and calling the refund recording algorithm to record log data of the unilateral account refund operation.

invoking the query service interface to access a hospital service system of the self-service hospital equipment, and invoking the query service interface to query whether a first recharging record matched with both the payment order number data and the user card number data exists in the hospital service system;
if not, setting the checking result as the order non-unilateral account;
if yes, the query service interface is called to access a third party payment service record corresponding to the self-service equipment of the hospital, and the query service interface is called to query whether first order information matched with the first recharging record exists in the third party payment service record; if yes, setting the checking result as a single account order; if not, setting the checking result as the order non-unilateral account.

creating a first display webpage;
identifying the collation result;

and if the check result is the single-side account order, executing the single-side account refund operation based on the first display webpage and the refund processing algorithm.

the unilateral account refund operation comprises the following steps:
acquiring an operation job number and an operation password of an operator based on the first display webpage;
and calling the refund processing algorithm to carry out unilateral account refund of the first order information based on the operation work number, the operation password, the payment order number data and the first order information.

the refund processing algorithm comprises:
acquiring account data of hospital operators;
