Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 illustrates a schematic structural diagram of a laser projection device according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 illustrates an exploded structural diagram of a laser projection device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the laser projection apparatus includes: the housing 1, the optical engine 2, and the projection screen 3 includes a curling mechanism 31 and a curtain 32. The housing portion 1 has a first housing portion 11 and a second housing portion 12, the optical engine 2 is disposed in an inner cavity of the first housing portion 11, the first housing portion 11 is provided with a light-transmitting region 111, and a light beam emitted from the optical engine 2 can pass through the light-transmitting region 111. The curling mechanism 31 is disposed in the inner cavity of the second accommodating portion 12, the first end of the curtain 32 is connected with the curling mechanism 31, the curling mechanism 31 can control the curtain 32 to retract into the second accommodating portion 12, the second accommodating portion 12 is provided with an opening 121, the second end of the curtain 32 can pass through the opening 121 and be unfolded, and the curtain 32 can receive the light beam transmitted through the light transmitting area 111 after being unfolded.
In this embodiment of the application, with optical engine 2 setting in the inner chamber of first accommodation portion 11, the setting of curling mechanism 31 is in the inner chamber of second accommodation portion 12, and the first end of curtain 32 and curling mechanism 31 fixed connection have realized the integrated design of optical engine 2 and curtain 32, have avoided the change that takes place for the relative position between optical engine 2 and the curtain 32. Because the curling mechanism 31 can control the curtain 32 to retract to the second accommodating portion 12, and the second end of the curtain 32 can pass through the opening 121 and be unfolded, the curtain 32 can be retracted or unfolded, and the problem that the laser projection device occupies a large space when not in use is avoided. After the curtain 32 is unfolded, the light beam emitted from the optical engine 2 can pass through the light-transmitting area 111 provided in the first accommodating portion 11 and be projected on the curtain 32, so as to realize the display of the picture.
In the actual implementation process, the curling mechanism 31 drives the first end of the curtain 32 to rotate forward along the circumferential direction of the curling mechanism 31, so that the curtain 32 is curled on the curling mechanism 31 along the first end, and the curtain 32 is retracted. The curling mechanism 31 drives the first end of the curtain 32 to reversely rotate along the circumferential direction of the curling mechanism 31, and at this time, the second end of the curtain 32 can pass through the opening 121 and be unfolded. Wherein the clockwise direction may be determined as the forward direction and the counter-clockwise direction may be determined as the reverse direction.
The optical engine 2 may be an ultra-short focal optical engine 2, and of course, the optical engine 2 may be a short focal optical engine 2 or a long focal optical engine 2.
In some embodiments, the optical engine 2 may include a light source, an optical-mechanical system, a lens, a DMD (Digital Micromirror Device, digital micromirror array) chip, a control circuit board, an audio processing system, a sound, a heat dissipation system, and a heat sink, where the light source and the lens are fixedly connected to the optical-mechanical system, the DMD chip is disposed in the optical-mechanical system, the DMD chip, the audio processing system, and the heat dissipation system are electrically connected to the control circuit board, respectively, the audio processing system is further electrically connected to the sound, and the heat dissipation system is further electrically connected to the heat sink.
In this way, the light beam emitted from the light source is emitted onto the DMD chip in the optical mechanical system, the control circuit board modulates the light beam emitted onto the DMD chip by controlling the DMD chip, and the modulated light beam carries the image information output by the control circuit board to emit to the lens, and then the light beam is emitted to the curtain 32 included in the projection screen 3 for display. In addition, the control circuit board controls the audio processing system to process the audio information output by the control circuit board, and the processed audio information is externally played through the sound equipment. When the image information is displayed and the audio information is externally displayed, the control circuit board can control the heat dissipation system to drive the heat dissipation device to dissipate heat, so that the functions of all devices are prevented from being affected by high temperature.
In some embodiments, the perpendicular distance between the center point of the light-transmitting region 111 and the plane in which the curtain 32 is deployed is equal to the ratio between the projection ratio of the optical engine 2 and the width of the display area on the curtain 32, the width of the display area being the value of the dimension of the display area along the length of the opening 121.
