Description

Aerosol type liquid crystal nano-wrapped cleansing mousse and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of C09D201/00, in particular to an aerosol type liquid crystal nano-wrapped cleansing mousse and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Normally, make-up products include BB cream, lipstick, lip gloss, eyebrow pencil, eye shadow, blush, and the like. Most make-up products are oil-soluble or oil-dispersible due to the need for perspiration resistance, moisture resistance, etc., and contain a large amount of oily materials, waxes, or silicone oils. After the makeup products are used on the face, the makeup products have strong skin adhesion, and are difficult to clean by using conventional face cleaning products (such as amino acid, soap base and synthetic surfactant formulas), so the oil makeup removal products are designed according to the principle of similar compatibility.
CN114712270a discloses a mild cleansing oil and a preparation method thereof, which uses a large amount of vegetable oil as a main grease component and is matched with low-freezing point grease, an antioxidant and other components, so that the convenience of use of consumers in winter is improved, the cleansing oil is mild under the condition of ensuring cleansing force, and is also suitable for sensitive muscles, but the cleansing oil is prevented from being contacted with water in advance when in use, and the cleansing effect is reduced because the intervention of water can lead to the advanced emulsification of the oil.
CN112675048A discloses a double-layer makeup removing mousse, which has the characteristics of strong makeup removing capability and dense foam, and can make skin smooth, not greasy, fresh, clean and moist while completely removing makeup. However, when in use, the water phase and the oil phase need to be uniformly shaken and then matched with Mu Sibeng heads, so that the use is inconvenient.

The nanometer clear cleansing mousse disclosed by the invention breaks through the barrier that an oil product cannot foam, and the cleansing oil is released in the form of mousse by aerosol, so that the nanometer clear cleansing mousse is different from a cream emulsion with the traditional meaning. The mousse can be directly applied to the face, the application area is effectively enlarged, the mousse is only required to be gently driven by fingers to all parts needing makeup removal, the facial makeup is better acted, the cleaning effect is enhanced, and compared with the double-layer makeup removal mousse disclosed in CN112675048A, the mousse is more convenient to use. In addition, the hand emulsification for a long time can be avoided, the face friction is reduced, and the damage to the skin is reduced. The special proportion ensures that the skin cleaner is light in washing, fresh and not sticky, does not need secondary cleaning, saves time and worry, protects the skin barrier and completes deep skin cleaning within 1 minute.
The nanometer clean makeup removing mousse disclosed by the invention is an aerosol product, the content is sealed and contained in a container with a valve, and the aerosol product is sprayed out in a foam mousse form under the pressure of a propellant, so that the aerosol product is a disposable product and cannot be subjected to secondary filling. In the use, because the product has pressure, do not have outside air or the pollutant pollution jar that contacts in the unused product completely, when pressing the actuator, the valve is opened, and the interior material in jar upwards, spout from the nozzle through the drainage pipe under the pressure effect of gaseous phase, only a passageway can not have the phenomenon of retracting like ordinary packing still, fully guarantees the quality of interior material, stops the pollution.
The beneficial effects are that:
1. the invention ensures that the oil phase can form a compact and ordered strong viscoelasticity membranous structure at the two-phase interface through the selection of the oil phase components and the regulation and control of the mass proportion, thereby ensuring the formation of liquid crystal.
