performing hot-dip galvanizing antiseptic treatment on the cut material;

dividing the chimney into a plurality of vertical planes along the circumferential direction, starting from one of the vertical planes, welding the crawling ladder from bottom to top by using the basket-type riding workbench, and rotating the suspension mechanism to the other vertical plane after welding is finished to continue construction until welding of all the vertical planes is finished;
and (5) performing painting and corrosion prevention treatment on the welding position.
3. The method for installing a chimney type spiral cat ladder according to claim 2, wherein the hot-dip zinc corrosion prevention treatment is performed on the cut material, and the method further comprises the following steps:
the material is rinsed with alkaline cleaning water or fresh water to remove contaminants present on the surface.
4. The method of installing a chimney spiral cat ladder according to claim 3, wherein the material is washed with alkaline clean water or fresh water to remove contaminants present on the surface, and further comprising:
the surface of the material is polished using an electric polisher.

cleaning the cat ladder base material, and painting antirust paint after airing.
9. The method for installing a chimney type spiral cat ladder according to claim 8, wherein the steps of cleaning the cat ladder base material, air-drying, and painting antirust paint, and further comprises:
and (3) checking the creeper for electric leakage, appearance and construction quality, and ensuring no looseness in welding and no defect in painting.
