Bearing mechanism 28 is configured to facilitate removal of first drive shaft 26 and shift shaft 44 therefrom for replacement or repair.
The transmission mechanism 46 comprises a third transmission shaft 85, a third transmission gear 84 arranged on the speed changing shaft 44 and a fourth transmission gear 88 arranged on the second screw rod 47, wherein the third transmission shaft 85 is provided with a sixth transmission gear 87 and a fifth transmission gear 86, the fifth transmission gear 86 is meshed with the third transmission gear 84, and the sixth transmission gear 87 is meshed with the fourth transmission gear 88.
The width of the third transmission gear 84 is larger than the width of the fifth transmission gear 86 plus the moving range of the shift shaft 44, so that the third transmission gear 84 is always meshed with the fifth transmission gear 86 in the moving process.
The handrail frame mechanism 4 comprises two rotating seats 6 arranged on the same side of the bed frame 1, a handrail frame 7 is rotationally arranged in the rotating seats 6, the handrail frame 7 is U-shaped, a fixed seat 8 is arranged on the upper portion of the rotating seat 6, a clamping block 9 is arranged on the inner side of the fixed seat 8, a fixed bolt 11 is connected with the inner end of the fixed bolt 11 in a threaded manner, the clamping block 9 is rotationally connected with the inner end of the fixed bolt 11, a rubber pad 10 is arranged on the inner side of the clamping block 9, the fixed bolt 11 can be rotated to control the clamping block 9 to be far away from the fixed seat 8 so as to clamp the handrail frame 7 or approach the fixed seat 8 so as to loosen the handrail frame 7, a table plate 5 is sleeved on the handrail frame 7 through the matching of a guide mechanism, a drag hook 12 is arranged at one end of the table plate 5 far away from the handrail frame 7, the drag hooks 12 on the front side and the rear side are reversely arranged on the two table plates 5.
When not in use, the armrest frame 7 is turned to the rotary seat 6 and leans against the outside of the bedstead 1. When the handrail frame 7 is used, the handrail frame 7 is overturned to the fixed seat 8, the position of the clamping block 9 is adjusted through the fixing bolt 11, the clamping block 9 is far away from the fixed seat 8, and the handrail frame 7 is clamped tightly by the rubber pad 10 arranged on the clamping block 9, so that the handrail frame 7 is fixed.
The table plates 5 on the two sides are turned inwards, the draw hooks 12 are buckled with each other, and the two draw hooks 12 are tensioned by the aid of elasticity of the first spring 14, so that the two table plates 5 are spliced into a whole to form a table top for people to use.
The table plate 5 is provided with an embedded groove 15, an auxiliary supporting rod 16 is rotatably arranged in the embedded groove 15, one end, far away from a rotating point, of the auxiliary supporting rod 16 is an inclined surface, and a groove 22 is formed in the inclined surface. After the table plate 5 is spliced, the auxiliary supporting rod 16 is hooked from the groove 22 and is rotated out from the embedded groove 15, and the bottom of the auxiliary supporting rod 16 is contacted with the bed plate, so that the effect of supporting the table plate 5 is achieved, and the table plate 5 is more stable.

When the roller mechanism 3 is not used, it is stored in the storage groove 2 to reduce the space occupation. When the roller mechanism 3 is needed, the roller seat 78 is rotated on the central rod 77, the roller 83 leaves from the accommodating groove 2 after the roller seat 78 rotates one hundred eighty degrees, the adjusting block 82 is clamped on the central rod 77 between the baffle 81 and the top wall of the accommodating groove 2, and therefore the third spring 79 and the fourth spring 80 are compressed, the roller 83 descends to contact with the ground, and the bed can be pushed to move.
