The 5G messaging service not only supports multimedia messaging interactions between individual users, but also enables industry customers to offer new types of rich media-based interactive digital services to their users. The appearance of 5G message service brings brand new service experience for 5G terminal users, and brings development opportunities for global operators, industry clients and related industries.
GSMA plans all 5G terminals will support 5G messaging service in the future and GSMA has completed work to formulate the current relevant standards. GSMA builds 5G messages based on GSMA RCS UP standard. In the process of constructing the 5G message, the industry message is interacted by introducing the MaaP technology, so that the multimedia and light weight of the 5G message are realized. Meanwhile, the 5G message brings a brand-new man-machine interaction mode, a brand-new social and information service entrance is constructed, and a user can complete one-stop service experience such as service searching, discovery, interaction, payment and the like in a message window.

The 5G message service maintains the original communication habit of the user. The 5G message service upgrades the short message service in the original mode of the user terminal on the basis of fully inheriting the code number system, real name system, security, interconnection and intercommunication and carrier grade service quality of the telecommunication service. In one possible implementation, a property person selects a user to be notified on a property terminal, and determines an intelligent door device to which the user to be notified is bound as a target intelligent door device. For example, when a property person needs to inform a user to pay a property, the property person selects all users in a property terminal, and the property terminal determines the intelligent door device bound by all users as a target intelligent door device.
When receiving a message about to repair a water supply pipeline of a building, a property personnel selects all users of the building in a property terminal, and determines an intelligent door device bound by all users of the building as a target intelligent door device.
When a property staff has a foreign staff to visit the user of the A-B unit 301, the user of the A-B unit 301 is selected in the property terminal, and the intelligent door device bound by the user of the A-B unit 301 is determined as a target intelligent door device.

The third operation is an operation of editing the message information by the user.
In one possible implementation, when a user goes out, there is an express to be delivered, and the user can leave a message for the express delivery person on the intelligent door device, so that the express delivery person places the express at the door. Wherein, the communication unit 801 is configured to obtain a property notification message; the property notification message is used for notifying a user of property prompt information; a processing unit 802, configured to determine a target intelligent door device corresponding to the property notification message; the target intelligent door device is an intelligent door device for receiving property notification messages; the communication unit 801 is further configured to send a property notification message to the target intelligent door apparatus.
In a possible implementation manner, the communication unit 801 is further configured to receive first indication information from the property terminal, where the first indication information is used to indicate the target intelligent door device; the processing unit 802 is further configured to determine, according to the first indication information, a target intelligent door device corresponding to the property notification message.
In one possible implementation, the apparatus further includes: the display unit 803, the communication unit 801 is further configured to receive property call information; the property calling information is calling information generated by the intelligent door device and used for calling the property service device; the processing unit 802 is further configured to determine user information to which the intelligent door device belongs; the user information includes at least one of: house number, business name, user's mobile phone number; and a display unit 803 for displaying user information.
As shown in fig. 9, a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent door device 90 according to an embodiment of the present application is provided, where the intelligent door device includes: a communication unit 901, a processing unit 902, and a display unit 903.
The communication unit 901 is configured to receive a property notification message; the property notification message is used for notifying a user of property prompt information; a processing unit 902, configured to instruct the display unit 903 to display a property notification message after detecting the first operation; the first operation is used for triggering the intelligent door device to display a property notification message; the processing unit 902 is further configured to instruct the communication unit 901 to send a property notification message to the target user terminal if the first operation is not detected within the preset time period; the first operation is used for triggering the target intelligent door device to display a property notification message; the target user terminal is a user terminal corresponding to the intelligent door.
In a possible implementation manner, the processing unit 902 is further configured to generate message information according to a third operation; the instruction display unit 903 displays message information when the fourth operation is detected; the message information is generated by the user terminal according to a third operation of editing the message information; the fourth operation is used for triggering message information;
in a possible implementation, the processing unit 902 is further configured to generate property call information in case a property call operation is detected; the property calling information is used for calling the property service device; the communication unit 901 is further configured to send property call information to a property service device.
From the foregoing description of the embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-described division of functional modules is illustrated, and in practical application, the above-described functional allocation may be implemented by different functional modules according to needs, i.e. the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional modules to implement all or part of the functions described above. The specific working processes of the above-described systems, devices and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, which are not described herein.
Embodiments of the present application provide a computer program product comprising instructions that, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to perform the property service method of the method embodiments described above.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer readable storage medium, wherein the computer readable storage medium stores instructions, and when the instructions run on a computer, the instructions cause the computer to execute the property service method in the method flow shown in the method embodiment.
The computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer-readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), a Read-Only Memory (ROM), an erasable programmable Read-Only Memory (Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory, EPROM), a register, a hard disk, an optical fiber, a portable compact disc Read-Only Memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing, or any other form of computer readable storage medium known in the art. An exemplary storage medium is coupled to the processor such the processor can read information from, and write information to, the storage medium. In the alternative, the storage medium may be integral to the processor. The processor and the storage medium may reside in an application specific integrated circuit (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC). In the context of the present application, a computer-readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer program product comprising instructions which, when run on a computer, cause the computer to perform a property service method as described in fig. 6-7.
Since the property service device, the computer readable storage medium and the computer program product in the embodiments of the present invention can be applied to the above-mentioned method, the technical effects obtained by the method can also refer to the above-mentioned method embodiments, and the embodiments of the present invention are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in this application, it should be understood that the disclosed systems, devices, and methods may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is merely a logical function division, and there may be additional divisions when actually implemented, for example, multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted or not performed. Wherein the property service device is configured to: acquiring a property notification message; sending the property notification message to a target intelligent door device; the target intelligent door device is an intelligent door device in the at least one intelligent door device;
the target intelligent door apparatus is configured to: receiving the property notification message, and displaying the property notification message after detecting a first operation; if the first operation is not detected within the preset time period, the property notification message is sent to the target user terminal; the target user terminal is a user terminal corresponding to the target intelligent door; the first operation is used for triggering the target intelligent door device to display the property notification message;
the target user terminal is configured to: and receiving and displaying the property notification message.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the property service system further comprises: a property terminal;
the property terminal is configured to: generating first indication information according to a second operation, and sending the first indication information to the property service device; the second operation is for determining the target intelligent door device from the at least one intelligent door device; the first indication information is used for indicating to send the target intelligent door equipment;
The property service device is further configured to: and receiving the first indication information, determining the target intelligent door equipment according to the first indication information, and sending the property notification message to the target intelligent door device.
3. The system of claim 1 or 2, wherein the intelligent door device is further configured to: generating message information according to the third operation; the third operation is an operation of editing the message information;
displaying the message information when a fourth operation is detected; the fourth operation is used for triggering the message information.

