本发明涉及中药组合物技术领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种感冒预防及调理的饮品及其制作方法。
背景技术
感冒是急性上呼吸道感染的一个类型,是一种轻微的主要由病毒感染引起的上呼吸道常见病,由多种病毒或病菌引起,有如流鼻涕、胸前发闷、咳嗽、打喷嚏、头痛、发热或咳嗽等症状,感冒还分为风寒感冒以及风热感冒,如不及时治疗,可引起诸多并发症,如肺炎、心肌炎等,给人们身体带来严重危害。
现我国市场上感冒药居多,如感冒清热冲剂、正柴胡饮冲剂、感康、新康泰克、通宣理肺片、感清糖浆、风寒咳嗽丸、感冒疏风片,在我国,患上感冒后,一般都会盲目选择感冒药,有时多种感冒药一起吃,不能根据自己的病状来选择合适的感冒药;乱服感冒药不但不能治好感冒,反而对健康不利,造成肝肾功能、神经系统等损伤的,甚至,药物达不到一个平稳的血药浓度,致使不能够很好的使药物起到治疗作用,并且可能会带来毒副作用。
为此本发明提出一种该预防和调理新型冠状病毒感染的中药组合物,对新型冠状病毒感染、普通感冒、急性病毒性感冒等各种类型的感冒,用量少,见效快,疗效好,不依赖,不反弹,无任何毒副作用,成本较低,具有良好的市场前景和较高的推广价值

本发明提供如下技术方案:一种感冒预防及调理的饮品,包括以下重量份的原料:苦参提取物10%-30%、柴胡提取物10%-20%、甘草提取物8%-30%、升麻提取物10%-30%、芍药提取物5%-25%、葛根提取物5%-20%、麦冬提取物5%-25%,杏仁提取物5%-30%、薄荷提取物10%-30%、低聚糖玉米淀粉。
感冒预防及调理的饮品,还可以是包括以下重量份的原料:苦参提取物15%-25%、柴胡提取物12%-18%、甘草提取物15%-23%、升麻提取物15%-25%、芍药提取物10%-20%、葛根提取物10%-15%、麦冬提取物10%-20%,杏仁提取物10%-25%、薄荷提取物15%-25%、低聚糖玉米淀粉。

一种感冒预防及调理的饮品的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、对原材料进行提取;
苦参提取物,将苦参浸泡于甲醇中,将得到的甲醇浸泡液进行浓缩提取,而后加水稀释后再加稀盐酸调试PH3-4,再利用乙醚洗涤二次得到酸水液,再将酸水液浓缩并加入氢氧化钠调PH13后再加入二氯甲烷提取生物碱,而后再从生物碱加入乙醚得到溶液与粗结晶,在容液中通过氧化铝柱层析与硅胶柱层析得到苦参碱;
柴胡提取物,取一定量的北柴胡根部干粉,加入70%乙醇浸泡三天,纱布滤纸过滤后收集滤液,滤渣继续重复上述操作二次,最后合并三次所得的滤液,滤液减压浓缩至原体积的1/10左右,石油醚3次脱去脂溶性成分,水相挥去残留石油醚,加水稀释后上AB-8大孔吸附树脂柱进一步分离提取,将预处理好的AB-8树脂柱,样品液上柱,反复吸附直至薄层层析检测流出液中不再有皂苷为止,6至8倍柱体积的去离子水洗脱糖,乙醇洗脱皂苷,得到柴胡皂苷;
甘草提取物,通过从甘草根中得到的甘草粗粉,将其放在加入10倍水的陶瓷不锈钢反应罐和蒸汽夹层锅中,通过降低蒸汽压得到药液,药渣用8倍水重新提取2小时,合并药液,过滤得到的药液通过蒸汽夹层锅浓缩,使之再加工得到甘草提取物;
升麻提取物,将60-80%的乙醇加入升麻片中,淹过药面,水浴加热到70-80℃,回流提取三次,每次1-2小时,除去药渣,合并提取液,减压回收乙醇,浓缩成干浸膏,按1∶2的用量用正己烷萃取干浸膏,除去脂质部分,按1∶2的用量用乙酸乙酯萃取,回收乙酸乙酯,得到提取物,即升麻提取物;
芍药提取物,将干燥的芍药花花蕾粉碎后,按照1g:10~30mL的料液比加入体积比为60%~90%乙醇水溶液,置于30~60℃条件下浸提制得浸提液,除去浸提液中的乙醇,得到浓缩液,再用水稀释至pH为5~7,然后干燥制得所述芍药花提取物;
