Further, the two packaging strips are perpendicular to each other so as to realize that the two packaging strips can move from one side of the mounting frame to the other side, and the two packaging strips are arranged at intervals along the height direction, so that the opening of the garbage bag is clamped at the corners of the two packaging strips and the mounting frame, and the scalding sealing is realized through the heating piece.

It should be noted that, the first driving member is a rotating motor or a rotating cylinder, so as to realize the rotation connection between the driving gear and the rack, and further realize the adjustment of the position of the bag pressing assembly 320; the second driving member 323 can be a telescopic motor, a telescopic cylinder or an electric telescopic rod, so as to drive the push plate 324 to move in a telescopic manner, so as to conveniently push down or release the garbage.
In this embodiment, in order to drive the encapsulation strip to move laterally, a motor matched with the encapsulation strip is arranged on the pushing plate 324, the encapsulation strip is driven by the motor to move, and when two encapsulation strips are arranged, two motors are correspondingly arranged to drive the encapsulation strip to move. The motor drives the packaging strip to move in a mode of matching the conveyor belt with the gears, namely, the motor drives the gears arranged on the mounting frame to rotate, and the gears drive the conveyor belt to rotate, so that the conveyor belt drives the packaging strip to move; the motor can drive the packaging strip to move in a mode of adopting a lead screw 430, the motor drives the lead screw 430 to rotate, and the lead screw 430 is in threaded fit with the packaging strip to drive the packaging strip to move.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the intelligent garbage can further comprises a bag pulling assembly 40, and the bag pulling assembly 40 is arranged on the can body 10 in a lifting manner.
Specifically, the bag pulling assembly 40 is used for adsorbing the garbage bag, so that the garbage bag is driven to the inside of the garbage accommodating cavity 121 by the descending of the bag pulling assembly 40. The intelligent garbage bin of this application can also realize drawing the disposal bag into the inside of rubbish holding chamber 121 through drawing the bag subassembly 40 and realize the placing of disposal bag, need not artifical the participation, has improved user experience and has felt.
Further, the bag pulling assembly 40 includes a pick-up part capable of picking up or releasing the garbage bag, and a lifting part provided on the lifting part and moving in the depth direction of the tub 10 with the movement of the lifting part. Wherein, the pick-up part picks up the garbage bag to make the garbage bag and the pick-up part move synchronously when the bag pulling operation is performed, and the lifting part is used for driving the pick-up part to move up and down in the garbage accommodating cavity 121 in the barrel part 10.
Further, the pick-up part includes a suction nozzle 460 and a suction pipe 450 connected to the suction nozzle 460, and picks up the garbage bag in a manner that the air tap and the garbage bag are adsorbed, wherein the suction pipe 450 is connected to the air pump to perform the suction operation by the air pump.
In this embodiment, the tub 10 includes an inner tub 120 and an outer case 110, the inner tub 120 is disposed in the outer case 110 and forms a clamping chamber 140 therebetween, the lifting part is accommodated in the clamping chamber 140, and the inner tub 120 has a passage communicating the garbage accommodating chamber 121 with the clamping chamber 140.
The bag pulling assembly 40 further includes a telescopic portion, wherein one end of the telescopic portion is transversely arranged and connected with the lifting portion, and the other end of the telescopic portion is connected with the picking portion, so as to adjust the position of the picking portion in the barrel portion 10. The telescopic part can drive the pick-up part to penetrate through the channel and enter the inside of the garbage accommodating cavity 121 so as to pick up the garbage bag inside the garbage accommodating cavity 121.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the tub portion 10 includes a housing 110, a partition 130 and an inner tub 120, the partition 130 is disposed in the housing 110 to partition an inner space of the housing 110 into an upper space and a lower space, the lower space is an electric chamber 150, the inner tub 120 is disposed in the upper space, a clamping chamber 140 is formed between the inner tub 120 and the housing 110, and the inner tub 120 has a garbage receiving chamber 121.
Specifically, the telescopic part moves up and down inside the clamping chamber 140, and the lifting driving part 410 of the lifting part is located inside the electric chamber 150, so as to realize a protection effect on the lifting driving part 410.
