Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to make the embodiment of the present invention easier to understand, a system architecture related to the embodiment of the present invention is first described below with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a system architecture diagram according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
As shown in FIG. 1, the system architecture 100 includes a terminal device 101, a server 102, and merchants 103-104. The terminal device 101 is in communication connection with the server 102, and the server 102 is in communication connection with the merchants 103-104 respectively. It is understood that fig. 1 only illustrates two merchants, and in practical applications, a plurality of merchants may be included, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Terminal device 101 may be a device that supports various electronic devices with display screens including, but not limited to, smart phones, tablets, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like. As an embodiment, in practice, the terminal device 101 may provide a corresponding web service by installing a corresponding client application, for example, providing a web shopping service by installing a shopping application. As another example, in practice, the terminal apparatus 101 may provide a corresponding web server using an applet by scanning a two-dimensional code, searching, and the like.
In an online shopping application scenario, currently, merchants, such as the merchants 103 to 104, are independent from each other, and different merchants use different ordering modes, have different order interfaces, and the like. For example, when a user wants to purchase a product provided by the merchant 103, the user needs to call an order interface of the merchant 103 to place an order through a client or an applet of the merchant 103; if the merchant 104 wants to purchase the goods provided by the merchant 104, the order interface of the merchant 104 needs to be called through the client or the applet of the merchant 104 to place an order. Therefore, the current mode is logically complex for users, and the users can only place orders for commodities provided by one merchant at a time, so that the user experience is not friendly.
Based on this, the embodiment of the present invention provides an order processing method, so as to implement ordering of goods provided by different merchants by calling a unified order interface, so that for a user, differences between different merchants can be shielded, and ordering of goods provided by different merchants can be performed at one time, thereby improving user experience.
The order processing method provided by the present invention is further explained with reference to the following embodiments, which are not limited to the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of an embodiment of an order processing method according to the present invention is provided. As one embodiment, the method may be applied to an electronic device, which in one example is the server 102 illustrated in FIG. 1. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include the steps of:
step 201, receiving an original order of a user through a unified order interface, where the original order includes at least one object.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the electronic device externally provides an order interface (hereinafter referred to as a unified order interface for convenience of description), and no matter which merchant purchases the goods provided by the user, the terminal device (such as the terminal device 101 illustrated in fig. 1) calls the unified order interface to send the order (hereinafter referred to as an original order for convenience of description) of the user to the electronic device. In other words, the electronic device receives the original order of the user through the unified order interface.
The original order includes at least one object. Alternatively, the object may refer to one commodity or a combination of two or more commodities, for example, the object is a shampoo or a combination of a shampoo and a body wash.
As an embodiment, in practice, an operator may select some commodities (hereinafter referred to as target commodities for convenience of description) from the commodities provided by each merchant and add the selected commodities into a commodity pool (hereinafter referred to as a unified commodity pool for convenience of description), so that a user may select commodities from the unified commodity pool to place an order. It can be seen that the unified goods pool may include goods provided by different merchants, and in practice, it is only necessary for the user to select the needed goods from the unified goods pool to place an order, and does not need to care about the merchant to which the goods belong, which means that the original order may include goods provided by one or more merchants.
In this embodiment, further, the operator may combine more than two target commodities in the unified commodity pool to obtain one object, that is, the object may refer to a combination of more than two target commodities, and in practice, a user may purchase a commodity in units of objects. Optionally, more than two commodities included in one object may belong to the same merchant, or belong to different merchants, for example, one object includes two commodities, where one commodity belongs to the merchant a and the other commodity belongs to the merchant B.
Step 202, determining the merchant to which the object belongs according to the product uniform code of the object.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in order to facilitate maintaining the unified goods pool and implementing the application of the unified order interface, unified coding configuration may be performed on the target goods in the unified goods pool, so that the product unified codes of different target goods have the same length, format, and the like. Specifically, the product uniform code of the target commodity can be generated according to a set code rule.
For example, the set code rule specifies that the product unified code is composed of two letters and seven numbers, wherein the two letters can be used for identifying the merchant to which the commodity belongs, and the seven numbers can be random numbers generated according to the set random number generation rule. For example, the product of the product provided by the merchant a is uniformly coded JD, and the product of the product provided by the merchant B is uniformly coded TB.
Further, if an object only includes a target commodity, the product uniform code of the object is the product uniform code of the target commodity; if one object comprises more than two target commodities, the product unified code of the object can be generated according to the set code rule again.
And further, establishing a mapping relation between the product uniform code of the target commodity and the product original code. The product original code mentioned here refers to the product code of the target product under the business to which the target product belongs. It should be noted that, if an object includes more than two target products, a mapping relationship between the product uniform code of the object and the product original codes of the more than two target products may also be established. Therefore, the mapping relation between the product unified coding and the product original coding can be a one-to-one mapping relation or a one-to-many mapping relation.
Based on the above description, in this step 202, as an embodiment, the mapping relationship between the established product uniform code and the product original code may be searched according to the product uniform code of the object to obtain the product original code of the object, and then the merchant to which the object belongs may be determined according to the product original code of the object.
