In the embodiment of the present invention, the traceability analysis unit 102 obtains construction record data of the traceability management target from building BIM data, determines responsibility objects in the construction process for the traceability management target according to the construction record data, records and generates responsibility object information, determines responsibility time corresponding to a building part in charge of each responsibility object, records and generates responsibility time information, and comprehensively sorts the responsibility object information and the responsibility time information to generate traceability management information of the traceability management target.
Specifically, fig. 9 shows a block diagram of the traceability analysis unit 102 in the system according to the embodiment of the present invention.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the traceability analysis unit 102 specifically includes:
the record obtaining module 1021 is configured to obtain construction record data of the traceability management target.
And the responsibility object determining module 1022 is configured to determine a responsibility object of construction quality according to the construction record data, and generate responsibility object information.
And the responsibility time determining module 1023 is used for determining the responsibility time of the construction quality according to the construction record data and generating responsibility time information.
And a responsibility integrating module 1024, configured to integrate the responsibility object information and the responsibility time information to obtain traceability management information.
Further, the construction quality traceability management system further comprises:
and the model division processing unit 103 is configured to perform division processing on the basic building model according to the traceability management information, so as to generate a divided building model.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the model partitioning processing unit 103 determines a plurality of management objects of a traceability management object according to traceability management information, performs model partitioning analysis according to positions of the plurality of management objects in a basic building model, determines a model partitioning boundary, generates a partitioning analysis result, and further performs partitioning processing on the basic building model according to the partitioning analysis result to generate a partitioning building model.
And the information pairing record unit 104 is configured to pair and record the traceability management information in the partitioned building model, so as to generate a traceability management model.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the information pairing record unit 104 performs creation of an information window in a partitioned building model, so as to obtain a plurality of record windows corresponding to management objects, further pair the traceability management information according to the plurality of management objects, obtain traceability pairing information corresponding to the plurality of management objects respectively, determine record pairing relationships between the plurality of traceability pairing information and the plurality of record windows, record the plurality of traceability pairing information in the plurality of record windows according to the record pairing relationships, and generate the traceability management model, so that the record of the traceability pairing information in the traceability management model can be performed in the plurality of record windows, and each traceability pairing information includes information of the responsibility objects and the responsibility time corresponding to the corresponding management objects.
And the model display updating unit 105 is used for carrying out interactive display and state updating on the traceability management model.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the traceability management model is generated, an operator can perform interactive operation on the traceability management model, the model display updating unit 105 performs corresponding interactive display on the traceability management model according to the interactive instruction by receiving the interactive instruction of the operator, so that the operator can conveniently check the information of the responsibility object and the responsibility time corresponding to each management object in the traceability management target, and after the construction is finished, the quality timing is started, the quality timing time is generated, the quality timing time is compared with the responsibility time corresponding to a plurality of management objects in real time, and when the quality timing time exceeds a certain responsibility time, the quality retention period of the corresponding management object is ended, and the responsibility state of the corresponding management object in the record window is updated in real time.
Specifically, fig. 10 shows a block diagram of the structure of the model display updating unit 105 in the system according to the embodiment of the present invention.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the model display updating unit 105 specifically includes:

The quality timing module 1053 is used for performing quality timing of the building completion and generating quality timing time.
The state update module 1054 is configured to compare the quality timing time with the responsibility time information, and update the responsibility state according to the comparison result.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the embodiments of the present invention are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The technical features of the above-described embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above-described embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

Claims (10)