The length of the display area on the curtain 32 along the length direction of the opening 121 may be less than or equal to the width of the curtain 32. The center point of the light-transmitting area 111 may be referred to as the center point of the light beam emitted from the optical engine 2, that is, the light outlet of the optical engine 2 is located in the center area of the light-transmitting area 111. The width of the curtain 32 is the length of the edge of the curtain 32 that is oriented in the same direction as the length of the opening 121.
Since the projection ratio is a performance parameter of the optical engine 2 itself, the projection ratio of the optical engine 2 is related to the selected optical engine 2, that is, different optical engines 2 are selected, and the vertical distance between the center point of the light-transmitting area 111 and the plane in which the curtain 32 is deployed is also different.
In this way, in the actual setting process, the vertical distance between the center point of the light-transmitting area 111 and the plane where the curtain 32 is unfolded can be calculated through the projection ratio of the optical engine 2 and the width of the display area, and then the vertical distance is determined as the vertical distance between the center point of the light-transmitting area 111 and the center line of the opening 121 along the length direction, so that the light beam emitted by the optical engine 2 can be ensured to be completely projected on the display area of the curtain 32.
Further, the distance between the center point of the light transmitting region 111 and the two ends of the opening 121 may be equal. In this way, the projection formed by the light beam emitted from the optical engine 2 can be positioned in the center region of the display region on the curtain 32.
In order to enhance the display effect by just overlapping the projection formed when the curtain 32 is disposed with the display area, the midpoint of one side of the curtain 32 in the width direction of the display area overlaps the midpoint of the opening 121 in the length direction, and the display area is located in the center area of the curtain 32.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the accommodating portion 1 may have a T-shaped structure, and the volume of the first accommodating portion 11 is smaller than the volume of the second accommodating portion 12.
The first accommodating portion 11 and the second accommodating portion 12 may be detachably connected, and of course, the first accommodating portion 11 and the second accommodating portion 12 may also be non-detachably connected, that is, the first accommodating portion 11 and the second accommodating portion 12 may be integrally connected.
When the first accommodating portion 11 and the second accommodating portion 12 are detachably connected, if the optical engine 2 fails, the first accommodating portion 11 may be detached, and the whole first accommodating portion 11 provided with the optical engine 2 may be further sent for maintenance, and if the crimping mechanism 31 included in the projection screen 3 fails, the second accommodating portion 12 may be detached, and the whole second accommodating portion 12 provided with the crimping mechanism 31 may be further sent for maintenance, thereby avoiding the whole laser projection apparatus from being sent for maintenance.
In some embodiments, the first accommodating portion 11 and the second accommodating portion 12 may be connected by a telescopic rod, and the telescopic rod may be telescopic along the axial direction of the telescopic rod, that is, along with the telescopic rod, the vertical distance between the center point of the light-transmitting region 111 on the first accommodating portion 11 and the opening 121 on the second accommodating portion 12 may be adjusted, so as to adjust the projection distance between the center point of the light beam emitted from the optical engine 2 and the plane where the curtain 32 is deployed, so as to adjust the size of the display screen of the display area of the light beam emitted from the optical engine 2 on the curtain 32. In addition, since the vertical distance between the center point of the light-transmitting region 111 on the first accommodating portion 11 and the opening 121 on the second accommodating portion 12 is adjustable, the laser projection apparatus can be adapted to optical engines 2 with different projection ratios while ensuring the size of the display screen.
In some embodiments, the curtain 32 may include a cloth body and an optical film, where a first end of the cloth body is fixedly connected with the curling mechanism 31, and a second end of the cloth body can extend out of the second accommodating portion 12 along the opening 121 and be unfolded, and the optical film is fixed on the cloth body to form a display area on the cloth body, that is, the optical film on the cloth body is the display area.
Thus, the cloth body is connected with the curling mechanism 31, so that the cloth body can be folded, and the second end of the cloth body can extend out of the opening 121 and be unfolded, so that the optical film can be driven to be synchronously folded or unfolded.
