Abstract

手持式电动刺锯
本发明涉及一种手持式电动刺锯。
手持式电动刺锯的接触护挡是为了使操作者的手指隔离锯片,从而可靠防止因接触锯片的锯齿伤及手指。
迄今为止提出的接触护挡方案有二:一种能够很好防止接触,但挡住工件内锯片的作用点的视线,另一种便于观察锯片作用点的位置,但不能足够防止受伤。这些方案通常结构复杂,并要求锯片结构精确配合要安装接触护挡的范围。因此装设这样一种接触护挡的刺锯的价格和重量以及方便性都受到不利的影响。
与上述方案相反,本发明的刺锯则具有这样的优点:接触护挡不但可靠防止与锯片的任何接触,而且又能很好观察工件中的锯片作用点;同时,作成薄件的接触护挡有助于锯削走向的目检,因为它可作为锯削瞄准器使用。接触护挡可与壳体整体制成,因而价廉而且不需要安装,所以也不需要附加的安装费和仓库保管费。由于接触护挡是剌锯整体结构的一部分,所以外形雅致美观。
通过在其它各项权利要求中所采取的措施,可使权利要求1所述的手持式电动剌锯获得有利的结构改进。
下面结合附图所示的实施例来详细说明本发明,附图是:
图1表示手持式电动刺锯的一部分透视图;
图2表示从图1箭头II方向看刺锯在其分开壳体的机壳中的一段放大图;
图3表示图1刺锯右边壳体的一段放大图。
图1所示手持式电动剌锯具有由两个塑料壳体101和102组成的机壳10,两个壳体101和102沿机壳10中间的一条分界缝11连在一起。在机壳10中,升降杆12可进行轴向导向运动,该升降杆通过一个在图中未示出的升降传动机构由一台电动机传动产生升降运动,并部分地伸出机壳10下侧上的孔13。升降杆12的自由端上配置一个夹头14用来夹持锯片15。机壳10围绕一根在进给方向延伸的回转轴可回转地安装在一个底座16上,该底座用来安装和导向要锯削的工件。锯片15在进给方向内带有锯齿17,并以其背向锯齿17的锯背18支撑在固定在机壳10的导向滚19上。
为了防止操作者的手指接触锯片15的锯齿17,设置了一个接触护挡20,该护挡是一个很薄的件21,并与壳体101构成一体,该薄件21从机壳10的下端平行于锯片在锯片15在锯齿17前延伸到接近底座16附近。从图2和图3中可特别清楚地看出件21与壳体101的整体性。件21的厚度大致等于锯片厚度。从图2所示机壳10的两个相互分开壳体101和102的正面图中可看出,件21对称地对准壳体101和102之间的分界缝11的中心线20′。为了夹持住薄件21伸出分界缝中心线的部分而在另一个壳体102上构成一个凹口22,当两个壳体101和102合拢时就能夹持住薄件21的伸出部分。
如前所述,两个壳体用注塑件制成,同时将接触护挡20的薄件21注塑在壳体101上并同时在壳体102上注塑凹口22。但具有一个薄件21和凹口22的壳体101和102也可用金属压铸件制造。

Claims (4)

1.具有一个两个壳体的机壳(10)的手持式电动剌锯,它的两个壳体(101、102)沿机壳中心延伸的一条分界缝(11)相互连接,带有一根在机壳(10)内导向移动的、部分从该机壳伸出的升降杆(12),该升降杆由一台电动机通过一个升降机构传动并具有一个用来夹持锯片(15)的夹头(14),一个固定在机壳(10)上的底座(16)用来安装和导向工件并在机壳下端和底座(16)之间的升降范围内装有一个有效防止锯片(15)的锯齿(17)的接触护挡(20),其特征是,接触护挡(20)是整体在壳体(101)上构成的薄件(21),该件平行于锯片(15)在锯齿(17)前面延伸。
2.按权利要求1的刺锯,其特征是,薄件(21)的厚度大致等于锯片厚度。
3.按权利要求1或2的刺锯,其特征是,薄件(21)对称地对准分界缝中心线,而且另一个壳体(102)具有一个凹口(22)用来夹持薄件(21)伸出分界缝中心线的部分。
4.按权利要求1至3任一项的刺锯,其特征是,壳体(101、102)用注塑件或金属压铸件制造。