1. The construction quality traceability management method is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
building BIM data are obtained, and a basic building model is constructed;
acquiring construction record data, performing traceability responsibility analysis, and extracting traceability management information;
dividing the basic building model according to the traceability management information to generate a divided building model;
in the divided building model, carrying out pairing record on the traceability management information to generate a traceability management model;
performing interactive display and state update on the traceability management model;
specifically, after the traceability management model is generated, an operator performs interactive operation on the traceability management model, through receiving an interactive instruction of the operator, corresponding interactive display is performed on the traceability management model according to the interactive instruction, the operator can conveniently check information of the responsibility objects and the responsibility time corresponding to each management object in the traceability management target, after the construction is finished, quality timing is started, quality timing time is generated, the quality timing time is compared with the responsibility time corresponding to a plurality of management objects in real time, and when the quality timing time exceeds the corresponding responsibility time, the quality retention period of the corresponding management object is ended, and the responsibility state of the corresponding management object in a record window is updated in real time.
2. The method for traceability management of construction quality according to claim 1, wherein said obtaining building BIM data, constructing a basic building model specifically comprises the steps of:
acquiring a traceability management demand, and determining a traceability management target corresponding to the demand;
acquiring building BIM data of the traceability management target;
extracting BIM model data in the building BIM data;
and constructing a basic building model based on the BIM model data.
3. The method for traceability management of building construction quality according to claim 2, wherein the steps of acquiring construction record data, performing traceability responsibility analysis, and extracting traceability management information comprise the following steps:
acquiring construction record data of a traceability management target;
according to the construction record data, determining a responsibility object of construction quality, and generating responsibility object information;
according to the construction record data, determining the responsibility time of the construction quality, and generating responsibility time information;
and integrating the responsibility object information and the responsibility time information to obtain traceability management information.
4. The method for traceability management of construction quality according to claim 1, wherein the dividing the basic building model according to the traceability management information, generating the divided building model specifically comprises the following steps:
determining a plurality of management objects according to the traceability management information;
performing model division analysis according to a plurality of management objects to generate division analysis results;
and according to the division analysis result, dividing the basic building model to generate a division building model.

The method for traceability management of construction quality according to claim 4, wherein in the divided building model, pairing records are performed on the traceability management information, and the step of generating the traceability management model specifically includes the following steps:
creating record windows corresponding to a plurality of management objects in the partitioned building model;
pairing the traceability management information according to a plurality of management objects to obtain a plurality of traceability pairing information;
determining a record pairing relation between the plurality of tracing pairing information and the plurality of record windows;
and recording a plurality of tracing pairing information in a plurality of recording windows according to the recording pairing relation to generate a tracing management model.
6. The method for traceability management of construction quality according to claim 3, wherein said interactive display and status update of said traceability management model specifically comprises the steps of:
receiving an interaction instruction of an operator;
according to the interaction instruction, carrying out interactive display on the traceability management model;
performing quality timing of building completion to generate quality timing time;
and comparing the quality timing time with the responsibility time information, and updating the responsibility state according to the comparison result.
7. The system is characterized by comprising a BIM data processing unit, a tracing responsibility analysis unit, a model division processing unit, an information pairing recording unit and a model display updating unit, wherein:
the BIM data processing unit is used for acquiring building BIM data and constructing a basic building model;
the traceability responsibility analysis unit is used for acquiring construction record data, carrying out traceability responsibility analysis and extracting traceability management information;
the model division processing unit is used for carrying out division processing on the basic building model according to the traceability management information to generate a division building model;
the information pairing record unit is used for carrying out pairing record on the traceability management information in the partitioned building model to generate a traceability management model;
the model display updating unit is used for carrying out interactive display and state updating on the traceability management model;
specifically, after the traceability management model is generated, an operator performs interactive operation on the traceability management model, the model display updating unit receives an interactive instruction of the operator, performs corresponding interactive display on the traceability management model according to the interactive instruction, is convenient for the operator to check information of the responsibility object and the responsibility time corresponding to each management object in the traceability management target, starts quality timing after the construction is finished, generates quality timing time, compares the quality timing time with the responsibility time corresponding to a plurality of management objects in real time, and updates the responsibility state of the corresponding management object in real time when the quality timing time exceeds the responsibility time corresponding to the management objects after the quality maintenance period of the corresponding management object is finished.
8. The building construction quality traceability management system according to claim 7, wherein the BIM data processing unit specifically includes:
the demand acquisition module is used for acquiring the traceability management demand and determining a traceability management target corresponding to the demand;
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring building BIM data of the traceability management target;
the data extraction module is used for extracting BIM model data in the building BIM data;
and the model construction module is used for constructing a basic building model based on the BIM model data.
9. The building construction quality traceability management system according to claim 8, wherein the traceability responsibility analysis unit specifically includes:
the record acquisition module is used for acquiring construction record data of the traceability management target;
the responsibility object determining module is used for determining responsibility objects of construction quality according to the construction record data and generating responsibility object information;
the responsibility time determining module is used for determining responsibility time of construction quality according to the construction record data and generating responsibility time information;
and the responsibility integrating module is used for integrating the responsibility object information and the responsibility time information to obtain the traceability management information.