Wherein, the length or width of the optical film may be smaller than the length or width of the cloth body to support the entire area of the optical film through the cloth body. In addition, when the length of the optical film is smaller than the length of the cloth body, the optical film may be fixed on the side of the curtain 32 near the second end, so that the optical film may be completely exposed outside the second accommodating portion 12 when the curtain 32 is unfolded.
In other embodiments, the curtain 32 may include a rollable substrate having a first end fixedly connected to the rolling mechanism 31 and a sub-curtain stacked and adhered to the first side of the rollable substrate, wherein a second end of the rollable substrate can extend out of the second receiving portion 12 along the opening 121 and be unfolded. In this way, by connecting the rollable substrate and the rolling mechanism 31, the rollable substrate can be retracted, and the second end of the rollable substrate can pass through the opening 121 and be extended, so that the rollable substrate can be extended, the sub-curtain can be laminated and bonded on the rollable substrate, and the sub-curtain can be driven to be retracted or extended synchronously.
The sub-curtain may include a soft cloth and an optical film, such that a first side of the soft cloth may be laminated and bonded to a back of the optical film, and a second side of the soft cloth may be laminated and bonded to the first side of the rollable substrate, thereby protecting the optical film through the soft cloth to prevent the rollable substrate from damaging the optical film. Of course, the sub-curtain may include only the optical film, and the optical film may be directly laminated and bonded on the rollable substrate, so long as the display of the screen may be achieved through the sub-curtain.
The substrate can be in a rolling door structure so that the substrate can be curled conveniently, and meanwhile, when the substrate can be unfolded, the flatness of the sub-curtain can be guaranteed through the supporting function of the substrate.
In some embodiments, the number of rolling shutter door-like rollable substrates may be two, and the length of each rollable substrate may be greater than or equal to the length of the sub-curtain, and the sum of the widths of the two rollable substrates may be less than the width of the sub-curtain. Like this, can fix the both sides at the sub-curtain with two curly base plates that are roller shutter door structure along length direction respectively to realize the support to the both sides of sub-curtain, thereby can prevent that the both sides of sub-curtain from taking place to curl and fold under the effect of the tensile force of curling mechanism 31 and supporting mechanism, in order to improve the display effect of sub-curtain.
The length of the sub-curtain refers to the length of the side, which is the same as the unfolding direction of the second end of the sub-curtain, and the width of the sub-curtain refers to the length of the side, which is perpendicular to the unfolding direction of the second end of the sub-curtain, of the sub-curtain.
The two curled substrates with the rolling door structure can be fixed on the front surface of the sub-curtain, and of course, the two curled substrates can also be fixed on the back surface of the sub-curtain. When the two rollable substrates are fixed on the front surface of the sub-curtain, no overlapping part exists between the display area on the sub-curtain and the fixed area of the two rollable substrates.
In other embodiments, the number of the rolling shutter door-shaped rollable substrates may be one, and the length of the rollable substrates may be greater than the length of the sub-curtain, and the width of the rollable substrates may be greater than or equal to the width of the sub-curtain. Therefore, the back of the sub-curtain can be laminated and adhered to the first side surface of the curled substrate, so that the support of the whole area of the sub-curtain is realized through the curled substrate, and the middle part of the sub-curtain can be prevented from curling and wrinkling under the action of the tensile force of the first end and the second end of the sub-curtain, so that the display effect of the sub-curtain is reduced. The back surface of the sub-curtain is a surface far away from the optical engine 2 when the sub-curtain is unfolded.