葛根提取物,原料葛根挑选,洗干净,晒干,将葛根原料粉碎至20目筛,备用,加75%乙醇加热回流提取两次,每次2小时,第一次加10倍量,第二次加8倍量,过滤,将所有滤液合并,50~60℃真空浓缩,浓缩液进行喷雾干燥,得葛根提取物,水分控制5%以下,提取比例为8:1;
麦冬提取物,麦冬原料浸在乙醇中,在60℃温度下50%乙醇提取2h提取麦冬皂苷,经石油醚脱脂、水饱和正丁醇萃取、去离子水水洗脱糖,得到麦冬总皂苷;
杏仁提取物,将苦杏仁干燥并保存水分活度为0.10-0.70,将所述干燥后的苦杏仁粉碎至10-120目,得到粉碎后的苦杏仁,提取所述粉碎后的苦杏仁中的苦杏仁油,得到苦杏仁油和苦杏仁粕;用50%-95%百分浓度的乙醇水溶液对苦杏仁粕进行分离提取,得到苦杏仁苷和苦杏仁蛋白;
薄荷提取物,将薄荷晒干清洁后置于蒸馏锅中,蒸馏1.5至2小时,以流出液澄清,油花极小时为蒸馏终点,然后停止蒸馏,而后出料取原油,原油再经冷冻、结晶、分离、干燥,精制过程,即可得到无色透明柱状晶体的左旋薄荷醇,提取部分左旋薄荷醇后所剩余的薄荷油即为薄荷素油;
S2、将原材料提取物按照比例混合,且再加入低聚糖玉米淀粉,最终得到预防和调理新型冠状病毒感染的中药组合物。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
本发明一种该预防和调理新型冠状病毒感染的中药组合物,由苦参提取物、柴胡提取物、甘草提取物、升麻提取物、芍药提取物、葛根提取物、麦冬提取物、杏仁提取物、薄荷进行组合制备,再加入低聚糖玉米淀粉,将这些药物组合使得各药物功效产生协同作用,从而能够有的预防和调理新冠已经病毒性感冒;
经临床治疗,对新型冠状病毒感染、普通感冒、急性病毒性感冒等各种类型的感冒,用量少,见效快,疗效好,不依赖,不反弹,无任何毒副作用,成本较低,具有良好的市场前景和较高的推广价值。

一种感冒预防及调理的饮品,包括以下重量份的原料:苦参提取物10%-30%、柴胡提取物10%-20%、甘草提取物8%-30%、升麻提取物10%-30%、芍药提取物5%-25%、葛根提取物5%-20%、麦冬提取物5%-25%,杏仁提取物5%-30%、薄荷提取物10%-30%、低聚糖玉米淀粉。
实施例二
感冒预防及调理的饮品,包括以下重量份的原料:苦参提取物15%-25%、柴胡提取物12%-18%、甘草提取物15%-23%、升麻提取物15%-25%、芍药提取物10%-20%、葛根提取物10%-15%、麦冬提取物10%-20%,杏仁提取物10%-25%、薄荷提取物15%-25%、低聚糖玉米淀粉。

感冒预防及调理的饮品,包括以下重量份的原料:苦参提取物18%-22%、柴胡提取物14%-16%、甘草提取物18%-20%、升麻提取物18%-22%、芍药提取物12%-18%、葛根提取物11%-14%、麦冬提取物12%-18%,杏仁提取物15%-20%、薄荷提取物18%-22%、低聚糖玉米淀粉。

感冒预防及调理的饮品,包括以下重量份的原料:苦参提取物20%、柴胡提取物15%、甘草提取物20%、升麻提取物20%、芍药提取物15%、葛根提取物12%、麦冬提取物15%,杏仁提取物18%、薄荷提取物20%、低聚糖玉米淀粉。

感冒预防及调理的饮品,包括以下重量份的原料:苦参提取物18%、柴胡提取物14%、甘草提取物18%、升麻提取物18%、芍药提取物16%、葛根提取物13%、麦冬提取物12%,杏仁提取物15%、薄荷提取物18%、低聚糖玉米淀粉。
实施例六
上述实施例一至实施例五中任一实施例皆可采用该实施例六中的一种感冒预防及调理的饮品的制作方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、对原材料进行提取;
苦参提取物,将苦参浸泡于甲醇中,将得到的甲醇浸泡液进行浓缩提取,而后加水稀释后再加稀盐酸调试PH3-4,再利用乙醚洗涤二次得到酸水液,再将酸水液浓缩并加入氢氧化钠调PH13后再加入二氯甲烷提取生物碱,而后再从生物碱加入乙醚得到溶液与粗结晶,在容液中通过氧化铝柱层析与硅胶柱层析得到苦参碱;
