Abstract
The invention relates to a jig for laminating and positioning a reinforcing plate and a PCB, which comprises a PCB positioning plate and a reinforcing positioning plate which are arranged in a laminated manner, wherein the reinforcing positioning plate is fixed above the PCB positioning plate, one or more PCB positioning grooves are formed in the upper surface of the PCB positioning plate, a penetrating reinforcing plate positioning groove is formed in the reinforcing positioning plate above the PCB positioning groove, the PCB positioning groove is used for placing and positioning the PCB, the reinforcing plate positioning grooves are used for placing and positioning the reinforcing plate, and the reinforcing plate positioning grooves positioned above and below are matched with the PCB positioning grooves to position the lamination position of the PCB and the reinforcing plate. When the jig is used for installing the reinforcing plate, the position of the reinforcing plate can be prevented from shifting during pressing, and the position accuracy of the reinforcing plate is ensured.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to equipment for installing circuit board elements, in particular to a jig for pressing and positioning a reinforcing plate and a PCB.
Background
The stiffening plate is used for reinforcing the combination position of the flexible circuit board. One of the adding modes of the reinforcing plate is to bond and fix the reinforcing plate and the PCB together through pressing, and the flexible circuit board positioned between the reinforcing plate and the PCB after pressing is structurally reinforced. However, the existing reinforcing plate and the PCB are positioned and aligned only manually before being pressed, and no other auxiliary positioning is performed in the pressing process, so that the position deviation of the reinforcing plate is very easy to occur.
Disclosure of Invention
The main aim of the application is to provide a jig capable of accurately positioning when the reinforcing plate is pressed.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a jig for press-fitting positioning of a stiffener and a PCB, comprising a PCB positioning board and a stiffener positioning board stacked and arranged, the stiffener positioning board being fixed above the PCB positioning board,
one or more PCB positioning grooves are formed in the upper surface of the PCB positioning plate, a penetrating reinforcing plate positioning groove is formed in the reinforcing positioning plate above the PCB positioning groove,
the PCB positioning groove is used for placing and positioning the PCB, the reinforcing plate positioning groove is used for placing and positioning the reinforcing plate, and the reinforcing plate positioning grooves positioned above and below are matched with the PCB positioning groove to position the lamination position of the PCB and the reinforcing plate.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the positioning device further comprises a positioning pin, one or more positioning pins are vertically arranged in the upper and lower stiffening plate positioning grooves and the PCB positioning grooves and used for positioning the PCB and the stiffening plate respectively or simultaneously, and the bottom ends of the positioning pins are fixed at the bottom of the PCB positioning grooves.
In some embodiments of the invention, the locating pins comprise first locating pins and second locating pins of different sizes to locate the PCB and stiffener respectively.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the fixing pin is inserted between the PCB positioning board and the reinforcing positioning board, so as to fix the reinforcing positioning board above the PCB positioning board.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the PCB positioning board further comprises a pressure-bearing bottom board, wherein the pressure-bearing bottom board is fixed below the PCB positioning board.
In some embodiments of the invention, the upper surface of the PCB positioning plate is not lower than the upper surface of the PCB in the PCB positioning groove, and the upper surface of the reinforcing positioning plate is arranged lower than the upper surface of the reinforcing plate.
When the jig is used for installing the reinforcing plate, the position of the reinforcing plate can be prevented from shifting during pressing, and the position accuracy of the reinforcing plate is ensured.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a fixture for pressing and positioning a reinforcing plate and a PCB, which comprises a PCB positioning plate and a reinforcing positioning plate which are arranged in a laminated manner, wherein the reinforcing positioning plate is fixed above the PCB positioning plate, one or more PCB positioning grooves are formed in the upper surface of the PCB positioning plate, penetrating reinforcing plate positioning grooves are formed in the reinforcing positioning plate above the PCB positioning grooves, the PCB positioning grooves are used for placing and positioning the PCB, and the reinforcing plate positioning grooves are used for placing and positioning the reinforcing plate, and the reinforcing plate positioning grooves positioned above and below are matched with the PCB positioning grooves to position the pressing position of the PCB and the reinforcing plate.
