背景技术
一般来说,大多数车辆由使用化石燃料作为能源的内燃机推进。由内燃机内的化石燃料燃烧形成的气体从这种车辆排放到空气中,这导致空气中的空气污染增加。
目前,有鉴于此,电动车辆用作使用化石燃料的车辆的替代品。然而,这种车辆需要配备具有大容量的能量储存单元,以推动车辆行驶较长距离。因此,车辆通常包括一个或多个电池、支承在车架上并封闭在车身中的电动机和传动系,这些部件推动车辆行驶较长距离。此外,由于化石燃料价格的不断上涨和传统内燃机车辆排放的有害气体,目前,电动车辆(EV)的需求正在增加。

具体实施方式
多年来,与运输相关的技术领域经历了巨大的变革,目前的重点是制造效率和成本,包括材料成本、装配成本、库存处理成本等。同时,业界也需要提供更坚固、更轻便且具有经济优势且功耗更低的车辆。电力存储设备驱动的车辆恰好是环保型的,符合各个组织的绿色环保倡议。根据消费者的要求,这些车辆可以是两轮、三轮或四轮,并具有多种应用。
在汽车工业中,引入电动车辆来控制由内燃机驱动的汽车造成的空气污染。目前,电动车辆分为两类,即纯电动车辆和扩展电动车辆(也称为混合动力车辆)。混合动力车辆具有带有相关联的能量储存单元的主电驱动器和联接到电动机/发电机的内燃机。
此外,存在两种类型的电动混合动力车辆概念,即串联和并联。在串联混合动力中,车轮完全由电动机驱动,电动机由能量储存单元或者IC发动机-发电机提供动力。能量储存单元由发电机并且由再生制动装置充电。串联混合动力本质上是具有用于能量储存单元充电的车载发动机-发电机的电动车辆。
在更复杂的并联混合动力中,车轮由电动机和IC发动机驱动。并联混合动力实际上是具有电动辅助的传统IC汽车。电气系统在加速过程中放大IC发动机的功率,并在制动过程中回收能量。在这个意义上,电气系统像增压器作用,为小型内燃机提供与大型内燃机相同的性能。“强”并联混合动力是指电力系统可以提供足够的扭矩和功率,使车辆能够单独依靠电力运行。

因此,在紧凑型混合动力鞍式车辆中安全地安装诸如内燃机、电动机组件、能量储存单元等部件,同时确保具有混合动力鞍型车辆的用户的安全性和易于组装,而不需要对车辆的常规布局设计和制造设置进行任何重大改变,这存在着矛盾的挑战。
因此,需要改进的车辆布局,用于容纳诸如能量储存单元、发动机组件、电动机组件等的部件,这确保了这些部件在车辆中的安全和紧凑的包装,同时维护了车辆的传统长度或轴距和紧凑的宽度。
本发明提供了上述问题的解决方案,同时满足了传统鞍式车辆中最小修改的要求,成本低且易于部件的组装。
鉴于上述目的,本发明涉及一种鞍式车辆,并且更具体地,涉及一种改进的部件安装和布局配置,同时确保车辆的常规长度、小轴距和紧凑宽度。
根据本发明的一个方面,鞍式车辆包括车架组件、内燃机、电动机、进气系统、传动系统。车架组件包括设置在鞍式车辆的前部的头管、从头管延伸并朝向后部逐渐向下延伸的主车架,以及在鞍式车辆的中间部分朝向底部弯曲,通常称为中心车架。一对下车架从主车架的前部向下延伸后向后延伸。
此外,根据本发明的一个方面,内燃机(在此称为发动机组件)相对于车辆的前侧水平安装至一对下车架。发动机组件的汽缸盖利用如紧固件等的各种连接装置安装于从主车架延伸的一对下车架。此外,根据本发明的一个方面,汽缸盖附接至车辆中的进气系统。进气系统安装在从主车架伸出的一对下车架的起始部分,并与安装在车辆上的油箱部分重叠。这种配置确保了进气系统中空气的流动,从而改善了发动机组件的燃烧阶段的空气燃料。此外,根据本发明的一个方面,能量储存单元通过各种连接装置,例如紧固件,安装在中心车架处。能量储存单元放置在壳体构件内,这确保能量储存单元安全地放置在车辆中。能量储存单元为基本设备提供电力;例如车辆中的电气部件、前照灯等的部件。
此外,根据本发明的一个实施例,车辆包括电动机组件,其中,电动机组件包括电动机和电磁离合器。电磁离合器同轴地放置在电动机组件上。更确切地说,电磁离合器在车辆中夹在第一皮带驱动装置和第二皮带驱动装置之间。在另一实施例中,具有电磁离合器的第一皮带驱动装置可以安装在电动机组件的另一侧上。此外,根据本发明的一个方面,电动机组件横向地设置在发动机组件的曲轴箱上方。第一皮带驱动装置连接至发动机组件的曲轴,确保当车辆处于混合动力模式时或当用户在骑乘车辆需要高速时发动机组件的工作。此外,根据本发明的一个方面,第二皮带驱动装置连接电动机和驱动轴,其中第二皮带驱动装置将电动机组件的输出传递至驱动轴。驱动轴通过链条驱动连接至车辆的后轮。此外,用于启动的发动机组件的驱动由第一皮带驱动装置提供,使电动机启动,从而使车辆在EV模式下启动,然后根据需要切换到混合动力模式。
此外,根据本发明的一个方面,车辆还包括单向离合器。单向离合器允许沿一个方向旋转,并立即阻止力沿相反方向驱动。根据本发明的一个方面,单向离合器安装在发动机组件的曲轴和副轴之间。此外,根据本发明的另一方面,第二单向离合器安装在副轴中。此外,根据本发明的另一方面,单向离合器安装在驱动轴与链轮之间的发动机输出轴中。
此外,在所示的实施例的随后描述中指代的“前”和“后”,以及“左”和“右”是指坐在车辆的座椅上并向前看的状态下看到的前、后、左和右方向。此外,纵轴是指相对于车辆的前后轴,而横轴通常是指相对于车辆的左右轴,或者从左到右的轴。
现在结合附图简要描述本发明。应当注意,在整个描述中,相似的元件由相同的附图标记表示。
在随后的示例性方面中,车辆是鞍式混合动力车辆。然而,可以设想,本发明的概念可以应用于两轮车和三轮车中的任何一种,以实现紧凑的布局。