柴胡提取物,取一定量的北柴胡根部干粉,加入70%乙醇浸泡三天,纱布滤纸过滤后收集滤液,滤渣继续重复上述操作二次,最后合并三次所得的滤液,滤液减压浓缩至原体积的1/10左右,石油醚3次脱去脂溶性成分,水相挥去残留石油醚,加水稀释后上AB-8大孔吸附树脂柱进一步分离提取,将预处理好的AB-8树脂柱,样品液上柱,反复吸附直至薄层层析检测流出液中不再有皂苷为止,6至8倍柱体积的去离子水洗脱糖,乙醇洗脱皂苷,得到柴胡皂苷;
甘草提取物,通过从甘草根中得到的甘草粗粉,将其放在加入10倍水的陶瓷不锈钢反应罐和蒸汽夹层锅中,通过降低蒸汽压得到药液,药渣用8倍水重新提取2小时,合并药液,过滤得到的药液通过蒸汽夹层锅浓缩,使之再加工得到甘草提取物;
升麻提取物,将60-80%的乙醇加入升麻片中,淹过药面,水浴加热到70-80℃,回流提取三次,每次1-2小时,除去药渣,合并提取液,减压回收乙醇,浓缩成干浸膏,按1∶2的用量用正己烷萃取干浸膏,除去脂质部分,按1∶2的用量用乙酸乙酯萃取,回收乙酸乙酯,得到提取物,即升麻提取物;
芍药提取物,将干燥的芍药花花蕾粉碎后,按照1g:10~30mL的料液比加入体积比为60%~90%乙醇水溶液,置于30~60℃条件下浸提制得浸提液,除去浸提液中的乙醇,得到浓缩液,再用水稀释至pH为5~7,然后干燥制得芍药花提取物;
葛根提取物,原料葛根挑选,洗干净,晒干,将葛根原料粉碎至20目筛,备用,加75%乙醇加热回流提取两次,每次2小时,第一次加10倍量,第二次加8倍量,过滤,将所有滤液合并,50~60℃真空浓缩,浓缩液进行喷雾干燥,得葛根提取物,水分控制5%以下,提取比例为8:1;
麦冬提取物,麦冬原料浸在乙醇中,在60℃温度下50%乙醇提取2h提取麦冬皂苷,经石油醚脱脂、水饱和正丁醇萃取、去离子水水洗脱糖,得到麦冬总皂苷;
杏仁提取物,将苦杏仁干燥并保存水分活度为0.10-0.70,将干燥后的苦杏仁粉碎至10-120目,得到粉碎后的苦杏仁,提取粉碎后的苦杏仁中的苦杏仁油,得到苦杏仁油和苦杏仁粕;用50%-95%百分浓度的乙醇水溶液对苦杏仁粕进行分离提取,得到苦杏仁苷和苦杏仁蛋白;
薄荷提取物,将薄荷晒干清洁后置于蒸馏锅中,蒸馏1.5至2小时,以流出液澄清,油花极小时为蒸馏终点,然后停止蒸馏,而后出料取原油,原油再经冷冻、结晶、分离、干燥,精制过程,即可得到无色透明柱状晶体的左旋薄荷醇,提取部分左旋薄荷醇后所剩余的薄荷油即为薄荷素油;
S2、将原材料提取物按照比例混合,且再加入低聚糖玉米淀粉,最终得到预防和调理新型冠状病毒感染的中药组合物。
实施例七
各原材料提取物具备以下药理作用:
苦参提取物:热病发狂、伤寒结胸(伤寒流行时,感病四、五日,胸满痛,大发烧〉、谷疸(头昏、心慌、(痛不可忍,涎痰多,气味:苦、寒、无毒,伤寒结胸(伤寒流行时,感病四、五日,胸满痛,大发烧)。用苦参一两,加醋三升,煮成一升;
柴胡提取物:柴胡提取物是一种清热药,外观是精细棕黄色粉末。由于柴胡含有挥发油(丁香酚、已酸、r-十一酸内酯和对甲氧基苯二酮),柴胡皂苷(皂苷元A)因此,可以对伤寒、副伤寒疫苗、大肠杆菌液、发酵牛奶、酵母等所致发热有明显解热作用,所以柴胡具有缓解感冒发热的作用;
甘草提取物:是从甘草中提取的有药用价值的成份,具有补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药的效果,用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性等病症;
升麻提取物:核心功效清热解毒,发表透疹,升举阳气,可用于治疗风热感冒,发热头痛,齿痛,口疮,咽喉肿痛,麻疹不透,阳毒发斑,脾虚泄泻,时疫火毒;
芍药提取物:具有散瘀通络芍药具有疏通经络、促进血液循环的功能,同时还可以促进机体的新陈代谢,常用来治疗痛经、闭经、跌打损伤等症状,可以起到散瘀通络的功效,还具有柔肝止痛,芍药入肝、脾二经,有调和肝脾、柔肝止痛之功;
