搬运及运送瓶的系统
本发明涉及盘架，它可放在瓶上，并可用中间盘架接收瓶而把瓶堆成堆。
装有矿泉水此类的瓶装在框或箱中送到零售商那里，这些框或箱在弄空后或带着空瓶再返回。这些箱已经在使用并且开始是设计用来保护玻璃瓶。在瓶子变为用塑料瓶时，即使用箱子的目的(也就是保护瓶子)变成与原来有些不一样，考虑零售及批发商的运输及储存，箱子仍同样地使用。
当处理的塑料瓶发送出，特别在对这些瓶存在一瓶子存放系统，需要用新的方案来代替旧式的储瓶的箱子。这些箱子装满瓶子送到批发商及零件商处，但是返回时是空箱子，因而占据了与重量及功能有关的不必要的大的体积。这种塑料瓶堆在现场，并作为散装退回。
因此要求提供适于回收的包装，在不装瓶时比装瓶时占更小的空间，其对回收的储存和运输是重要的。
已有试验把瓶子放在纸板做的一次性的平的连结件(trace)上，但是示出在较长的运输中，其稳定性太差。另外扔掉一次性的包装使销售成本太高。这里包括传送废物、纸板、一次性包装到指定的场所等的费用。
还试图制造塑料的连接件，瓶子堆成一图案，瓶的顶部伸出一定高度与上一层瓶相邻或在上一层瓶之间。这样提供了好的稳定性，但是用在货盘上的面积具有太差的应用性。使用欧洲的一种货盘，每行只能放直径为94mm的1.5l的标准瓶88个。这种方案难以搬运，因为每次一个新盘放在一行上以在高度上堆放新的一层时，盘架要转180°。
还已知用盘架设在中间把瓶相互堆起来，其中盘包括向上突起的杯形部分可放入瓶的底部，杯形部分的下面可接纳带或不带瓶盖的瓶顶部。但是，瓶的总高度及瓶顶的直径随着瓶有无瓶盖而变化。考虑这些，盘架例如杯形部分必须有相应的形状。结果是有盘架在其中的瓶的堆码必须捆住以保证搬运及运输中的稳定性。不论所有瓶有无盖或这种堆码包括有盖无盖的瓶的混合都是这样。
本发明的目的是解决现有的瓶子的搬运及运送系统的问题。按照本发明权利要求的特点限定的本发明的装置可达到本发明的目的。

图1中示出了在带盖6的瓶子3的顶部及下部的两个盘架2的一部分。盘架可堆在货盘上并固定住运到批发商及零售商处。
在图8的顶视图示出的盘架最好由塑料制成并包括杯形部分5。杯形部分5可包括多条肋9设在凹部8之间。因此瓶3可安排成如图1所示，竖放在肋9上。瓶下面接纳在盖6上的盘架2的下部，杯形部分5的中央设成与制瓶时得到的瓶底的腿有一定的距离。
图5-8示出了本发明的另一个实施例，其中盘架2可直接放在货盘上或在瓶3的下面，环形边1可竖在瓶的支承环4上。盘架的杯形部分还包括肋9，瓶子放在其上。瓶的腿7可向下突入到环形边1，环形边1的高度允许瓶子放成下面有另一瓶子的盖或没有盖。因此保证在搬运及运输时，制瓶时制出的腿7受到保护。
使用按照本发明的盘架，可保证带有盘架2的瓶的堆码是稳定的，这对搬运及运输是重要的。另外可与一些瓶有盖6，一些没有盖无关地保证稳定性。

Claims (2)

1.一种盘架，可放在瓶(3)上，也可在盘架的上侧的杯形部分(5)放入瓶(3)，通过中间盘架(2)，多个盘架(2)可堆起来，其特征在于各杯形部分(5)包括一中部环形边(1)，它有一垂直凸缘，其下缘可放在放在下面的盘架(2)上的瓶(3)的支承环(4)上，这样，盘架(2)上面包括瓶(3)的重量传到放在下面的盘架(2)上的瓶(3)上，并进一步通过支承环(4)传到该盘架(2)上。
2.按照权利要求1的盘架，其特征在于所述的杯形部分(5)成形为有多条肋(9)，从环形边(1)延伸到杯形部分(5)的周边。