Of course, the rollable substrate may have a smooth planar structure when unrolled, in addition to a roller shutter structure. The size of the flexible substrate in a smooth planar shape when unfolded may be the same as or similar to the size of one flexible substrate in a roll-up door shape described above, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
The flexible substrate having a smooth planar shape when developed may be a synthetic cloth, which may be directly laminated to the optical film. Of course, the rollable substrate that is smooth and planar when being unfolded may be made of other materials, such as a steel sheet, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Wherein the hardness of the crimpable substrate, which is smooth planar when deployed, may be between 60-70 Rockwell hardness. In this way, when the curling mechanism 31 does not curl the curled substrate, the curled substrate can pass through the opening 121 and be unfolded under the action of self tension, so as to realize the unfolding of the sub-curtain; the winding mechanism 31 may further be configured to wind the sub-curtain in a circumferential direction so as to drive the sub-curtain fixed on the substrate to wind synchronously, thereby achieving winding of the sub-curtain.
The flatness of the curled substrate in a smooth planar shape when unfolded may be artificially determined based on the projection ratio of the optical engine 2, for example, when the projection ratio of the optical engine 2 is 0.25, the flatness of the curled substrate may be 0.5/10000.
In some embodiments, the second side of the rollable substrate may be provided with a protective coating, so that when the rollable substrate is driven by the rolling mechanism 31 to roll, the protective coating can avoid the light receiving surface of the sub-curtain to directly contact with the rollable substrate, thereby preventing the rollable substrate from scratching the light receiving surface of the sub-curtain, and further improving the service life of the sub-curtain.
The protective coating can be a teflon coating or a foam soft coating, and the protective coating is not limited as long as isolation protection of the curtain can be realized.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the crimping mechanism 31 may include: the curtain comprises a curling controller 311, a curling motor 312 and a winding drum 313, wherein the curling controller 311 is electrically connected with the curling motor 312, the curling motor 312 is fixedly connected with the end part of the winding drum 313, and the first end of the curtain 32 is fixedly connected with the winding drum 313. The curl controller 311 can control the start and stop of the curl motor 312, and the curl motor 312 can drive the spool 313 to rotate.
Wherein, the curling controller 311 can control the curling motor 312 to rotate forward or reverse when receiving a control signal sent by a remote controller in communication connection therewith. Of course, the curl controller 311 may also be electrically connected with a control button, and a control signal may be sent to the curl controller 311 through the control button to control the curl motor 312 to rotate forward or reverse.
The curl controller 311 may include a single-chip microcomputer and a signal receiver, where the single-chip microcomputer is electrically connected with the signal receiver and the curl motor 312, and thus, after the signal receiver receives a control signal, the signal receiver sends the control signal to the single-chip microcomputer, and the single-chip microcomputer controls the curl motor 312 to rotate forward or reverse based on the control signal.
Wherein, the ends of the crimping motor 312 and the winding drum 313 can be limited along the circumferential direction, and the crimping motor 312 and the winding drum 313 can be moved along the axial direction, so that the winding drum 313 can synchronously rotate along with the crimping motor 312, and the crimping motor 312 and the winding drum 313 can be detached.
In some embodiments, as further shown in fig. 3, the number of the curling motors 312 may be one, such that the motor shaft of the curling motor 312 may be connected to one end of the winding drum 313, and an end of the winding drum 313 remote from the curling motor 312 may be connected to the inner wall shaft of the second accommodating portion 12.
Thus, when the winding drum 313 is driven by the winding motor 312 to rotate synchronously, the end of the winding drum 313 connected with the inner wall shaft of the second accommodating portion 12 can provide support for the end of the winding drum 313 far away from the winding motor 312 through the shaft, so as to prevent the end of the winding drum 313 connected with the inner wall shaft of the second accommodating portion 12 from shaking, and also prevent the end of the winding drum 313 connected with the inner wall shaft of the second accommodating portion 12 from bending due to gravity.
In other embodiments, the number of the curling motors 312 may be two, and the two curling motors 312 are respectively located at two sides of the winding drum 313 and fixedly connected to two ends of the winding drum 313 along the circumferential direction of the winding drum 313.
In this way, the two winding motors 312 can conveniently drive the winding drum 313 to rotate at the same time so as to provide the same torque for the two ends of the winding drum 313, thereby avoiding the difference in speed caused by different torques at the two ends of the winding drum 313, and further enabling the curtain 32 to be retracted at a uniform speed so as to improve the stability of the projection screen 3.