Further, the lifting part comprises a lifting driving part 410, a screw rod 430 and a sliding block 440, the lifting driving part 410 is installed in the electric cavity 150, the lifting driving part 410 is in driving connection with one end of the screw rod 430, the other end of the screw rod 430 penetrates through the partition 130 to extend into the clamping cavity 140, the sliding block 440 is movably arranged on the screw rod 430, and the pickup part of the bag pulling assembly 40 and the air pump are connected with the sliding block 440.
The lifting driving part 410 is a rotating motor, and the lifting driving part 410 changes the rotation direction of the output shaft to realize the up-and-down movement of the driving slider 440, and in order to ensure the stable connection between the driving member and the screw 430, a coupling 420 is provided between the screw 430 and the output shaft of the driving member.
In this embodiment, in order to make the garbage bag stably enter the garbage accommodating cavity 121, the bottom surface of the inner barrel 120 is provided with an air suction hole 131, the intelligent garbage further comprises a fan pump, the fan pump is installed in the electric cavity 150, and the air suction inlet of the fan pump is communicated with the air suction hole 131. After the garbage bag enters the garbage accommodating cavity 121 under the drive of the pick-up part, the air in the garbage accommodating cavity 121 is pumped by the fan pump, so that the driving force is provided for the garbage bag to the bottom surface of the inner attaching barrel 120.
The intelligent garbage can further comprises a puncturing part, the puncturing part is arranged in the garbage accommodating cavity 121, and the puncturing part is used for puncturing the garbage bag. Wherein the puncturing part may be a thimble provided on the bottom surface of the inner tub 120 to puncture the garbage bag into the air guide hole.
Further, the intelligent garbage can further comprises a gravity sensor, wherein the gravity sensor is arranged and installed on the bottom surface of the can body 10 and used for detecting weight information.
Further, the intelligent garbage can further includes a gyro sensor mounted on the sealing part 30 for detecting the flatness of the garbage inside the garbage receiving cavity 121. Wherein the gyroscopic sensor may be disposed on the encapsulation strip.
Further, the intelligent garbage can further includes a position sensor installed in the can body 10 for detecting the height of garbage inside the garbage receiving cavity 121. Wherein the position sensor is a photoelectric sensor or an infrared sensor.
In this embodiment, the intelligent garbage can further includes a main controller and a power supply, the power supply is used for providing power, the detection elements such as a gravity sensor, a position sensor and a gyroscope sensor are all connected with the main controller in a signal manner, and the main controller is further electrically connected with the lifting driving part 410, the fan pump, the telescopic part, the pickup part and the sealing part 30.
Example two
Unlike the first embodiment, in the present embodiment, the lifting part is provided in the garbage receiving chamber 121.
Specifically, the lifting part is disposed inside the garbage accommodating cavity 121, and the lifting driving part 410 drives the screw 430 to rotate and drives the slider 440 to move up and down inside the garbage accommodating cavity 121, so that the pick-up part moves towards the garbage bag inside the garbage accommodating cavity 121 and picks up the garbage bag.
The lifting portion is disposed in the garbage accommodation chamber 121, and the pickup portion is also held in the garbage accommodation chamber 121.
Example III
The embodiment provides an operation method of an intelligent garbage can, wherein the intelligent garbage can is the intelligent garbage can in the first embodiment or the second embodiment, and actions of bagging and sealing of the intelligent garbage can are achieved through the operation method of the intelligent garbage can.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the operation method of the intelligent garbage can includes:
after the bottom sealing instruction is acquired, performing garbage bag bottom sealing operation;
and acquiring height information and weight information of the garbage, and executing garbage bag sealing operation when at least one of the height information and the weight information meets preset conditions.
Wherein, the method for acquiring the back cover instruction comprises the steps of,
Acquiring the actual weight M1 of the intelligent garbage can through a gravity sensor; the actual weight M1 is the weight in the current state, and the current state may be the state of the intelligent garbage can without the garbage bag, or may be the state after the garbage bag is mounted.
Comparing the actual weight M1 with a preset weight range; and only when the actual weight M1 satisfies the condition of the preset weight range, a back cover instruction is transmitted.