In the jig, the PCB positioning groove in the PCB positioning plate and the reinforcing positioning groove in the reinforcing positioning plate are matched with each other, so that the positioning of the PCB position, the reinforcing plate position and the relative position relation of the PCB positioning groove and the reinforcing positioning groove is realized. Therefore, the reinforcing plate is ensured to accurately protect the mounting position of the flexible circuit board, and the due reinforcing effect is achieved.
In order to further enhance the positioning effect, the press-fit positioning jig further comprises positioning pins, wherein one or more positioning pins are vertically arranged in the positioning grooves of the reinforcing plate and the positioning grooves of the PCB, which are positioned above and below the positioning pins, and are used for positioning the PCB and the reinforcing plate respectively or simultaneously, and the bottom ends of the positioning pins are fixed at the bottom of the positioning grooves of the PCB. By arranging the pins, the positions of the reinforcing plate and the PCB can be further positioned. In the actual positioning process, corresponding positioning holes are formed in the reinforcing plate and the PCB, and the positioning of the PCB and the reinforcing plate is realized by sequentially penetrating the positioning holes in the PCB and the reinforcing plate through pins. In some embodiments, pins with different sizes may be selected to position the stiffener and the PCB respectively, for example, a first pin with a smaller size and a second pin with a larger size are used to position the stiffener, the stiffener may be positioned by the first pin with a smaller size, and the PCB may be positioned by the second pin, because the stiffener still needs to be positioned by the PCB, positioning holes with different sizes for matching with the first pin and the second pin may be provided on the PCB, and only positioning holes matching with the first positioning pin may be provided on the stiffener.
In order to fix the PCB locating plate and the reinforcing locating plate, the locating plate is prevented from displacing in the pressing process, and the jig for pressing and locating further comprises fixing pins. The fixing pin penetrates between the PCB locating plate and the reinforcing locating plate so as to fix the reinforcing locating plate above the PCB locating plate. The fixing pins can be arranged at the overlapped edge positions of the PCB locating plate and the reinforcing locating plate, of course, the fixing pins can be arranged at the central positions of the PCB locating plate and the reinforcing locating plate at the same time, transverse displacement of the PCB locating plate and the reinforcing locating plate can be well prevented through the fixing pins, in order to facilitate disassembly and assembly of the reinforcing locating plate, the fixing pins can be fixed on the PCB locating plate below in practice, through holes matched with the fixing pins are formed in the corresponding positions of the reinforcing locating plate, when the reinforcing locating plate is installed above the PCB locating plate, the through holes are aligned with the top positions of the fixing pins at first, then the reinforcing locating plate is pressed down, the fixing pins penetrate through the through holes, and meanwhile, the lower surface of the reinforcing locating plate is attached to the upper surface of the PCB locating plate, so that fixation of the PCB locating plate and the fixing of the fixing pins are achieved.
In some embodiments, a bearing bottom plate for bearing pressure can be further arranged below the PCB positioning plate, so that the PCB positioning plate and the reinforcing positioning plate are prevented from extrusion deformation after multiple pressing. The pressure-bearing bottom plate can be made of elastic materials, such as rubber, plastic and the like, and is formed by processing or thermoplastic molding and the like. In the jig structure with the pressure-bearing bottom plate, the fixing pin can be used for fixing the pressure-bearing bottom plate, the lower part of the fixing pin is used for connecting the pressure-bearing bottom plate with the PCB positioning plate in series, the upper part of the fixing pin protrudes out of the surface of the PCB positioning plate and is matched with the through hole on the reinforcing plate, and the detachable fixing of the PCB positioning plate and the reinforcing positioning plate is realized. On the other hand, the lower end of the locating pin can also be inserted into the pressure-bearing bottom plate so as to further fix the locating pin and prevent the locating pin from inclining due to stress.
The invention will be further illustrated with reference to specific examples.
