本申请实施例提供了一种无线通信方法和设备。所述方法包括:确定至少一个时间校准量,所述至少一个时间校准量为针对同步信号或物理广播信道块测量定时配置SMTC时间窗口偏移的校准量;向终端发送所述至少一个时间校准量。通过所述至少一个时间校准量,可以使得不同SMTC的测量窗口尽可能的对齐,进而使得测量间隔能够尽可能多的覆盖不同SMTC的测量窗口,相应的,不仅能够减少吞吐量的损失,还能够提升移动性切换的效率。