The preset weight is manually set, and the weight is a range value, so that when the garbage bag in the garbage bag storage box 20 is continuously reduced, the next bottom sealing instruction can still be sent. And when the actual weight M1 is larger or smaller than the preset weight range, the back cover instruction is not sent.
Further, in the operation of performing the bottom sealing of the garbage bag, the sealing structure 310, that is, the sealing strips are controlled to move so as to shrink the bottom opening of the garbage bag, and after the bottom opening of the garbage bag is shrunk, the heating elements on the sealing strips close to the top of the bin in the two sealing strips are started, at this time, the temperature of the heating elements is the second heating temperature, the heating elements realize the hot sealing of the bottom opening of the garbage bag under the condition of the second heating temperature, and then the bottom sealing operation is completed, after the bottom sealing operation is completed, the sealing structure 310 is reset and the heating elements stop heating.
The operation method of the intelligent garbage can further comprises a bag pulling operation after the garbage bag bottom sealing operation is completed, wherein the bag pulling operation comprises the following steps:
acquiring a bag pulling instruction so that the bag pulling assembly 40 can pick up the garbage bag after being operated;
after the bag pulling assembly 40 picks up the garbage bag, the bag pulling assembly 40 acts and simultaneously opens the fan pump so that the garbage bag moves to the bottom of the garbage accommodating cavity 121 of the intelligent garbage can;
the bag pulling assembly 40 releases the trash bag and resets the motion, turning off the fan pump.
The sealing structure 310 triggers a bag pulling instruction after being reset, the lifting driving part 410 of the lifting part of the bag pulling assembly 40 drives the sliding block 440 to drive the pick-up part to move towards the garbage bag through the lead screw 430, the air tap of the pick-up part is attached to the garbage bag with the bottom sealed in the garbage accommodating cavity 121 under the driving of the telescopic part, and the adsorption is realized under the action of air pressure; the adsorbed garbage bag moves downward following the slider 440 under the driving of the pickup part so that the garbage bag moves downward along the inside of the garbage receiving chamber 121; the blower pump is started to pump air from the garbage accommodating cavity 121, so that the garbage bag is assisted to enter the garbage accommodating cavity 121, and the garbage bag accommodating cavity is attached to the bottom surface of the garbage accommodating cavity 121.
The garbage bag is stuck to the bottom surface of the accommodating cavity, and the garbage bag is punctured by the puncture part.
In this embodiment, the operation method further includes setting a preset condition, and setting the preset condition to be a preset garbage weight M2 and a preset garbage height H2, where the preset garbage weight M2 is greater than an initial weight M0 of the intelligent garbage can;
after the execution of the garbage bag back cover operation is completed, acquiring the actual weight M1 of the intelligent garbage can and the actual height H1 of the garbage inside the garbage accommodating cavity 121 of the intelligent garbage can;
comparing the actual weight M1 with a preset garbage weight M2, and comparing the actual height H1 with a preset garbage height H2;
and if the actual weight M1 is greater than or equal to the preset garbage weight M2 and the actual height H1 is greater than or equal to the preset garbage height H2, executing the garbage bag sealing operation.
Wherein, the actual weight M1 is the total weight of the intelligent garbage can and the garbage, the actual height H1 is the height of the garbage inside the garbage accommodating cavity 121, and after the height and the weight meet the preset requirements, the sealing operation is started to be performed.
Further, the garbage bag sealing operation comprises the following steps:
driving the sealing strips of the sealing part 30 to act and shrink the bag mouth of the garbage bag; wherein, two encapsulation strips transversely move in order to realize the sack of shrink disposal bag.
Starting a heating piece of the packaging strip, scalding and sealing the bag mouth of the garbage bag and cutting the garbage bag; the heating part on the packaging strip close to the barrel bottom in the two packaging strips is started, the heating part is at a first heating temperature, the operation of hot sealing and cutting is realized by extruding the bag opening of the garbage bag through the heating part, and the two packaging strips are driven to act and release the bag opening of the garbage bag after the hot sealing is finished.