Fig. 1 shows a specific structure of the jig for press-fit positioning of the reinforcing plate and the PCB, which sequentially includes, from top to bottom, a laminated reinforcing positioning plate 300, a PCB positioning plate 200, and a bottom plate located below the PCB positioning plate. The schematic and schematic stacked structure of the present invention can be referred to fig. 2, in which a fixing pin 120 is inserted between the edge of the base plate 100 and the edge of the PCB positioning board 200, the upper end of the fixing pin protrudes from the surface of the PCB positioning board 200, a through hole 320 is provided at the edge of the reinforcing positioning board 300, and the reinforcing positioning board 300 is detachably mounted above the PCB positioning board 200 by being engaged with the upper end of the pin 120 through the hole 320. The PCB positioning plate 200 is provided with a PCB fixing groove 210, and a penetrating reinforcing fixing groove 310 is provided above the PCB fixing groove 210 on the reinforcing positioning plate 300. The positioning pins 110 are fixed on the bottom plate 110, the positioning pins 110 vertically penetrate through the bottom of the PCB positioning groove 210, and the top ends of the positioning pins are positioned in the reinforcing fixing groove 310 and slightly lower than the upper surface of the reinforcing positioning plate 300.
Specifically, the structure of the PCB positioning board 200 may be shown in fig. 3, which includes a plurality of PCB fixing grooves 210 for placing PCBs, the shape profile of the PCB fixing grooves matches the shape profile of the PCBs, two pairs of PCB fixing grooves form a group, and the groups are arranged at intervals in the lateral direction and the vertical direction, so as to prevent mutual interference during lamination, and protruding fixing pins are distributed around and in the center of the PCB positioning board.
The structure of the reinforcing positioning plate 300 is shown in fig. 4, in which a plurality of reinforcing positioning grooves 310 for fixing the reinforcing plate are included, and the shape profile of the reinforcing positioning grooves is matched with the shape profile of the reinforcing plate to play a role in preventing the displacement of the reinforcing plate, two reinforcing fixing grooves form a group, and the groups are arranged at intervals in the transverse direction and the vertical direction so as to prevent mutual interference during pressing, and the through holes 320 are distributed around and in the center of the reinforcing positioning plate.
When the reinforcing plate is required to be added on the PCB for reinforcement, the reinforcing positioning plate 300 is firstly detached, the PCB is placed into the PCB positioning groove 210 after passing through the positioning pin 110, then the passing hole 320 on the reinforcing positioning plate 300 is aligned and penetrated from the fixing pin 120 protruding out of the PCB positioning plate 200, so that the reinforcing positioning plate 300 is stably installed on the PCB positioning plate 200, and then the reinforcing plate is placed into the reinforcing positioning groove 310 after passing through the pin 110 and is stacked above the PCB, and the positioning alignment of the reinforcing plate and the PCB is realized. one or more PCB positioning grooves are formed in the upper surface of the PCB positioning plate, a penetrating reinforcing plate positioning groove is formed in the reinforcing positioning plate above the PCB positioning groove,
the PCB positioning groove is used for placing and positioning the PCB, the reinforcing plate positioning groove is used for placing and positioning the reinforcing plate, and the reinforcing plate positioning grooves positioned above and below are matched with the PCB positioning groove to position the lamination position of the PCB and the reinforcing plate.
2. The jig for press-fit positioning of a stiffener and a PCB according to claim 1, further comprising positioning pins, wherein one or more positioning pins are vertically disposed in the stiffener positioning slots and the PCB positioning slots located above and below, for positioning the PCB and the stiffener respectively or simultaneously, and bottom ends of the positioning pins are fixed to bottoms of the PCB positioning slots.
3. The jig for press-fit positioning of a stiffener and a PCB according to claim 2, wherein the positioning pins comprise first positioning pins and second positioning pins of different sizes to position the PCB and the stiffener, respectively.
4. The jig for press-fit positioning of a stiffener and a PCB of claim 1, further comprising a fixing pin, wherein the fixing pin is inserted between the PCB positioning plate and the stiffener positioning plate to fix the stiffener positioning plate above the PCB positioning plate.
5. The jig for positioning the stiffener and the PCB according to claim 1, further comprising a pressure-bearing bottom plate, wherein the pressure-bearing bottom plate is fixed below the PCB positioning plate.
6. The jig for press-fit positioning of a reinforcing plate and a PCB according to claim 1, wherein the upper surface of the PCB positioning plate is not lower than the upper surface of the PCB in the PCB positioning groove, and the upper surface of the reinforcing positioning plate is set lower than the upper surface of the reinforcing plate.