此外,由于电磁离合器与电动机相邻放置,因此与电磁离合器位于车辆中的其他位置相比,更容易控制电磁离合器的输出。例如,这种布局有助于离合器的快速接合和发动机组件的启动,从而容易地控制通过第一皮带驱动装置传递到曲轴的扭矩和速度。举一个例子,将电磁离合器放置在远离电动机的位置会导致启动发动机组件的时间延迟(例如,大约100到200毫秒)。因此,例如,当车辆在电动模式下行驶,并且骑车人试图改变到其他模式时,转换到其他模式的响应时间应该更快,并且如上所述的任何时间延迟都将是有害的,导致系统响应迟缓,这是不希望的。由于通过本发明的紧凑布局配置实现通常在期望更高加速响应的情况下——例如在超车时——执行电动模式到其他模式的改变,从而实现期望的加速。
此外,根据本发明的一个实施例,电动机组件(113)横向设置在发动机组件(114)的曲轴箱的上方,并且电动机(113a)的轴在车辆的左侧突出。第一皮带驱动装置(122)连接至发动机组件(114)的曲轴,当车辆处于混合动力模式或者当用户在骑行时需要高速和/或高扭矩时确保发动机组件的工作。此外,根据本发明的一个实施例,第二皮带驱动装置(120)连接电动机(113a)和驱动轴(121),其中第二皮带驱动装置将电动机组件的输出传递至驱动轴。驱动轴通过链条驱动连接至车辆的后轮。此外,发动机组件的启动驱动由第一皮带驱动装置提供,从而使车辆以用户要求的或由控制器确定的模式启动。
图2、图2a和图2b是本发明的实施例的具有单向离合器的剖视图。此外,根据本发明的一个实施例,车辆还包括单向离合器(201)。单向离合器允许沿一个方向旋转并立即阻止力沿相反方向驱动。根据本发明的一个实施例,单向离合器(201)安装在发动机组件(114)的曲轴(114b)和副轴之间(如在图2中示出),确保在制动期间限制曲轴的运动,从而防止不必要的发动机组件减速。此外,根据本发明的另一实施例,单向离合器安装在副轴(202)上(如在图2a中示出)。此外,根据本发明的另一实施例,单向离合器安装在驱动轴与链轮之间的发动机输出轴(203)中(如在图2b中示出)。基本上,设置在车辆的三种不同的布局配置中的不同位置的单向离合器在车辆减速期间或者在车辆的电动模式期间使发动机组件与车轮分离。
本发明有助于克服车辆中的空间限制问题,同时确保车辆中的部件易于组装,同时保持车辆的常规布局,即车辆的长度和宽度,并最终使其具有成本效益。此外,根据本发明的布局配置能够实现紧凑的尺寸、包装、集中的质量和CG分布、增强的乘坐性能和更快的系统响应时间。
有利地,本发明的实施例,描述了安全地安装在混合动力车辆中的部件的潜在修改。
在不偏离本发明的范围的情况下,可以将许多其他改进和修改并入本文。

Claims (19)

1.一种混合动力车辆(100),所述车辆(100)包括:
发动机组件(114),并且所述发动机组件(114)包括汽缸盖(114a)、发动机输出轴(203)和曲轴(114b);
电动机组件(113),其横向地设置在所述发动机组件(114)的曲轴箱上方;并且
所述电动机组件(113)包括电动机(113a)和电磁离合器(113b),其中所述电磁离合器(113b)同轴地安装在所述电动机(113a)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆(100),其中,所述车辆(100)包括第一皮带驱动装置(122)和第二皮带驱动装置(120),其中,在所述车辆(100)中,所述第一皮带驱动装置连接所述电动机(113a)和所述发动机组件(114)的所述曲轴,并且所述第二皮带驱动装置连接所述电动机(113a)和驱动轴(121)。
