In practical applications, the following interactions are performed between the various parts in the ETC system:
at S1, the roadside unit may monitor and identify motor vehicles bound with the vehicle-mounted medium of the digital rmb soft wallet within a certain range in real time. The vehicle-mounted medium can comprise a vehicle-mounted electronic tag, a composite pass card and the like. In some embodiments, a motor vehicle carrying an electronic tag of an ETC-specific digital rmb wallet is driven into an ETC communication range, a roadside unit communicates with the electronic tag of the motor vehicle, and DSRC-specific short range communication technology is used to collect vehicle information and ETC-specific digital rmb authorization authentication information.
At S2, the ETC charging system platform acquires vehicle information and ETC special digital RMB wallet authorization authentication information from the road side unit, and performs charging statistics in the background of the server. And then sending the digital RMB authorization authentication information and the charging information to a commercial bank digital RMB system to initiate a digital RMB payment request.
At S3, the commercial bank digital RMB system acquires digital RMB authorization and authentication information from the ETC charging system platform in a wired or wireless communication mode, and completes digital RMB deduction authentication based on the digital RMB authorization and authentication information. Therefore, the ETC special digital RMB wallet authentication authorization information is added in DSRC information transmission, and the safety and reliability of the commercial bank deduction authentication information are enhanced. In addition, the commercial bank digital RMB system combines the digital RMB deduction authentication success information and the charging statistical information of the ETC charging system platform, transfers the money in the digital RMB soft wallet account of the vehicle-mounted medium to the digital RMB account of the high-speed toll collector, and completes high-speed toll settlement by using the digital RMB.
At S4, after the digital RMB deduction operation of the digital RMB system of the commercial bank is completed, the successful deduction information of the ETC charging system platform is fed back, and the vehicle can pass without stopping.
And S5, after the fee deduction of the commercial bank digital RMB system is successful, a digital RMB owner changing request is sent to the central bank digital RMB system, and the central bank RMB system changes the digital RMB owner from the owner user account to the high-speed toll collector account, so that owner changing operation is completed.
And S6, after the central bank digital RMB system finishes the owner changing operation, feeding back the success of the operation of the commercial bank digital RMB system, and the success of the digital RMB owner changing, so that the online payment process of the digital RMB in the ETC scene is finished.
Compared with the traditional digital RMB payment mode, the combined application of the ETC system and the digital RMB breaks through the constraint of distance, and the DSRC special short-range communication technology of the ETC expands the digital RMB payment mode from near-distance payment based on NFC and the like to remote payment, so that the payment means of the digital RMB are diversified and the digital RMB payment is diversified. In particular, the method for online payment of high-speed fees by combining the existing ETC electronic toll collection system and simultaneously using the digital RMB soft wallet provides convenience for the ETC fee deduction mode and increases new payment means and modes of the high-speed fees. In addition, the digital RMB is uniformly issued and managed by a central office, so that the safety level of ETC fee payment is improved, the fee clearing and settlement process is greatly shortened, and the ETC fee payment efficiency is improved.
From the above description of the modular design of the present invention, it can be seen that the system of the present invention can be flexibly arranged according to the application scenario or requirement and is not limited to the architecture shown in the drawings. Further, it should also be appreciated that any module, unit, component, server, computer, or device that performs the operations of the examples of the invention may include or otherwise access a computer-readable medium, such as a storage medium, a computer storage medium, or a data storage device (removable) and/or non-removable) such as, for example, a magnetic disk, optical disk, or magnetic tape. Computer storage media may include volatile and nonvolatile, removable and non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer readable instructions, data structures, program modules or other data. Based on this, the present invention also discloses a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer-readable instructions for payment of ETC systems, which when executed by one or more processors, implement the methods and operations described hereinbefore in connection with the accompanying drawings.

