At the same time, the first reel 20 drives the sliding portion 102 to translate closer to or further from the fixed portion 101.
The second scroll 30 is provided with two second scrolls which are rotatably connected to the sliding part 102, the second scroll 30 is parallel to the first scroll 20, the second scroll 30 moves along with the sliding part 102, the middle part of the flexible display screen 40 is wound on the second rotating shaft 30, namely, two ends of the flexible display screen 40 are respectively wound on the first rotating shaft 20 after being wound around the second rotating shaft 30. When the second roller 30 moves linearly and reciprocally along with the sliding part 102, the flexible display 40 can be driven to be unwound or wound around the first roller 20.
A driving unit (not shown in the figure) is used for driving the first reel 20 to rotate, in the direction shown in fig. 3, the driving unit drives the first reel 20 on the right side to rotate in the counterclockwise direction in response to the control signal, the first reel 20 on the right side drives the sliding part 102 on the right side to move in the direction away from the fixed part 101, at the same time, the driving unit drives the first reel 20 on the left side to rotate in the clockwise direction, the first reel 20 on the left side drives the sliding part 102 on the left side to move in the direction away from the fixed part 101, and the part of the flexible display screen 40 outside the visible area moves around the second reels 30 on both sides in the moving direction of the sliding part 102 to increase the area of the visible area, so that the flexible display screen 40 wound on the first reel 20 gradually unwinds around the second reel 30 to increase the visible area.
The driving part drives the first reel 20 on the right side to rotate along the clockwise direction, the first reel 20 on the right side drives the sliding part 102 on the right side to move towards the direction close to the fixed part 101, meanwhile, the driving part drives the first reel 20 on the left side to rotate along the counterclockwise direction, the first reel 20 on the left side drives the sliding part 102 on the left side to move towards the direction close to the fixed part 101, the two side parts of the visual area in the flexible display screen 40 move around the second reels 30 on the two sides along the moving direction of the sliding part 102 so as to reduce the area of the visual area, and therefore the flexible display screen 40 gradually passes through the second reels 30 and is wound on the first reel 20 so as to reduce the visual area.

The moving direction of the sliding part 102 can respond to the instruction of the user, that is, the user can control the moving direction of the sliding part 102 on one side, so that a plurality of visual areas with different areas can be obtained to adapt to different use scenes. It is understood that since the movement of the sliding portion 102 is driven by the rotation of the first reel 20, when the first reel 20 stops rotating, the sliding portion 102 can stop moving and remain at the current position.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in the present embodiment, the fixing portion 101 includes a top plate 1011 and side plates 1012, and the side plates 1012 are provided in two, respectively on opposite sides of the top plate 1011. The top plate 1011 has a generally rectangular plate-like configuration, and the top plate 1011 and the side plates 1012 may be integrally formed. The other two opposite side edges of the top plate 1011 are provided with comb teeth 1013, and the comb teeth 1013 includes a plurality of comb teeth, so that the top plate 1011 forms a two-sided comb teeth flat plate-shaped structure. The top surface of the top plate 1011 is formed as a first support surface for supporting the middle position of the visible area of the flexible display screen 40.
The sliding unit 102 includes a plate-shaped structure 1021 and a fixing frame 1022, and the fixing frame 1022 is provided on one side of the plate-shaped structure 1021. Plate-shaped structure 1021 is provided with a plurality of sliding grooves 1023, sliding grooves 1023 are arranged on one side edge of fixed part 101, one end of sliding grooves 1023 penetrates through the edge of plate-shaped structure 1021, namely sliding grooves 1023 are provided with openings at the edge of plate-shaped structure 1021. The top surface of the plate-shaped structure 1021 forms a second supporting surface, and the comb-shaped structure 1013 on the top plate 1011 can enter the sliding chute 1023, so that the sliding part 102 can move towards the direction close to or away from the fixing part 101 through the matching of the comb-shaped structure 1013 and the sliding chute 1023. In the relative movement between the sliding portion 102 and the fixing portion 101, the comb-teeth structure 1013 is always located in the sliding slot 1023, and the moving distance of the sliding portion 102 away from the fixing portion 101 needs to be limited to prevent the comb-teeth structure from coming out of the sliding slot 1023.
After the comb-shaped structure 1013 of the fixing portion 101 is matched with the sliding groove 1023 of the sliding portion 102, the top surface of the top plate 1011 of the fixing portion 101 is flush with the top surface of the plate-shaped structure 1021 of the sliding portion 102, that is, the first supporting surface is flush with the second supporting surface, and both of them support and fix the visible area of the flexible display screen 40.
