染色织物。

本发明的一个实施方式的环保型涤纶纤维低温染色用促进剂含有下述的成分(A)和成分(B)。成分(A)和成分(B)在涤纶及其混纺织物的染色中,具有促进分散染料容易扩散到纤维内部的作用。
作为成分(A)的具体例,可列举出3-甲氧基-1-丙醇、3-乙氧基-1-丙醇、2-丁氧基-1-乙醇、1-丁氧基-2-丙醇、1-苯氧基-2-丙醇、3-苯氧基-1-丙醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、3-苯氧基-1,2-丙二醇、3-乙氧基-1,2-丙二醇、2-苄氧基-1,3-丙二醇、4-苄氧基-1,2-丁二醇、4-苄氧基-1,3-丁二醇、1-(2-丁氧基-1-甲基乙氧基)-2-丙醇。
作为成分(B)的具体例,可列举出乙二醇二苯甲酸酯、丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、新戊二醇二苯甲酸酯、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯。
实施例:
以下列举实施例对本发明更为详细地说明,但本发明不受这些实施例的任何限制。
实施例1-6中一种环保型涤纶纤维低温染色用促进剂的成分及其质量比,如表1所示。

上述实施例1-6的染色配方及染色工艺如下:
按照分散染料3%o.w.f(UN-SE或S-G或XF类)、低温染色用促进剂2g/L(为了提高对染料的增溶和分散作用,添加5~10%的乳化剂)、冰醋酸0.3g/L、浴比1:15的染色配方配制好染液,加入涤纶织物,40℃入染,然后以2℃/min的速度升至115℃,保温40min,保温结束后以2℃/min的速度降温至80℃。然后还原清洗,水洗,烘干,取出织物。
对比例1:
本对比例与实施例1的区别在于,不加低温染色用促进剂以及染色温度为135℃。其他染色工艺条件,同实施例1。
对比例2:
本对比例与实施例1的区别在于,不加低温染色用促进剂。其他染色工艺条件,同实施例1。
颜色力度的测试:将染色织物折叠两次(四层),采用Datacolor SF600X电脑测色配色仪在λmax处测定染色织物的力度,每个试样测四次取平均值。
色牢度测试:耐摩擦色牢度按GB/T 3920-2008规定方法测试;耐皂洗色牢度按AATCC61:2013规定方法测试。
实施例1-6和对比例1-2所制得的染色织物的颜色力度结果,如图1所示。
从图1可以看出,本发明所用的促进剂可以显著提高分散染料在涤纶纤维上的色深值,降低染色温度,染色效果与传统高温高压染色相当。
实施例1-6和对比例1-2所制得的染色织物的色牢度结果,如表2所示。

表2的牢度测试结果表明,采用本发明促进剂所制得的涤纶染色织物,其各项色牢度优异,与传统高温高压染色织物牢度相当。
