Through setting up collection bucket, profit partition unit, when the amount of essential oil and water of gathering in staving and chassis makes the upper surface of essential oil layer surpass the inlet of first drain pipe, the essential oil discharges outside the staving through first drain pipe, collect essential oil through setting up collection device in first drain pipe liquid outlet below, can accomplish the collection of refined traditional chinese medicine essential oil, realized separating essential oil and water in the in-process that essential oil and water mixed solution were collected, reduced refined traditional chinese medicine essential oil and collected the required time, improved the production speed of traditional chinese medicine essential oil, be favorable to the continuous high-efficient production of traditional chinese medicine essential oil.
Claims (6)
1. A traditional Chinese medicine essential oil extraction device, characterized by comprising: the device comprises a distillation box, a cooling cylinder and an aggregate barrel which are sequentially communicated, wherein the distillation box is used for heating traditional Chinese medicine plants and generating essential oil and water mixed vapor, the cooling cylinder is used for condensing the mixed vapor into essential oil and water mixed liquid, the aggregate barrel is used for collecting the essential oil and water mixed liquid condensed by the cooling cylinder, an oil-water separation part used for separating and converging the essential oil and water in the aggregate barrel is arranged in the aggregate barrel, the oil-water separation part floats on water and is positioned at the bottom of an essential oil layer, and the oil-water separation part can be also used for separating the essential oil and water by matching with the aggregate barrel and automatically discharging the essential oil and water out of the aggregate barrel;
the aggregate barrel comprises a top cover, a barrel body and a chassis which are connected;
the top of the top cover is fixedly connected with a second connecting pipe communicated with the top cover, a first drainage tube is sleeved in the second connecting pipe in a sliding manner, and the bottom of the first drainage tube contracts towards one side close to the axis of the first drainage tube;