In some embodiments, a wedge groove (not shown) may be disposed on the inner wall of the winding drum 313 along the axial direction, and a wedge block (not shown) may be disposed on the motor shaft of the winding drum 312, where the wedge block may be clamped in the wedge groove along the circumferential direction of the winding drum 313, so that the motor shaft of the winding drum 312 and the winding drum 313 may be fixed along the circumferential direction, and further, the winding drum 313 and the motor shaft of the winding drum 312 may be synchronously rotated.
The cross section of the wedge groove provided on the inner wall of the drum 313 may be rectangular or trapezoidal, or may be any other shape as long as the torque transmission to the curling motor 312 can be achieved.
The number of the wedge grooves provided on the inner wall of the drum 313 may be one or plural, and when the number of the wedge grooves is plural, the plurality of wedge grooves may be provided along the circumferential direction of the drum 313. The specific number of wedge grooves is set according to the torque transmitted by the curling motor 312, so long as the torque of the curling motor 312 can be transmitted to the winding drum 313, and the winding drum 313 has a certain service life, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Note that, the curl motor 312 may be a stepping motor, so that the curl controller 311 can control the curl motor 312. For example, the curl controller 311 may control the forward and reverse rotation of the stepper motor by sending a control signal to the stepper motor, thereby driving the spool 313 to rotate forward and reverse.
Of course, the curling motor 312 may be other motors, such as a dc reduction motor, as long as it can be controlled by the curling controller 311, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the curling motor 312 includes a motor body 3121 and a roller 3122, the motor body 3121 is electrically connected with the curling controller 311, a motor shaft of the motor body 3121 is fixedly connected with the roller 3122, a groove 31221 is axially disposed on a circumferential surface of the roller 3122, a boss 3131 matching the groove 31221 is disposed on an inner wall of the winding drum 313, and the boss 3131 can be limited in the groove 31221.
In this way, the roller 3122 fixed on the motor shaft of the motor body 3121 is plugged into the inner cavity of the drum 313, so that the groove 31221 on the roller 3122 is matched with the boss 3131 of the inner cavity of the drum 313, and the torque on the motor shaft of the motor body 3121 is transmitted to the drum 313 through the roller 3122, thereby realizing the synchronous rotation of the drum 313 and the motor shaft of the motor body 3121, and further realizing the synchronous rotation of the drum 313 and the curling motor 312.
The cross section of the boss 3131 provided on the inner wall of the drum 313 may be rectangular or trapezoidal, and of course, may be other shapes, as long as the torque transmission to the curling motor 312 can be achieved, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The number of the bosses 3131 provided on the inner wall of the drum 313 may be one or plural, and when the number of the bosses 3131 is plural, the plurality of bosses 3131 may be provided along the circumferential direction of the drum 313. The specific number of the boss 3131 is set according to the torque transmitted by the motor body, so long as the torque of the motor body can be transmitted to the winding drum 313, and the winding drum 313 has a certain service life, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that the motor body may be a stepper motor, so that the control of the curl motor 312 by the curl controller 311 may be facilitated. Of course, the motor body may be other motors as long as it can be controlled by the curl controller 311, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that, in addition to the above two embodiments, the synchronous rotation of the motor shaft of the curl motor 312 and the spool 313 can be achieved, and the synchronous rotation of the motor shaft of the curl motor 312 and the spool 313 can be achieved by other structures, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the outer wall of the roller 313 may be provided with a slot 3132 along the axial direction, and the first end of the curtain 32 may be provided with a clip (not shown in the drawing) that matches with the slot 3132, and the clip may be limited in the slot 3132 along the radial direction of the roller 313, so that limiting of the first end of the curtain 32 along the circumferential direction of the roller 313 may be achieved.
