the device comprises a foam removing tank (4), wherein the foam removing tank (4) is provided with a leading-in end and a leading-out end, the leading-in end of the foam removing tank (4) is connected with the output end of the fermentation tank (1), the foam removing tank (4) is used for removing foam from beer led out of the fermentation tank (1), and the leading-out end of the foam removing tank (4) is connected with a beer outlet (100);
and the water supply unit is used for supplying water to the fermentation tank (1) and the bubble removal tank (4).
2. A home beer brewing system according to claim 1, wherein said water supply unit comprises:
a water supply source (501), a hot water tank (502) and a filtering system (503);
the hot water tank (502) can heat the water in the hot water tank;
the leading-in end of the filtering system (503) is connected with the water supply source (501), and the leading-out end of the filtering system (503) is connected with the hot water tank (502);
the leading-out end of the hot water tank (502) is divided into three branch pipes which are respectively connected with the bubble removing tank (4), the fermentation tank (1) and the hot water outlet (200) in sequence.
3. A home beer brewing system according to claim 1, further comprising:
a mixer (6);
the water supply unit can supply water to the mixer (6);
the carbon dioxide gas supply tank (3) can convey carbon dioxide gas to the mixer (6);
the outlet end of the mixer (6) is connected with a carbonated beverage outlet (300).
4. A home beer brewing system according to claim 3 further comprising a refrigeration system; the refrigeration system includes:
a copper pipe (7) in a spiral shape, wherein the copper pipe (7) is arranged in the fermentation tank (1), and two ends of the copper pipe (7) are respectively connected with a water supply unit and a mixer (6);
a wave-shaped cooling pipe (8), wherein the cooling pipe (8) is arranged in the fermentation tank (1);
the condensing compressor (9) forms a closed refrigerant loop channel with the cooling pipes (8) through a plurality of refrigerant pipes (10), and refrigerant liquid flows in the refrigerant loop channel.
5. A brewing system for home beer according to claim 1, wherein the fermenter (1) comprises:
the tank body (101) is internally provided with a containing cavity, and the upper part and the lower part of the containing cavity are respectively provided with a high liquid level probe (102) and a low liquid level probe (103);
the sealing cover (104) is arranged at the upper part of the tank body (101) and used for sealing the accommodating cavity, and an observation port (105), a material guide port (106) and a sampling port (107) are arranged on the sealing cover (104);
the first end of the material guide pipe (108) passes through the material guide opening (106) and then stretches into the accommodating cavity, and the second end of the material guide pipe (108) is connected with the bubble removal tank (4);
a sampling valve (109) is arranged at the sampling port (107).
6. A home beer brewing system according to claim 5 and wherein: a sealing seat (11) is arranged between the material guiding pipe (108) and the material guiding opening (106), and a safety valve (12) is arranged on the sealing seat (11).
7. A home beer brewing system according to claim 5 and wherein: the bottom of the tank body (101) is provided with supporting legs, and the supporting legs are provided with weighing instruments (13).
8. A home beer brewing system according to claim 1, wherein: an upper liquid level probe (401) and a lower liquid level probe (402) are respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part in the bubble removal tank (4).
