Specifically, in another embodiment of the present application, the management module is configured to obtain engineer information, linkage enterprise information, and network device information of a linkage enterprise network device installation service; acquiring scoring conditions of engineers responsible for the installation service of the interlocking enterprises and the network equipment according to the engineer information, the interlocking enterprise information and the network equipment information of the interlocking enterprise network equipment installation service; and acquiring the installation service quality evaluation of the network equipment of the interlocking enterprise through an installation service quality evaluation algorithm of the network equipment of the interlocking enterprise according to the scoring condition of engineers responsible for the installation service of the interlocking enterprise and the network equipment.
Specifically, in another embodiment of the present application, the management module is configured to obtain a standard duration of installation of each type of network device and an installation number of each type of network device; calculating the total installation service standard duration of the network equipment of the interlocking enterprise and the actual installation duration of engineers according to the standard duration of each type of network equipment installation and the installation quantity of each type of network equipment, and obtaining the installation duration score of the network equipment of the interlocking enterprise; according to the technical condition of the engineers for installing each type of network equipment, obtaining the technical evaluation score of the engineers for installing each type of network equipment; acquiring a customer evaluation score of a linkage enterprise user according to the technical evaluation of the linkage enterprise user on the engineer to install each type of network equipment; and acquiring the installation service quality evaluation of the interlocking enterprise network equipment according to the installation time score of the interlocking enterprise network equipment, the technical evaluation score of the engineer for installing each type of network equipment, the customer evaluation score of the interlocking enterprise user and the set weight of each item.
Specifically, in another embodiment of the present application, the management module is configured to obtain access information of a network device of a cascading enterprise, where the access information includes the information of the cascading enterprise, an access completion time parameter of the network device, and a charging parameter; acquiring payment parameters of the network equipment of the chain enterprise according to the access information of the network equipment of the chain enterprise and a payment algorithm of the network equipment, wherein the payment parameters comprise a first payment date, a payment period type, a payment date and a latest payment date; and acquiring a payment plan of the interlocking enterprise network equipment according to the payment parameters of the interlocking enterprise network equipment, wherein the payment plan comprises interlocking enterprise information, network equipment information and payment parameter information.
Specifically, in another embodiment of the present application, the management module is configured to obtain an equipment maintenance record of any one of the network devices of the interlocking enterprise in an operation process, where the equipment maintenance record includes network device information, maintenance information, and evaluation information; acquiring the health condition of the network equipment through a network equipment maintenance health condition algorithm according to the equipment maintenance record of any one of the interlocking enterprise network equipment in the operation process; and acquiring a maintenance management report of any one of the network devices of the chain enterprise according to the health condition of the network device and the network device information, wherein the maintenance management report comprises the network device information and the health condition of the network device.
Specifically, in another embodiment of the present application, the management module is configured to obtain a number of network equipment maintenance times in an equipment maintenance record of any one of the enterprise network devices in an operation process; according to the network equipment maintenance times in the equipment maintenance records of any one of the interlocking enterprise network equipment in the operation process and the standard maintenance times of the network equipment, obtaining the ratio of the network equipment maintenance times in the equipment maintenance records to the standard maintenance times of the network equipment; and acquiring the health condition of the network equipment according to the ratio of the maintenance times of the network equipment in the equipment maintenance record to the standard maintenance times of the network equipment and the setting rule of the health condition of the network equipment.
Specifically, in another embodiment of the present application, the management module is configured to obtain shutdown information of an accessed device in a network device of a chain enterprise; acquiring the dismantling progress of the interlocking enterprise network equipment according to the shutdown information of the accessed equipment in the interlocking enterprise network equipment; obtaining a residual value of the linkage enterprise network equipment after the linkage enterprise network equipment is dismantled according to the dismantling progress of the linkage enterprise network equipment; and acquiring a shutdown management report of the interlocking enterprise network equipment according to the residual value after the interlocking enterprise network equipment is dismantled.
According to the operation management scheme of the interlocking enterprise network equipment, according to the installation process information of the interlocking enterprise network equipment, the installation service quality evaluation of the interlocking enterprise network equipment is obtained; acquiring a payment plan of the interlocking enterprise network equipment according to the access information of the interlocking enterprise network equipment; acquiring a maintenance management report of the interlocking enterprise network equipment according to equipment maintenance information of the interlocking enterprise network equipment in the operation process; and acquiring a shutdown management report of the interlocking enterprise network equipment according to the shutdown information of the interlocking enterprise network equipment. The method and the system can realize standardized, unified and scientific management problems of internet access and network equipment installation, maintenance and disassembly under the whole life cycle of the chain enterprise store.

