Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of health products, in particular to a health product of pea oligopeptide and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The aging phenomenon of the population in China is continuously aggravated, and the nutrition condition of the old influences the health condition, so that the old is helped to improve the health condition by taking high-quality protein, unsaturated fatty acid and trace nutrients, and the nutrition health-care food has great meaning to the old. Middle-aged and elderly people are also plagued by insufficient calcium intake and reduced bioavailability, and simultaneously, the synthesis of parathyroid hormone and vitamin D for regulating and controlling calcium metabolism is insufficient, so that the old people are more likely to lack calcium, and osteoporosis and fracture are likely to be caused; therefore, the elderly are vital to ingest high quality proteins in time.
The animal protein contains 8 amino acids necessary for human body, and has good absorption efficiency. The essential amino acid content of the plant protein is rich, and the cholesterol in the body is reduced, so that animal and plant double proteins are added, and all essential amino acids of a human body can be provided in a balanced way.
The existing health care products usually select macromolecular proteins when being added, and meet the requirements of human bodies on the proteins, but the macromolecular proteins have low absorption rate when being absorbed and cannot be absorbed by human bodies quickly, and the structures of the polypeptides and the proteins are the same and are all composed of amino acids, so that analysis is carried out from the aspect of amino acid nutrition, and the polypeptides and the proteins are the same. However, polypeptides are much smaller in molecular weight than proteins and have physiological regulatory functions that some proteins do not. As basic nutrient substances, the polypeptide is easier to absorb than amino acid, and has high bioavailability. Certain low molecular peptides have the effects of preventing and treating diseases and regulating physiological functions of human bodies, and the effects are not possessed by original proteins and amino acids formed by the original proteins.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a health care product of pea oligopeptide and a preparation method thereof to solve the technical problems.
