sending the sharing time period and the sharing parking space address of the standby sharing parking space to the parking space owner terminal, opening a camera arranged on a ground lock of the standby sharing parking space, and controlling the ground lock of the standby sharing parking space to descend under the condition that the license plate number represented by license plate information acquired by the camera corresponding to the standby sharing parking space is consistent with the license plate number corresponding to the parking space owner terminal;