葛根提取物:具有解肌退热,生津止渴,透疹,升阳止泻解酒毒作用,可用于治疗外感发热,头项强痛,外感发热头痛,麻疹初起,口渴,消渴病,泄泻,痢疾,高血压等病症;
麦冬提取物:养阴生津,润肺清心,用于肺燥干咳,虚痨咳嗽,津伤口渴,心烦失眠,内热消渴,肠燥便秘,咽白喉,减轻疲劳;
杏仁提取物:具有降气止咳、宣肺平喘、润肠通便的功效;
薄荷:疏散风热,清利头目,利咽,透疹,疏肝行气,明朝李时珍《本草纲目》认为:“薄荷味辛、性凉,无毒。”中医认为,薄荷辛凉,发汗解热,以叶煮茶,可治感冒、头疼、目赤、身热、咽炎、牙床肿痛等症。用叶揉碎敷于患处,可治神经痛、皮肤瘙痒、皮疹和湿疹等。夏季做菜生吃或熟食,能祛邪毒,除劳气,解困乏,使人口气香洁,还可治痰多及各种伤风。此外,煎汤洗可治膝疮,榨汁服可去风热及口齿诸病,捣成汁含服去舌苔苦涩,用叶塞鼻,止出血,还可治蜂蜇蛇伤等;
低聚糖玉米淀粉是一种低聚糖,具有改善人体内微生态环境,有利于双歧杆菌和其它有益菌的增殖,经代谢产生有机酸使肠内pH值降低,抑制肠内沙门氏菌和腐败菌的生长,调节胃肠功能,抑制肠内腐败物质,改变大便性状,防治便秘,并增加维生素合成,提高人体免疫功能;低聚糖类似水溶性植物纤维,能改善血脂代谢,降低血液中胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量;低聚糖属非胰岛素所依赖,不会使血糖升高,适合于高血糖人群和糖尿病人食用;由于难被唾液酶和小肠消化酶水解,发热量很低,很少转化为脂肪;不被龋齿菌形成基质,也没有凝结菌体作用,可防龋齿;调节肠道菌群、润肠通便、调节血脂、调节免疫等。

Claims (8)
1.一种感冒预防及调理的饮品,包括以下重量份的原料:苦参提取物10%-30%、柴胡提取物10%-20%、甘草提取物8%-30%、升麻提取物10%-30%、芍药提取物5%-25%、葛根提取物5%-20%、麦冬提取物5%-25%,杏仁提取物5%-30%、薄荷提取物10%-30%、低聚糖玉米淀粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种感冒预防及调理的饮品,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:苦参提取物15%-25%、柴胡提取物12%-18%、甘草提取物15%-23%、升麻提取物15%-25%、芍药提取物10%-20%、葛根提取物10%-15%、麦冬提取物10%-20%,杏仁提取物10%-25%、薄荷提取物15%-25%、低聚糖玉米淀粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种感冒预防及调理的饮品,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:苦参提取物18%-22%、柴胡提取物14%-16%、甘草提取物18%-20%、升麻提取物18%-22%、芍药提取物12%-18%、葛根提取物11%-14%、麦冬提取物12%-18%,杏仁提取物15%-20%、薄荷提取物18%-22%、低聚糖玉米淀粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种感冒预防及调理的饮品,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:苦参提取物20%、柴胡提取物15%、甘草提取物20%、升麻提取物20%、芍药提取物15%、葛根提取物12%、麦冬提取物15%,杏仁提取物18%、薄荷提取物20%、低聚糖玉米淀粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种感冒预防及调理的饮品,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:苦参提取物18%、柴胡提取物14%、甘草提取物18%、升麻提取物18%、芍药提取物16%、葛根提取物13%、麦冬提取物12%,杏仁提取物15%、薄荷提取物18%、低聚糖玉米淀粉。