Further, the plastic bag is heated and cut under the heating of the first heating temperature, and at least part of the bag mouth is bonded together to realize sealing while cutting.
After the garbage bag sealing operation is finished, the operation method of the intelligent garbage can further comprises a garbage compressing operation after the garbage bag sealing operation is finished, wherein the garbage compressing operation comprises the following steps:
obtaining garbage horizontal position information and determining a pushing target area; wherein the detection of the horizontal position information of the garbage bag is performed by a gyro sensor on the sealing structure 310.
Pressing the garbage in the pushing target area; after the horizontal position information of the garbage bag is acquired, the bag pressing assembly 320 moves to a pressing target area of the garbage bag, and the pressing plate 324 is driven to move downwards by the pressing driving member assembly, so that the pressing plate 324 performs a pressing operation on the garbage bag. Wherein the pushing target area is an area of the garbage bag which is relatively convex.
Example IV
The third difference between this embodiment and the third embodiment is that in this embodiment, the operation method of the intelligent garbage can further includes a method for obtaining a bottom closing instruction, and the method for obtaining the bottom closing instruction includes:
acquiring the initial weight M0 of the intelligent garbage can when the garbage bag is not added; wherein, obtain the initial weight M0 of intelligent garbage bin when not installing the disposal bag through gravity sensor.
Acquiring the actual weight M1 of the intelligent garbage can; the real-time actual weight M1 of the intelligent garbage can is detected through the gravity sensor.
Comparing the actual weight M1 with the initial weight M0, and sending a back cover instruction if the actual weight M1 is larger than the initial weight M0; if the actual weight M1 is equal to the initial weight M0, no back cover instruction is sent and the actual weight M1 is continuously acquired. Wherein when the actual weight M1 is equal to the initial weight M0, there is no garbage bag inside the garbage bag storing box 20.
Example five
The third embodiment is different from the third embodiment in that in the present embodiment, the operation method further includes setting a preset condition, and setting the preset condition to be a preset garbage weight M2 and a preset garbage height H2, where the preset garbage weight M2 is greater than an initial weight M0 of the intelligent garbage can.
After the execution of the garbage bag back cover operation is completed, the actual weight M1 of the intelligent garbage can and the actual height H1 of the garbage inside the garbage accommodating chamber 121 of the intelligent garbage can are acquired. Wherein the actual weight M1 and the actual height H1 are detected by means of a gravity sensor and a position sensor.
The actual weight M1 is compared with a preset waste weight M2, and the actual height H1 is compared with a preset waste height H2.
And if the actual weight M1 is greater than or equal to the preset garbage weight M2 or the actual height H1 is greater than or equal to the preset garbage height H2, executing the garbage bag sealing operation.
In this embodiment, the actual weight M1 is equal to or greater than the preset garbage weight M2 and the actual height H1 is equal to or greater than the preset garbage height H2, and the garbage bag sealing operation is started when one of them is satisfied.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects:
1. in this application disposal bag holding is in the inside of disposal bag receiver 20 to place the top opening part in rubbish holding chamber 121 with disposal bag receiver 20, in order to make things convenient for the dismouting of disposal bag receiver 20.
2. The sealing part 30 positioned below the garbage bag storage box 20 can realize the movement between the avoidance position and the sealing position of the sealing structure 310, the inside of the garbage accommodating cavity 121 is not influenced when the garbage is in the avoidance position, the sealing action of the garbage bag is realized when the garbage bag is in the sealing position, the sealing structure 310 is arranged to realize the sealing of the garbage bag through the movement, the manual participation is reduced, and the intellectualization is improved.
3. The intelligent garbage can further achieve the placement of garbage bags by pulling the garbage bags into the garbage accommodating cavity 121 through the bag pulling assembly 40, and achieves the operation of pressing down the packaged garbage bags through the up-and-down movement of the sealing structure 310. The intelligent garbage bin of this application has multiple functions, realizes placing, sealing and pushing down of disposal bag, need not artifical the participation, has improved user experience and has felt.

4. An intelligent garbage can according to claim 3, wherein two packaging strips are arranged at intervals along the depth direction of the garbage accommodating cavity (121), and the two packaging strips are arranged in a staggered manner and can move along two different directions.