Claims (10)

1. A method for managing operation of a network device of a chain enterprise, the method comprising:
acquiring installation service quality evaluation of the interlocking enterprise network equipment according to the installation process information of the interlocking enterprise network equipment;
acquiring a payment plan of the interlocking enterprise network equipment according to the access information of the interlocking enterprise network equipment;
acquiring a maintenance management report of the interlocking enterprise network equipment according to equipment maintenance information of the interlocking enterprise network equipment in the operation process;
and acquiring a shutdown management report of the interlocking enterprise network equipment according to the shutdown information of the interlocking enterprise network equipment.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the installation service quality evaluation of the interlocked enterprise network device according to the installation process information of the interlocked enterprise network device comprises:
acquiring engineer information, linkage enterprise information and network equipment information of linkage enterprise network equipment installation service;
acquiring scoring conditions of engineers responsible for the installation service of the interlocking enterprises and the network equipment according to the engineer information, the interlocking enterprise information and the network equipment information of the interlocking enterprise network equipment installation service;
and acquiring the installation service quality evaluation of the network equipment of the interlocking enterprise through an installation service quality evaluation algorithm of the network equipment of the interlocking enterprise according to the scoring condition of engineers responsible for the installation service of the interlocking enterprise and the network equipment.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the installation quality of service evaluation algorithm of the interlocked enterprise network device obtains an installation quality of service evaluation of the interlocked enterprise network device, comprising:
acquiring the standard time length of installation of each type of network equipment and the installation quantity of each type of network equipment;
calculating the total installation service standard duration of the network equipment of the interlocking enterprise and the actual installation duration of engineers according to the standard duration of each type of network equipment installation and the installation quantity of each type of network equipment, and obtaining the installation duration score of the network equipment of the interlocking enterprise;
according to the technical condition of the engineers for installing each type of network equipment, obtaining the technical evaluation score of the engineers for installing each type of network equipment;
acquiring a customer evaluation score of a linkage enterprise user according to the technical evaluation of the linkage enterprise user on the engineer to install each type of network equipment;
and acquiring the installation service quality evaluation of the interlocking enterprise network equipment according to the installation time score of the interlocking enterprise network equipment, the technical evaluation score of the engineer for installing each type of network equipment, the customer evaluation score of the interlocking enterprise user and the set weight of each item.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining a payment plan for the interlocked enterprise network device based on the access information of the interlocked enterprise network device comprises:
acquiring access information of the network equipment of the interlocking enterprise, wherein the access information comprises the information of the interlocking enterprise, the access completion time parameter of the network equipment and the charging parameter;
acquiring payment parameters of the network equipment of the chain enterprise according to the access information of the network equipment of the chain enterprise and a payment algorithm of the network equipment, wherein the payment parameters comprise a first payment date, a payment period type, a payment date and a latest payment date;
and acquiring a payment plan of the interlocking enterprise network equipment according to the payment parameters of the interlocking enterprise network equipment, wherein the payment plan comprises interlocking enterprise information, network equipment information and payment parameter information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining a maintenance management report of the inter-enterprise network device based on the device maintenance information of the inter-enterprise network device during operation comprises:
acquiring equipment maintenance records of any one of the interlocking enterprise network equipment in the operation process, wherein the equipment maintenance records comprise network equipment information, maintenance information and evaluation information;
Acquiring the health condition of the network equipment through a network equipment maintenance health condition algorithm according to the equipment maintenance record of any one of the interlocking enterprise network equipment in the operation process;
and acquiring a maintenance management report of any one of the network devices of the chain enterprise according to the health condition of the network device and the network device information, wherein the maintenance management report comprises the network device information and the health condition of the network device.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the obtaining the health of the network device via a network device maintenance health algorithm based on the equipment maintenance record of any one of the plurality of the enterprise network devices during operation comprises:
acquiring the maintenance times of network equipment in equipment maintenance records of any one of the interlocking enterprise network equipment in the operation process;
according to the network equipment maintenance times in the equipment maintenance records of any one of the interlocking enterprise network equipment in the operation process and the standard maintenance times of the network equipment, obtaining the ratio of the network equipment maintenance times in the equipment maintenance records to the standard maintenance times of the network equipment;
And acquiring the health condition of the network equipment according to the ratio of the maintenance times of the network equipment in the equipment maintenance record to the standard maintenance times of the network equipment and the setting rule of the health condition of the network equipment.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining a shutdown management report for the interlocked enterprise network device based on the shutdown information for the interlocked enterprise network device comprises:
acquiring the shutdown information of accessed equipment in the network equipment of the chain enterprise;
acquiring the dismantling progress of the interlocking enterprise network equipment according to the shutdown information of the accessed equipment in the interlocking enterprise network equipment;
obtaining a residual value of the linkage enterprise network equipment after the linkage enterprise network equipment is dismantled according to the dismantling progress of the linkage enterprise network equipment;
and acquiring a shutdown management report of the interlocking enterprise network equipment according to the residual value after the interlocking enterprise network equipment is dismantled.
8. An operation management apparatus for a chain enterprise network device, the apparatus comprising:
