If the number of single spraying is too small, the mixture can be kept still in the stirring tank 12 for a period of time, and stirring and spraying can be performed again.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the drying assembly includes a drying part 6 and an opening and closing part 7, the drying box 13 includes a box 131 and a bottom plate 132, the bottom of the box 131 is opened, the drying part 6 is disposed between the box 131 and the bottom plate 132, and the bottom plate 132 is covered on the bottom of the box 131 by the opening and closing part 7. After the solid waste is kept stand for a period of time, the solid waste can be conveyed into the drying box 13, and the solid waste is dried through the arrangement of the drying part 6, so that the moisture in the solid waste is removed, the solid waste is not easy to adhere to each other due to the fact that the moisture content of the solid waste is too high, and the solid waste can be crushed better later; after the drying, the solid waste can be conveyed into the crushing box 14 through the opening and closing part 7.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the drying part 6 includes a PTC air heater 61, a blower 62, and a pocket net 63, the PTC air heater 61 being fixedly installed on an inner ceiling wall of the drying box 13, and the PTC air heater 61 heating the inside of the drying box 13 to increase the temperature inside the drying box 13. The bottom plate 132 has an accommodating chamber 1321 inside, the fan 62 is fixedly installed in the accommodating chamber 1321, and the fan blades of the fan 62 face the PTC air heater 61.
Referring to fig. 5, the bottom wall of the bottom plate 132 is provided with a ventilation hole 1322, the ventilation hole 1322 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 1321, the net 63 is fixedly installed on the top wall of the bottom plate 132, and the net 63 can prevent solid waste from falling into the accommodating cavity 1321 from the ventilation hole 1322 to affect the operation of the fan 62. After the solid waste is conveyed into the drying oven 13, the PTC air heater 61 and the fan 62 are started, and the fan 62 can blow the solid waste upwards so that the solid waste can be more scattered and dried better.
Referring to fig. 5, the opening and closing part 7 includes a limiting plate 71 and a pair of electric pushers 72, the limiting plate 71 is fixedly installed on the top wall of the bottom plate 132, and the limiting plate 71 is composed of three plates and is not provided toward one side of the pulverizing box 14. The limiting plate 71 not only can facilitate the bottom plate 132 to cover the bottom of the box 131, but also can limit the solid waste to a certain extent after the bottom plate 132 is opened, so that the solid waste is not easy to slide down from the side. The bottom of the box 131 is provided with a containing groove 1311, two electric push rods 72 are oppositely arranged and are fixedly arranged in the containing groove 1311, a pushing shaft of any one electric push rod 72 is connected with the top wall of the side, far away from the crushing box 14, of the limiting plate 71, a pushing shaft of the other electric push rod 72 is connected with the top wall of the side, close to the crushing box 14, of the bottom plate 132, and the limiting plate 71 is inserted into the containing groove 1311 and can move in the vertical direction. The push distance of the electric push rod 72 connected to the limiting plate 71 is smaller than the push distance of the electric push rod 72 connected to the bottom plate 132.
After the solid waste is dried, the electric push rod 72 is activated to push the bottom plate 132 downward in the vertical direction, thereby opening the case 131; until the limiting plate 71 moves out of the receiving groove 1311, thereby conveying the solid waste on the bottom plate 132 into the pulverizing box 14 for pulverization.
Referring to fig. 2, specifically, the pulverizing box 14 is provided with a receiving groove 141 in communication therewith, and an end of the receiving groove 141 remote from the pulverizing box 14 is located below the bottom plate 132. The limiting plate 71 is hinged with the self-connected electric push rod 72 and the bottom plate 132 is hinged with the self-connected electric push rod 72. After the limiting plate 71 moves out of the accommodating groove 1311, the electric push rod 72 connected with the bottom plate 132 will continue to push the bottom plate 132, and due to the hinging reason, one side of the bottom plate 132 close to the crushing box 14 will incline downwards, so that the solid waste on the bottom plate 132 can automatically slide into the receiving groove body 141, and then slide into the crushing box 14 from the receiving groove body 141 for crushing without manual carrying; and the side of the drying box 13 far away from the crushing box 14 is also provided with a receiving groove body 141, and the stirring box 12 is also provided with an opening and closing part 7, so that after the treatment of solid wastes in the stirring box 12 is completed, the solid wastes can be quickly conveyed into the drying box 13.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the bottom of the pulverizing box 14 is provided as an opening, and a box may be placed under the pulverizing box 14 to receive solid waste. The crushing assembly 8 comprises a crushing motor 81, a rotating column 82 and a crushing cutter 83, wherein the crushing motor 81 is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the crushing box 14, the output end of the crushing motor penetrates into the crushing box 14, and the rotating column 82 is positioned in the crushing box 14 and is coaxially fixed with the output end of the crushing motor 81. The crushing cutters 83 are fixedly mounted on the rotating columns 82, and the crushing cutters 83 of the rotating columns 82 are arranged at intervals with the crushing cutters 83 of the adjacent rotating columns 82, so that solid wastes can be crushed better and sufficiently crushed.
Before the solid waste is conveyed into the crushing box 14, the crushing motor 81 can be started to drive the rotating column 82 to rotate; subsequently, after the solid waste is conveyed into the pulverizing box 14, the pulverizing knife 83 may pulverize the solid waste; after the crushing is finished, the solid waste can be buried.
The implementation principle of the solid waste treatment device for garbage in soil provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: after the solid waste is conveyed into the drying oven 13, the PTC air heater 61 and the fan 62 are started, and the fan 62 can blow the solid waste upwards so that the solid waste can be more scattered and dried better.