Thus, when the winding drum 313 rotates, the first end of the curtain 32 and the winding drum 313 can be synchronously curled by limiting the clamping strips, so that the curtain 32 can be curled on the winding drum 313. And because the limiting of the clamping strip 321 can enable the winding drum 313 to provide a certain pulling force for the first end of the curtain 32, the pulling force can be matched with the second end of the curtain 32 under the action of the second end of the curtain 32, so that the curtain 32 is smoother, and the display effect of the curtain 32 is improved.
The cross section of the clamping groove 3132 and the cross section of the clamping strip can be of an inverted T-shaped structure, so that the clamping strip can be directly inserted into the clamping groove 3132 along the length direction of the clamping groove 3132 when the clamping groove 3132 is fixedly connected with the clamping strip, the clamping strip is limited through the clamping groove 3132, the fixed connection of the clamping strip and the clamping groove 3132 is realized, and the first end of the curtain 32 can be conveniently and rapidly fixed on the winding drum 313.
It should be noted that, the cross section of the slot 3132 and the cross section of the clip strip may be both inverted T-shaped, or may be both square, or may be any other shape, as long as the slot 3132 can limit the clip strip along the circumferential direction of the drum 313, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The depth of the slot 3132 may be equal to the height of the clip strip. Thus, when the winding drum 313 rotates to drive the curtain 32 to curl, the curtain 32 can be tightly attached to the winding drum 313, so that the phenomenon that the curtain 32 is subjected to shearing force of the edges of the clamping strips or the clamping grooves 3132 when the height of the clamping strips is larger or smaller than the depth of the clamping grooves 3132 is avoided.
It should be noted that, besides the limitation of the first end of the curtain 32 along the circumferential direction of the winding drum 313 can be realized through the cooperation of the clamping groove 3132 and the clamping strip, the limitation of the first end of the curtain 32 along the circumferential direction of the winding drum 313 can also be realized through the adhesion of the outer wall of the winding drum 313 and the first end of the curtain 32, and of course, the limitation of the second end of the curtain 32 along the circumferential direction of the winding drum 313 can also be realized through other modes, which is not repeated in this embodiment.
In this embodiment, the screen 32 may further include a lifting mechanism in addition to passing through the opening 121 and being deployed under the tension of the screen 32, so that the screen 32 may pass through the opening 121 and be deployed under the supporting action of the lifting mechanism.
In some embodiments, the lifting mechanism may include a lifting controller, a lifting motor, and a support frame, the lifting controller being electrically connected to the lifting motor, a first end of the support frame being fixedly connected to the second receiving portion 12, and a second end of the support frame being fixedly connected to a second end of the curtain 32. The lifting controller can control the starting and stopping of the lifting motor, and the lifting controller can adjust the distance between the second end of the supporting frame and the second accommodating part 12.
Like this, after lifting controller control elevator motor starts, elevator motor can drive the second end of support frame and rise, and then drives the second end of curtain 32 to rise, can realize the expansion of curtain 32 when crimping mechanism 31 control curtain 32 counter-rotating this moment. In addition, when the lifting motor drives the second end of the supporting frame to descend, the second end of the curtain 32 can be driven to descend, and at the moment, the curtain 32 can be retracted while the winding mechanism 31 controls the curtain 32 to rotate positively.
The first end of the supporting frame may be fixed on the outer wall of the second accommodating portion 12, and of course, the first end of the supporting frame may also be fixed in the inner cavity of the second accommodating portion 12 through the opening 121. When the first end of the support frame is fixed in the inner cavity of the second accommodating portion 12, the second end of the support frame can be clamped at the opening 121 when the curtain 32 is curled, so that the curtain 32 can be ensured to be completely retracted in the second accommodating portion 12, and protection of the curtain 32 is achieved.
When receiving a control signal sent by a remote controller in communication connection with the lifting controller, the lifting controller can control the lifting motor to rotate forward or reversely so as to control the lifting or lowering of the support frame. Of course, the lifting controller can also be electrically connected with a control key, and a control signal can be sent to the lifting controller through the control key at the moment so as to control the lifting or descending of the support frame through the forward rotation or the reverse rotation of the lifting motor.
