Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in this application. Claims (10)

1. A project management method is applied to a project management platform, the project management platform comprises a plurality of management modules, and the method comprises the following steps:
acquiring project information which is related to a target project and is used for representing the duration, the project related range, project related personnel, cost and project quality of the target project from the plurality of management modules;
disassembling the project information according to project tasks to generate a work decomposition structure of the target project;
and carrying out automatic project management on the target project according to the work decomposition structure.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the project information includes performance progress data for a stage at which the target project is currently located, the project information further including a number of people participating in the target project, the method further comprising:
comparing the implementation progress data of the current stage of the target project with preset progress data to judge whether the progress of the target project is normal;
comparing the number of the personnel participating in the target project with a preset number of the personnel to judge whether the execution rate of the target project reaches the standard;
and displaying whether the progress of the target project is normal and/or whether the execution rate of the target project reaches the standard on an interface of the project management platform.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
acquiring the current expenditure cost of the target project;
comparing the current expenditure cost of the target project with a preset cost to judge whether the target project exceeds the budget;
and if the target project exceeds the budget, sending a cost prompt message to a manager of the target project, wherein the cost prompt message is used for prompting the cost for controlling the expenditure of the target project.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein said parsing said project information according to project tasks to generate a work breakdown structure of said target project comprises:
acquiring department information participating in the target project, the duration of the target project and the related range of the target project from the project information;
dividing the related range of the target project according to the duration of the target project to determine the task to be realized corresponding to the target project at each stage;
matching the department information participating in the target project with the tasks to be realized corresponding to the target project at each stage, and generating a work decomposition structure of the target project, wherein the work decomposition structure comprises the tasks corresponding to each department at each stage.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
acquiring personnel information which is included by each department and participates in the target project;
matching the personnel information participating in the target project with the tasks corresponding to each department at each stage, and determining the work corresponding to each personnel at each stage.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein said automated project management of said target project according to said work breakdown structure comprises:
determining the starting time and the finishing time of the work corresponding to each person in each stage;
when the starting time of a first job is reached, sending a first prompt message to a first person corresponding to the first job, wherein the first prompt message is used for prompting the first person to start the job;
and when the completion time of the first work is reached, sending a second prompt message to the first person, wherein the second prompt message is used for prompting the first person to complete the task.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
when a daily report generation instruction is received, acquiring the current-day progress data of the target project, and generating a daily report according to the current-day progress data of the target project;
or when a weekly report generation instruction is received, acquiring progress data of the target project within one week, and generating a weekly report according to the progress data of the target project within one week;
or when receiving a quality report generation instruction, acquiring quality analysis information of the target item, and generating a quality report according to the quality analysis information of the target item.
8. An apparatus for project management, the apparatus being applied to a project management platform, the project management platform including a plurality of management modules, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring project information which is related to a target project and is used for representing the duration, the project related range, the project related personnel, the cost and the project quality of the target project from the plurality of management modules;
the generating module is used for disassembling the project information according to the project task and generating a work decomposition structure of the target project;
and the management module is used for carrying out automatic project management on the target project according to the work decomposition structure.
9. An electronic device, comprising a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor, the programs comprising instructions for performing the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program which is executed by a processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
