the top end of the reciprocating screw rod (19) is in bearing connection with the bottom surface of the top plate (3), the reciprocating screw rod (19) penetrates through the top surface of the base (1), the reciprocating screw rod (19) and the top surface of the base (1) form a rotary connection structure, and meanwhile damping force is arranged between the reciprocating screw rod (19) and the top surface of the base (1);
the second conical gear set (20) is arranged on the sleeve (16), and the second conical gear set (20) is connected with the bottom end of the reciprocating screw rod (19);
the connecting arm rod (21) is sleeved on the outer side of the reciprocating screw rod (19), and the connecting arm rod (21) is in threaded connection with the reciprocating screw rod (19);
the sliding block (22) is fixedly arranged on the left end face of the connecting arm rod (21);
the sliding groove (23) is formed in the right side surface of the vertical plate (2), and the sliding groove (23) is connected with the sliding groove (23) in a sliding manner;

a water delivery pipe (28), wherein the water delivery pipe (28) is fixedly arranged through the fixed block (27), and the inner end of the water delivery pipe (28) is arranged through the water through pipe (25);
the spray head (29) is fixedly arranged through the water delivery pipe (28), and the spray head (29) is positioned above the separation pipe (13);
the cleaning plates (30) are uniformly arranged at equal angles, and the cleaning plates (30) are fixedly arranged on the bottom surface of the mounting plate (24);
