acquiring online to-be-selected house type area data;
acquiring on-line room type azimuth data to be selected;
acquiring online house type data to be selected;
acquiring on-line room type characteristic data to be selected;
and acquiring online price data of the to-be-selected room.
4. The online room selection method of claim 1, wherein the generating a first screening result according to the expected room type data and the online room type data to be selected comprises the steps of:
acquiring each expected room type single-choice data of the expected room type data;

judging whether each piece of expected house type single-selection data corresponds to one piece of online to-be-selected house type single-selection data;
