the verification module is used for interacting user data to the lane charging system in a virtual national standard user card file structure mode for verification and identification when the lane charging system is at an entrance and an exit, and returning a lane user identification verification result to the virtual national standard CPU card terminal in the same mode;
the data transaction module is used for acquiring user state data and site identification point data when the APP is in and out in the VPN network through a cloud server by a built-in service module of the virtual national standard CPU card terminal, writing the user state data and the site identification point data through a program, generating relevant information field data of a virtual national standard user card file structure body, and storing the relevant information field data in the virtual national standard CPU card terminal;
the data analysis module is used for interacting the file structure data of the virtual national standard user card containing user data and transaction data to a lane charging system through a serial port to exchange the transaction data, the lane charging system analyzes the transaction information and transaction amount data to return to a virtual national standard CPU card terminal through an original path, and the related information field data of the file structure of the virtual national standard CPU card is written into the virtual national standard CPU card terminal and is stored in the virtual national standard CPU card terminal;