5. The intelligent garbage can according to claim 4, wherein the extending directions of the two packaging strips are perpendicular to each other.
6. A smart trash can according to claim 3, wherein the closure (30) further comprises a bag-in-bag assembly (320), the bag-in-bag assembly (320) being position-adjustably mounted on the packaging strip.
7. The intelligent garbage can of claim 6, wherein the bag pressing assembly (320) comprises:
the mounting body (321) is sleeved on the packaging strip at least one part of the mounting body (321) and is connected with the packaging strip in a sliding manner;
a push drive assembly mounted on the mounting body (321), the push drive assembly having a first drive and a second drive (323);
the first driving piece is in driving connection with the packaging strip through the driving piece (322);
the second driving piece (323) is in driving connection with the pushing plate (324), the second driving piece (323) provides driving force for the pushing plate (324) to move along the depth direction of the barrel body (10), and the pushing plate (324) is used for pushing garbage in the garbage bag.
8. The intelligent garbage can of claim 7, wherein the packaging strip has a rack disposed along a length direction, and the transmission member (322) is a transmission gear, and the transmission gear is meshed with the rack.
9. The intelligent garbage can according to claim 1, further comprising a pull bag assembly (40), the pull bag assembly (40) being liftable on the can body (10).
10. The intelligent garbage can of claim 9, wherein the pull bag assembly (40) comprises:
a pick-up section capable of picking up or releasing a garbage bag;
and a lifting part which is arranged on the lifting part and moves in the depth direction of the barrel body part (10) along with the action of the lifting part.
11. The intelligent garbage can according to claim 10, wherein the pick-up part comprises a suction nozzle (460) and a suction pipe (450) connected to the suction nozzle (460).
12. The intelligent garbage can according to claim 10, wherein the lifting part is arranged in the garbage accommodating cavity (121).

The intelligent garbage can according to claim 10, wherein the can body (10) comprises an inner can body (120) and an outer can (110), the inner can body (120) is arranged in the outer can (110) and forms a clamping cavity (140) between the inner can body and the outer can body, the lifting part is accommodated in the clamping cavity (140), and the inner can body (120) is provided with a channel for communicating the garbage accommodating cavity (121) with the clamping cavity (140).

The intelligent garbage can according to claim 13, wherein the pull bag assembly (40) further comprises a telescopic part which is transversely arranged and has one end connected with the lifting part and the other end connected with the pick-up part, so as to adjust the position of the pick-up part in the can body (10).
15. The intelligent garbage can according to claim 1, characterized in that the can body (10) comprises:
a housing (110);
a partition plate (130), the partition plate (130) being disposed within the housing (110) to divide an inner space of the housing (110) into an upper space and a lower space, the lower space being an electric chamber (150);
the inner barrel body (120), the inner barrel body (120) is arranged in the upper space, a clamping cavity (140) is formed between the inner barrel body (120) and the outer shell (110), and the inner barrel body (120) is provided with the garbage accommodating cavity (121).
16. The intelligent garbage can of claim 15, wherein the lifting portion of the pull bag assembly (40) of the intelligent garbage can comprises:
a lift drive unit (410), wherein the lift drive unit (410) is mounted inside the electric chamber (150);
the lifting driving part (410) is in driving connection with one end of the lead screw (430), and the other end of the lead screw (430) penetrates through the partition plate (130) and stretches into the clamping cavity (140);
The sliding block (440) is movably arranged on the screw rod (430), and a pick-up part of the bag pulling assembly (40) is connected with the sliding block (440).

The intelligent garbage can of claim 15, wherein the bottom surface of the inner can body (120) is provided with an air suction hole (131), the intelligent garbage can further comprises a fan pump, the fan pump is installed inside the electric cavity (150), and an air suction opening of the fan pump is communicated with the air suction hole (131).
18. The intelligent garbage can of any one of claims 1-17, further comprising:
a gravity sensor mounted on the bottom surface of the tub (10); and/or
A gyro sensor mounted on the sealing part (30) for detecting flatness of the garbage inside the garbage accommodation chamber (121); and/or