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种感冒预防及调理的饮品的制作方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:S1、对原材料进行提取;S2、对原材料提取物以及辅料进行混合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种感冒预防及调理的饮品的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤S1中:苦参提取物,将苦参浸泡于甲醇中,将得到的甲醇浸泡液进行浓缩提取,而后加水稀释后再加稀盐酸调试PH3-4,再利用乙醚洗涤二次得到酸水液,再将酸水液浓缩并加入氢氧化钠调PH13后再加入二氯甲烷提取生物碱,而后再从生物碱加入乙醚得到溶液与粗结晶,在容液中通过氧化铝柱层析与硅胶柱层析得到苦参碱;
柴胡提取物,取一定量的北柴胡根部干粉,加入70%乙醇浸泡三天,纱布滤纸过滤后收集滤液,滤渣继续重复上述操作二次,最后合并三次所得的滤液,滤液减压浓缩至原体积的1/10左右,石油醚3次脱去脂溶性成分,水相挥去残留石油醚,加水稀释后上AB-8大孔吸附树脂柱进一步分离提取,将预处理好的AB-8树脂柱,样品液上柱,反复吸附直至薄层层析检测流出液中不再有皂苷为止,6至8倍柱体积的去离子水洗脱糖,乙醇洗脱皂苷,得到柴胡皂苷;
甘草提取物,通过从甘草根中得到的甘草粗粉,将其放在加入10倍水的陶瓷不锈钢反应罐和蒸汽夹层锅中,通过降低蒸汽压得到药液,药渣用8倍水重新提取2小时,合并药液,过滤得到的药液通过蒸汽夹层锅浓缩,使之再加工得到甘草提取物;
升麻提取物,将60-80%的乙醇加入升麻片中,淹过药面,水浴加热到70-80℃,回流提取三次,每次1-2小时,除去药渣,合并提取液,减压回收乙醇,浓缩成干浸膏,按1∶2的用量用正己烷萃取干浸膏,除去脂质部分,按1∶2的用量用乙酸乙酯萃取,回收乙酸乙酯,得到提取物,即升麻提取物;
芍药提取物,将干燥的芍药花花蕾粉碎后,按照1g:10~30mL的料液比加入体积比为60%~90%乙醇水溶液,置于30~60℃条件下浸提制得浸提液,除去浸提液中的乙醇,得到浓缩液,再用水稀释至pH为5~7,然后干燥制得所述芍药花提取物;
葛根提取物,原料葛根挑选,洗干净,晒干,将葛根原料粉碎至20目筛,备用,加75%乙醇加热回流提取两次,每次2小时,第一次加10倍量,第二次加8倍量,过滤,将所有滤液合并,50~60℃真空浓缩,浓缩液进行喷雾干燥,得葛根提取物,水分控制5%以下,提取比例为8:1;
麦冬提取物,麦冬原料浸在乙醇中,在60℃温度下50%乙醇提取2h提取麦冬皂苷,经石油醚脱脂、水饱和正丁醇萃取、去离子水水洗脱糖,得到麦冬总皂苷;
杏仁提取物,将苦杏仁干燥并保存水分活度为0.10-0.70,将所述干燥后的苦杏仁粉碎至10-120目,得到粉碎后的苦杏仁,提取所述粉碎后的苦杏仁中的苦杏仁油,得到苦杏仁油和苦杏仁粕;用50%-95%百分浓度的乙醇水溶液对苦杏仁粕进行分离提取,得到苦杏仁苷和苦杏仁蛋白;
薄荷提取物,将薄荷晒干清洁后置于蒸馏锅中,蒸馏1.5至2小时,以流出液澄清,油花极小时为蒸馏终点,然后停止蒸馏,而后出料取原油,原油再经冷冻、结晶、分离、干燥,精制过程,即可得到无色透明柱状晶体的左旋薄荷醇,提取部分左旋薄荷醇后所剩余的薄荷油即为薄荷素油。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种感冒预防及调理的饮品的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤S2中:将原材料提取物按照比例混合,且再加入低聚糖玉米淀粉,最终得到预防和调理新型冠状病毒感染的中药组合物。
