In order that the door hinge 105 can be fastened to the base body 101 of the household appliance 100 in a movable manner, the door hinge 105 comprises one or more receiving sleeves 123. The base body 101 of the household appliance 100 comprises a holding element with an insertion pin, wherein the insertion pin can be inserted into the receiving sleeve 123 of the door hinge 105 in order to fix the door hinge 105 to the base body 101 of the household appliance 100. Because the receiving sleeve 123 is rotatably mounted with respect to the insertion pin, the appliance door 103 can be moved with respect to the base body 101 of the household appliance 100.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic rear view of the door hinge according to the invention according to fig. 2. The door hinge 105 comprises a first plug section 107, in particular a plug bush, having a lead-in bevel 109. The electrical connection wires 111 are not shown in fig. 3.
The door hinge 105 includes one or more securing elements 115, one or more additional receiving elements 117, one or more support areas 119, and one or more securing openings 121.
In order that the door hinge 105 can be fastened to the base body 101 of the household appliance 100 in a movable manner, the door hinge 105 comprises one or more receiving sleeves 123.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic view of an appliance door held by a door hinge. In fig. 4, only a section of a part of the appliance door 103 is shown, which part is in contact with the door hinge 105, in order to fix the appliance door 103 to the door hinge 105. The entire appliance door 103 of the household appliance is not shown in fig. 4.
The door hinge 105 can in turn be fastened to the base body 101 of the household appliance 100 by means of a receiving sleeve 123, wherein the base body 101 of the household appliance 100 is not shown in fig. 4.
The door hinge 105 comprises a first plug section 107, in particular a plug bush. The appliance door 103 comprises a second connector section 125, in particular a connector. The second connector section 125 is connected in fig. 4 to the first connector section 107 in order to provide an electrical plug connection 127.
The first plug section 107 of the door hinge 105 is connected to an electrical connection line 111 comprising a line cover 113, whereby an electrical connection is established between the electrical plug connection 127 and the control device of the household appliance 100.
The second connector section 125 of the appliance door 103 is connected to a further electrical connection line 129, which can be connected, for example, to an electrical element 131 of the appliance door 103. The electrical element 131 is only schematically shown in fig. 4.
When the appliance door 103 is held by the door hinge 105 and the first connector section 107 is connected to the second connector section 125, an electrical plug connection 127 between the appliance door 103 and the door hinge 105 can be established. An electrical connection between the electrical element 131 of the appliance door 103 and the control device in the base body 101 of the household appliance 100 can be established by means of the electrical plug connection 127.
Thereby, an electrical plug connection 127 between the door hinge 105 and the appliance door 103 is established when the appliance door 103 is assembled on the door hinge 105. This reduces the effort required for assembly of the household appliance, since, in addition, no connection of the cable connector to the appliance door 103 is necessary, and no fitting of a cover or seal to the connector section is necessary, for example. Since the electrical plug connection 127 is already contained in the component to be assembled when the appliance door 103 held by the door hinge 105 is mounted to the household appliance 100, defects due to incorrectly plugged contacts at the time of assembly can be avoided.
All the features explained and shown in connection with the various embodiments of the invention can be arranged in different combinations in the subject matter according to the invention in order to achieve the advantageous effects of the features at the same time.
The scope of the invention is given by the claims and is not limited by the features set out in the description or shown in the drawings.