It should be noted that, if the mapping relationship between the established product uniform code and the product original code is searched according to the product uniform code of the object to obtain more than two product original codes, the merchant can be determined according to the more than two product original codes. Of course, if more than two commodities in the object belong to the same merchant, the merchant to which the object belongs finally determined only comprises one merchant; and if at least two commodities in more than two commodities in the object belong to different merchants, finally determining that the merchants to which the object belongs comprise more than two merchants.
As another embodiment, if two letters in the product uniform code identify the merchant to which the product belongs, the merchant to which the object belongs may be determined directly according to the product uniform code. For example, if the product is uniformly coded as JD, the merchant to which the object belongs may be determined to be a merchant a; the product is uniformly coded into TB, and the merchant to which the object belongs can be determined as the merchant B; and the product is uniformly coded into JT x, so that the merchants to which the object belongs can be determined to include the merchant a and the merchant B, that is, the object includes the commodities of both the merchant a and the merchant B.
Step 203, invoking an order interface provided by the merchant to which the object belongs to send the target order containing the object to the merchant to which the object belongs.
As an embodiment, the corresponding relationship between the merchant and the order interface may be preset, so in this step 203, the order interface provided by the merchant to which the object belongs may be called according to the corresponding relationship between the merchant and the order interface, so as to send the target order containing the object to the merchant to which the object belongs.
As can be seen from the above description, the original order may include one or more products, i.e., objects, provided by the merchant. Based on this, as an embodiment, if the objects in the original order all belong to the same merchant, the order interface provided by the merchant may be invoked to send the target order containing the object to the merchant. It will be appreciated that the target order in this case may be the original order described above.
As another embodiment, if the objects in the original order belong to different merchants, the objects in the original order may be grouped according to the merchants to which the objects belong, where the objects in the same group belong to the same merchant, and the objects in different groups belong to different merchants, then for each group, a target order including the objects in the group is generated, and an order interface provided by the merchant to which the objects in the group belong is invoked to send the target order to the merchant to which the objects in the group belong.
As can be seen from the above description, an object may include items offered by one or more merchants. Based on this, as an embodiment, if an object in an original order includes commodities provided by more than two merchants, the commodities in the object are grouped, where the commodities in the same group belong to the same merchant, and the commodities in different groups belong to different merchants, then for each group, a target order including the object in the group is generated, and an order interface provided by the merchant to which the commodities in the group belong is invoked to send the target order to the merchant to which the commodities in the group belong.
For convenience of understanding, the order processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is described below by using a specific example:
assuming that an original order submitted by a user includes 3 objects, namely, an A brand shampoo, an A brand shower gel, a B brand shampoo and a B brand shower gel, and assuming that the A brand shampoo and the B brand shampoo belong to a merchant A and the A brand shower gel and the B brand shower gel belong to a merchant B, by executing the embodiment of the invention, a target order containing the A brand shampoo and the B brand shampoo is finally sent to the merchant A by calling an order interface provided by the merchant A, and the target order containing the A brand shower gel and the B brand shower gel is sent to the merchant B by calling an order interface provided by the merchant B.
Therefore, according to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the original order of the user is received through the unified order interface, the merchant to which the object belongs is determined according to the product unified code of the object in the original order, the order interface provided by the merchant to which the object belongs is called to send the target order containing the object to the merchant to which the object belongs, and the ordering of the commodities provided by different merchants is realized by calling one unified order interface, so that for the user, the difference among different merchants can be shielded, and the commodities provided by different merchants can be ordered at one time, so that the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of another order processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided, where the flowchart shown in fig. 3 may include the following steps based on the flowchart shown in fig. 2:
step 301, selecting a target commodity from commodities provided by a merchant and adding the target commodity into the unified commodity pool.
As an embodiment, a target commodity may be selected from commodities provided by various merchants to join the unified commodity pool according to an operation of an operator.
And step 302, generating a product unified code of the target commodity according to a set code rule.
Step 303, establishing a mapping relation between the product uniform code of the target commodity or object and the product original code.
Step 304, receiving an original order of a user through a unified order interface, wherein the original order comprises at least one object.
And 305, determining the merchant to which the object belongs according to the product uniform code of the object.
Step 306, calling an order interface provided by the merchant to which the object belongs to send the target order containing the object to the merchant to which the object belongs.
For the detailed description of step 301 to step 306, refer to the description in the flow shown in fig. 2, which is not described herein again.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the commodities provided by different merchants are added into the unified commodity pool and are uniformly coded, so that necessary conditions can be provided for receiving the original order of the user through the unified order interface, and then the ordering of the commodities provided by different merchants can be realized by calling the unified order interface, so that for the user, the difference among different merchants can be shielded, and the ordering of the commodities provided by different merchants can be realized at one time, so that the user experience is improved.
Corresponding to the foregoing embodiment of the order processing method, the present invention also provides an embodiment of an order processing apparatus.
