Description

Preparation and application of bio-based thick-coatable aqueous two-component transparent primer
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, in particular to preparation and application of a bio-based thick-coatable aqueous double-component transparent primer.
Background
In recent years, with the development of furniture manufacturing industry and decoration industry in China, the oil-to-water technology is gradually carried out in the field of high-end custom-made solid wood which only needs high resistance, high hardness and high permeability, and a full-water product and a construction process are adopted. In the field of high-end custom-made solid wood furniture, most of furniture substrates are peach hearts, walnut, elm, catalpa bungei, and the like with deeper ducts and distinct layers, and the coating process is basically a full-closed coating effect. The conventional water paint on the market is easy to cause the problems of fullness, poor filling property, white prickly heat at thick coating and edge accumulation, influence on transparency due to repeated coating, sinking at the later stage and the like. The problem is mainly that the conventional water-based transparent primer is easy to shrink after a paint film is dried, and meanwhile, thick coating and repeated coating cannot be performed once, so that better filling property and fullness cannot be provided, and the environment-friendly requirement cannot be met when an oily PU product is used.
