2) Mixing and granulating: mixing the dry extract powder of the traditional Chinese medicine, the corn oligopeptide, the honey, the taurine, the L-cysteine, the inosine, the vitamin C and the vitamin B complex according to the proportion of the raw materials, adding the mixture into a stirring container, stirring uniformly, and granulating by a dry method to obtain the anti-alcohol liver-protecting granule.
Preferably, in the steps of extracting the traditional Chinese medicine in the first scheme and the second scheme, the steps comprise the following steps:
a. adding purified water which is 6-15 times of the quality of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces into the traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, heating for extraction, filtering, and separating filter residues to obtain primary extraction filtrate and primary extraction residues;

Sobering-up experiment for mice
100 healthy Swiss male mice weighing 18-22 g were randomly divided into a model control group, a positive control group, a group of example 1, a group of example 2 and a group of example 3, and 5 groups of 20 mice each. Animals were fasted for 12h without water control before the experiment, the activity status of mice was observed, and the time to alcohol and the time to disappearance of the specular reflection of each group were recorded.
Determination of sobering-up indexes: the time of the disappearance of the specular reflection is based on the condition that the back of the mice is kept downwards for 30 s; the sober-up index is free and flexible to move, and is in the same direction as Mao Hua, namely the recovery time of the regular reflection; record the number of mice drunk: the loss time of the eversion and the recovery time are calculated, and the drunk latency = loss time of the eversion and the alcohol supply time, also called drunk tolerance time; drunk time = recovery time of the eversion-disappearance time of the eversion; sobering-up time = recovery time of flip-flop-time, sobering-up time is a comprehensive manifestation of drunk latency and sleep time.
Each experimental group was dosed as follows, sea Wang Jinzun tablets and anti-hangover liver-protecting granules were dissolved in distilled water to perfuse mice with stomach, diluted at 50mg/ml.
a. Model control group: lavage the stomach according to the weight of the mice with 0.3mL/20g physiological saline; after water is supplied for 30min, the white mice are irrigated with the 56-degree red star Erguotou with the dosage of 0.3mL/20 g;
b. positive control group: the stomach is irrigated by 0.3mL/20g of sea Wang Jinzun tablets according to the weight of the mice; after 30min of administration, the white mice are irrigated with the stomach of 0.3mL/20g dosage of 56 DEG red star Erguotou;
c. example 1 group: the liver-protecting liver-dispelling and anti-alcohol particles prepared in example 1 are infused with 0.3mL/20g of stomach according to the weight of a white mouse; after 30min of administration, the white mice are irrigated with the stomach of 0.3mL/20g dosage of 56 DEG red star Erguotou;
d. example 2 group: the liver-protecting liver-dispelling and anti-alcohol particles prepared in example 2 are infused with 0.3mL/20g of stomach according to the weight of a white mouse; after 30min of administration, the white mice are irrigated with the stomach of 0.3mL/20g dosage of 56 DEG red star Erguotou;
e. example 3 group: the liver-protecting liver-dispelling and anti-alcohol particles prepared in example 3 are infused with 0.3mL/20g of stomach according to the weight of a white mouse; after 30min of administration, the white mice are irrigated with the stomach of 0.3mL/20g dosage of 56 DEG red star Erguotou;
table 1 experimental results of sobering-up test of mice (n=20, x±s)
Note that: compared with the model control group, p is less than 0.05
As can be seen from Table 1, the anti-hangover liver-protecting particles of the examples 1-3 significantly shortened the intoxication time (p < 0.05) of the mice with acute alcoholism, and prolonged the intoxication latency and reduced the intoxication number of the mice, and were significantly different from the model control group (p < 0.05).
Liver protection effect experiment for mice
50 healthy Swiss male mice weighing 18-22 g were randomly divided into a model control group, a positive control group, a group of example 1, a group of example 2 and a group of example 3, and 5 groups of 10 mice each. The experimental animals were normally on diet and were free to drink, and each experimental group was dosed continuously for 21 days, once daily, according to the following schedule:
sea Wang Jinzun tablet and anti-hangover and liver-protecting granule are dissolved in distilled water to perfuse stomach of mice, and the dilution concentration is 50mg/ml.
a. Model control group: lavage the stomach according to the weight of the mice with 0.3mL/20g physiological saline; after water is supplied for 30min, the white mice are irrigated with the 56-degree red star Erguotou with the dosage of 0.3mL/20 g;
b. positive control group: the stomach is irrigated by 0.3mL/20g of sea Wang Jinzun tablets according to the weight of the mice; after 30min of administration, the white mice are irrigated with the stomach of 0.3mL/20g dosage of 56 DEG red star Erguotou;
c. example 1 group: the liver-protecting liver-dispelling and anti-alcohol particles prepared in example 1 are infused with 0.3mL/20g of stomach according to the weight of a white mouse; after 30min of administration, the white mice are irrigated with the stomach of 0.3mL/20g dosage of 56 DEG red star Erguotou;
d. example 2 group: the liver-protecting liver-dispelling and anti-alcohol particles prepared in example 2 are infused with 0.3mL/20g of stomach according to the weight of a white mouse; after 30min of administration, the white mice are irrigated with the stomach of 0.3mL/20g dosage of 56 DEG red star Erguotou;
e. example 3 group: the liver-protecting liver-dispelling and anti-alcohol particles prepared in example 3 are infused with 0.3mL/20g of stomach according to the weight of a white mouse; after 30min of administration, the white mice are irrigated with the stomach of 0.3mL/20g dosage of 56 DEG red star Erguotou;
after the last wine filling on day 21, the mice are fasted for 12 hours, the eyeballs are rapidly picked up to take blood, the eyeballs are stood for 30min, the blood is centrifuged for 10min at 3000r/min, and liver function detection is carried out: alanine Aminotransferase (ALT), aspartic acid Aminotransferase (AST), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), malondialdehyde (MDA).
Table 2 liver function test results (n=10, x±s)
Note that: compared with the model control group, p is less than 0.05
As is clear from Table 2, the AST/ALT and MDA were both significantly decreased (p < 0.05) and GSH-PX was both significantly increased (p < 0.05) in the groups of examples 1 to 3, as compared with the model control group. The anti-alcohol liver-protecting particles can effectively reduce the ALT, AST, MDA content in the liver, raise the GSH-PX content and have obvious protective effect on alcoholic liver injury.