The system of claim 1 or 2, wherein the intelligent door device is further configured to: according to the detected property calling operation, property calling information is generated, and the property calling information is sent to the property service device; the property calling information is used for calling the property service device;
the property service device is further configured to: receiving property calling information, determining user information of the intelligent door device, and displaying the user information; the user information includes at least one of: house number, business name, user's mobile phone number.
5. A property service method, applied to the property service device of any one of claims 1-4, comprising:
acquiring a property notification message; the property notification message is used for notifying a user of property prompt information;
determining a target intelligent door device corresponding to the property notification message; the target intelligent door device is an intelligent door device for receiving the property notification message;
and sending the property notification message to the target intelligent door device.
6. A property service method, which is applied to the intelligent door device of any one of claims 1 to 4, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a property notification message; the property notification message is used for notifying a user of property prompt information;
after detecting the first operation, displaying the property notification message; the first operation is used for triggering the intelligent door device to display the property notification message;
if the first operation is not detected within the preset time period, the property notification message is sent to the target user terminal; the first operation is used for triggering the target intelligent door device to display the property notification message; the target user terminal is a user terminal corresponding to the intelligent door.
7. A property service apparatus, the apparatus comprising: a communication unit, and a processing unit;
the communication unit is used for acquiring a property notification message; the property notification message is used for notifying a user of property prompt information;
the processing unit is used for determining a target intelligent door device corresponding to the property notification message; the target intelligent door device is an intelligent door device for receiving the property notification message;
the communication unit is further used for sending the property notification message to the target intelligent door device.
8. An intelligent door apparatus, the apparatus comprising: the device comprises a communication unit, a processing unit and a display unit;
the communication unit is used for receiving the property notification message; the property notification message is used for notifying a user of property prompt information;
the processing unit is used for indicating the display unit to display the property notification message after the first operation is detected; the first operation is used for triggering the intelligent door device to display the property notification message;
the processing unit is further configured to instruct the communication unit to send the property notification message to the target user terminal if the first operation is not detected within a preset time period; the first operation is used for triggering the target intelligent door device to display the property notification message; the target user terminal is a user terminal corresponding to the intelligent door.
9. An electronic device, comprising: a processor and a communication interface; the communication interface is coupled to the processor for running a computer program or instructions to implement the property service method of claim 5 or 6.
10. A computer readable storage medium having instructions stored therein, wherein when executed by a computer, the computer performs the property service method of claim 5 or 6.