Claims (11)

1. A payment method for an ETC system, the ETC system comprising a roadside unit and a vehicle-mounted medium supporting a digital rmb soft purse, the payment method comprising:
acquiring fee deduction information from the vehicle-mounted medium through the road side unit;
determining a fee deduction application related to the digital RMB soft wallet in the vehicle-mounted medium based on the fee deduction information;
sending the fee deduction application to a bank digital RMB system with digital RMB management authority; and
and in response to receiving a deduction result prompt fed back by the bank digital RMB system based on the deduction application, determining that the online payment of the ETC system is completed.
2. The payment method of claim 1, wherein obtaining payment information from the vehicle-mounted medium via the roadside unit comprises:
acquiring digital RMB authorization authentication information related to the digital RMB soft wallet from the vehicle-mounted medium via the road side unit;
acquiring charging information related to a vehicle bound by the vehicle-mounted medium from the vehicle-mounted medium through the road side unit; and
and carrying out charging statistics based on the digital RMB authorization authentication information and the charging information to obtain the deduction information.
3. The payment method as set forth in claim 2, wherein determining a fee deduction application related to the digital rennet soft wallet in the in-vehicle medium based on the fee deduction information includes:
and determining the deduction application based on the digital RMB authentication information and the deduction information.
4. The payment method as recited in claim 1, wherein the bank digital rmb system includes a first bank digital rmb system and a second bank digital rmb system, and the second bank digital rmb system authorizes the first bank digital rmb system's management rights to the digital rmb, and sending the payment request to the bank digital rmb system with the digital rmb management rights includes:
and sending the fee deduction application to the first bank digital RMB system and/or the second bank digital RMB system so that the first bank digital RMB system and/or the second bank digital RMB system can complete fee deduction and feed back fee deduction result prompt based on the fee deduction application.
5. Payment method according to any of claims 1 to 4, wherein a roadside unit and the on-board medium interact with information via a dedicated short range communication link, DSRC.
6. An ETC charging device, comprising:
a processor; and
memory storing computer instructions for payment of an ETC system, which when executed by the processor, cause the ETC charging device to perform the payment method according to any one of claims 1-5.
7. A computer readable storage medium containing program instructions for payment of an ETC system, which when executed by a processor, cause implementation of the payment method according to any of claims 1-5.
8. An ETC system, comprising:
a vehicle-mounted medium configured to support a digital RMB soft wallet;
a roadside unit configured to interact with a vehicle-mounted medium supporting a digital rmb soft purse; and
an ETC charging device interacting with the roadside unit and configured to perform the payment method of any one of claims 1 to 5 to effect an on-line payment of an ETC system based on the digital renminbi soft wallet of the vehicle-mounted medium.
9. The ETC system of claim 8, further comprising:
and the bank digital RMB system is interacted with the ETC charging equipment and is configured to respond to receiving a fee deduction application related to the digital RMB soft wallet in the vehicle-mounted medium sent by the ETC charging equipment, complete fee deduction based on the fee deduction application and feed back fee deduction result prompt.
10. The ETC system of claim 9, wherein the bank digital rmb system includes a first bank digital rmb system and a second bank digital rmb system, and the second bank digital rmb system authorizes the first bank digital rmb system to manage rights to digital rmbs, wherein the first bank digital rmb system interacts with the ETC charging device and is specifically configured to:
responding to a fee deduction application which is sent by the ETC charging equipment and related to the digital RMB soft wallet in the vehicle-mounted medium, wherein the fee deduction application comprises digital RMB authentication information and fee deduction information;
performing digital RMB deduction authentication based on the digital RMB authentication information;
transferring the digital RMB in the digital RMB soft wallet to the digital RMB soft wallet of the toll collector based on the deduction information in response to authentication pass so as to complete deduction; and
and feeding back a deduction result prompt to the ETC charging equipment.
11. The ETC system of claim 10, wherein
The first bank digital RMB system is further configured to send a digital RMB owner change request to the second bank digital RMB system after the deduction process is completed, so that the second bank digital RMB system responds to the digital RMB owner change request to execute an owner change operation.
