Specifically, when the guard rail 32 is raised to the point that the pin holes 37 are aligned with the pins 36, the pins 36 are inserted into the pin holes 37 to restrict the guard rail 32 from moving up and down, so that the upper end of the guard rail 32 is kept higher than the middle bed plate 7, thereby preventing the patient from rolling off the bed plate 6; or the latch 36 is pulled out of the pin hole 37, thereby lowering the guard rail 32 to facilitate nursing of the patient by the medical staff.
The spring 38 used for pushing the bolt 36 to insert into the pin hole 37 is connected between the bolt 36 and the bedstead 1, specifically, two mounting plates 39 are fixedly mounted at the bottom of the horizontal part 5 of the connecting plate 3 relatively back and forth through bolts, the bolt 36 is mounted on the two mounting plates 39 in a sliding mode back and forth, a baffle 40 positioned between the two mounting plates 39 is welded on the bolt 36, the spring 38 is sleeved on the bolt 36, two ends of the spring 38 are respectively supported on the baffle 40 and the mounting plates 39 far away from one side of the pin hole 37, and when the guardrail 32 is lifted to align the pin hole 37 with the bolt 36, the bolt 36 is pushed to automatically insert into the pin hole 37 through the elastic force of the spring 38, so that the use is more convenient.
As shown in fig. 3, 6 and 7, two vertically extending screw rods 41 are installed in the installation cavity 15 in a left-right relative rotation mode, the upper end and the lower end of each screw rod 41 are installed on the inner wall of the installation cavity 15 in a rotation mode through bearings, a supporting plate 42 for pushing the guardrail 32 on the same side of each screw rod 41 to move upwards is screwed on each screw rod 41, an elongated hole 43 is formed in one side, close to the bed plate 6, of the installation cavity 15, one end of each supporting plate 42 is installed in the elongated hole 43 in a vertically sliding mode, and one end of each supporting plate 42 penetrates through the elongated hole 43 and extends to the lower portion of the upper cross rod 33 of the guardrail 32 on the same side of each supporting plate.
As shown in fig. 3 and 6, the screw 41 is in driving connection with the worm 21 on the opposite side thereof, in particular, the screw 41 is connected with the screw 29 on the opposite side thereof by a timing belt 44, that is, the screw 41 on the left side is connected with the screw 29 on the right side and the screw 41 on the right side is connected with the screw 29 on the left side by the timing belt 44, respectively, and when the worm 21 drives the corresponding movable bed plate 8 to rotate upward, the screw 41 on the opposite side of the movable bed plate 8 rotates and drives the corresponding pallet 42 to rise.
When the patient is assisted to turn over, the worm 21 on one side is driven to rotate positively by the corresponding motor 45, and the worm 21 drives the movable bed plate 8 on the corresponding side to rotate upwards; meanwhile, the worm 21 drives the lead screw 41 positioned on the opposite side of the worm through the lead screw 29 and the synchronous belt 44 at the lower end of the worm to rotate positively, and the lead screw 41 drives the supporting plate 42 to move upwards along the strip-shaped hole 43 to lift, so that when the guardrail 32 is not lifted, the guardrail 32 on the opposite side of the movable bed plate 8 is driven by the supporting plate 42 to lift automatically, and the patient is prevented from rolling off the bed plate 6 when turning over.
Specifically, when the patient needs to be assisted to turn over to the right, the corresponding motor 45 drives the left worm 21 to rotate forward, and the left worm 21 drives the left movable bed plate 8 to rotate upwards; meanwhile, the left worm 21 drives the right screw 41 to rotate positively through the screw 29 and the synchronous belt 44 at the lower end of the left worm, the right screw 41 drives the corresponding supporting plate 42 to move upwards along the strip-shaped hole 43 to be lifted, and the supporting plate 42 drives the right guardrail 32 to be lifted automatically, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, so that the patient is prevented from falling off the bed plate 6 when turning over to the right. Similarly, when the patient needs to be assisted to turn over to the left, the worm 21 on the right side is driven to rotate positively by the corresponding motor 45, and the worm 21 on the right side drives the movable bed plate 8 on the right side to rotate upwards; meanwhile, the worm 21 on the right drives the screw 41 on the left to rotate positively through the screw 29 and the synchronous belt 44 at the lower end of the worm, the screw 41 on the left drives the corresponding supporting plate 42 to move upwards along the strip-shaped hole 43 to lift, and the supporting plate 42 drives the guardrail 32 on the left to lift automatically, so that the patient is prevented from falling off the bed plate 6 when turning over leftwards.
The foregoing has shown and described the basic principles, main features and advantages of the present invention.