In this embodiment, in order to make the top plate 1011 flush with the top surface of the plate-shaped structure 1021 and prevent unevenness between the two, the cross-sectional shape of the single comb teeth of the comb-teeth-shaped structure 1013 is set to be an inverted trapezoid shape, and the cross-sectional shape of the sliding groove 1023 is set to be a trapezoid shape, so that the fixing portion 101 and the sliding portion 102 can be prevented from moving in the vertical direction by the mutual cooperation of the upright and inverted trapezoids, and the height difference between the two can be prevented, thereby providing a flat supporting surface for the flexible display screen 40.
As shown in fig. 3, the first reel 20 is disposed between the side plates 1012 at both sides of the fixing portion 101 and below the top plate 1011, the gear 201 is disposed at both ends of the first reel 20, and the side plates 1012 are disposed with an idle gear (not shown) to mesh with the gear 201.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, a fixing frame 1022 is provided on the side of the plate-like structure 1021 of the sliding portion 102 away from the fixing portion 101, and the second reel 30 is provided in the fixing frame 1022. A rack 1024 engaged with an idler gear is provided on the bottom surface of the plate-like structure 1021, and the first reel 20 can drive the sliding section 102 to move by connecting the gear 201 to the rack 1024 via the idler gear.
In some embodiments, the driving unit includes two motors, the two motors respectively drive the two first reels 20 to rotate, the two motors respectively drive the first reels 20 to rotate in response to the control signal, and the first reels 20 respectively drive the sliding portions 102 on both sides to move.
In some embodiments, the driving component includes a motor, and the motor drives the two first reels 20 to rotate through a transmission mechanism. That is, the two first reels 20 are respectively connected to a transmission mechanism, and the motor is connected to the transmission mechanism, and a speed reducing mechanism and a clutch mechanism may be included in the transmission mechanism, so that the motor respectively drives the first reels 20 to rotate in response to the control signal, and the first reels 20 respectively drive the sliding portions 102 at both sides to move.
As shown in fig. 6, the flexible display screen 40 includes a flexible cover plate 410, an optical adhesive layer 420, a polarizer 430, a flexible display substrate 440, a flexible metal support layer 450 and a FPC460, the flexible metal support layer 450 is disposed on the back of the flexible display screen 40 (on the side away from the display surface of the flexible display screen), the flexible metal support layer 450 has an effect of supporting the flexible display screen, the back of the flexible display screen is not well supported when being unfolded, and the user is prevented from being damaged when using the flexible display screen 40, thereby causing a problem of poor display of the flexible display screen. However, during the process of unfolding or folding the flexible display screen, since the flexible metal support layer 450 has resilience, the flexible metal support layer 450 is in a "bulging" state at a position on the side close to the second roller 30 and not in contact with the second roller 30, and thus the flexible display screen 40 also exhibits a "bulging" state at a position of the display area, thereby affecting the display of the flexible display screen 40.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of magnetic elements 1025 are disposed on the sliding portion 102, the magnetic elements 1025 are embedded in the surface of the plate-shaped structure 1021, and the magnetic elements 1025 are attracted to the flexible metal supporting layer 450, so as to attach the flexible display panel 40 to the top surface of the sliding portion 102, thereby preventing the visible area of the flexible display panel 40 from swelling, and improving the display effect.
As shown in fig. 6, the flexible cover 410 in the flexible display 40 has a length greater than that of the other layer structures, and both ends of the flexible cover 410 are respectively wound around the first reel 20. When the sliding portion 102 approaches the fixing portion 101, the flexible cover 410 is wound around the first reel 20, and as the sliding portion 102 moves away from the fixing portion 101, the flexible cover 410 is gradually unwound from the first reel 20. The force uniformity and stability of the flexible display screen 40 can be ensured only by winding the flexible cover 410 on the first reel 20.
As shown in fig. 5, the diameter of the first reel 20 is smaller than that of the second reel 30, and the bottom side surfaces of the first reel 20 and the second reel 30 are located in the same horizontal plane. This configuration allows for relatively easy winding and unwinding of the flexible display 40.
In some embodiments, the diameter of the first spool 20 is smaller than the diameter of the second spool 30, and the central axes of the first spool 20 and the second spool 30 are located in the same horizontal plane. When the flexible display screen 40 slides away and the area of the visible area is maximized, the bounce force at the tail end of the visible area is larger, the flexible display screen 40 is easily scratched with the shell, and the problem of scratching of the shell due to the larger bounce force of the flexible display screen 40 can be avoided; meanwhile, the available space in the whole machine is increased, the space utilization rate of components is increased, the size of a battery of the whole machine is increased to a certain extent, and the standby time of the whole machine is prolonged.
