101. obtaining target to-be-approved information, wherein the target to-be-approved information comprises to-be-approved information of at least one employee.
In this embodiment, when the information to be checked is checked, the target information to be checked may be obtained, where the target information to be checked includes information to be checked of at least one employee.
102. Generating a sub-process corresponding to the to-be-approved information of each employee of the target to-be-approved information according to a preset auditing process model.
After the target to-be-approved information is obtained, the target to-be-approved information comprises to-be-approved information of at least one employee, and a sub-process corresponding to the to-be-approved information of each employee of the target to-be-approved information can be generated according to a preset auditing process model. It can be understood that the method for generating the sub-process corresponding to the to-be-approved information of each employee of the target to-be-approved information according to the preset auditing process model may be that the variable number N of the multi-instance process variables corresponding to the target to-be-approved information is determined first; n is greater than or equal to 1, and then generating a sub-flow corresponding to the to-be-approved information of each employee of the target to-be-approved information according to the variable number N; the number of generated sub-processes is N, and other reasonable methods are also possible, which are not limited herein.
103. And performing first auditing on the to-be-audited information of the staff corresponding to each sub-process to obtain a first auditing result of the target to-be-audited information.
After generating the sub-flow corresponding to the to-be-approved information of each employee of the target to-be-approved information according to the preset auditing flow model, the to-be-approved information of each employee corresponding to each sub-flow can be subjected to first auditing to obtain a first auditing result of the target to-be-approved information.
104. If the first approval result is passed, the target to-be-approved information after the first approval is sent to the approval equipment corresponding to the next father process, so that the auditing equipment corresponding to the next father process carries out second auditing on the target to-be-approved information after the first approval, and a second auditing result of the target to-be-approved information is obtained.
After the first auditing result of the target to-be-approved information is obtained, if the first auditing result is passed, the target to-be-approved information after the first approval is sent to the approval device corresponding to the next father process, so that the auditing device corresponding to the next father process carries out the second auditing of the target to-be-approved information after the first approval, and the second auditing result of the target to-be-approved information is obtained.
105. If the second auditing result is passed, determining that the target information to be audited passes.
After the second auditing result of the target to-be-approved information is obtained, if the second auditing result is passed, determining that the target to-be-approved information is passed.
In the embodiment of the application, the target to-be-inspected information can be obtained, the target to-be-inspected information comprises at least one piece of to-be-inspected information of staff, sub-processes corresponding to the to-be-inspected information of each piece of the target to-be-inspected information are generated according to a preset inspection process model, the to-be-inspected information of the staff corresponding to each sub-process is inspected for the first time to obtain a first inspection result of the target to-be-inspected information, if the first inspection result is passed, the target to-be-inspected information after the first inspection is sent to the inspection equipment corresponding to the next father process, so that the second inspection result of the target to-be-inspected information is obtained by the inspection equipment corresponding to the next father process, and if the second inspection result is passed, the inspection of the target to-be-inspected information is confirmed, and the inspection efficiency of the inspection information can be improved.
In this embodiment of the present application, a plurality of methods may be used to obtain a first auditing result of the target to-be-audited information by first auditing the to-be-audited information of the employee corresponding to each sub-flow, and one of the methods is described below based on the auditing method shown in fig. 1.
In this embodiment, when the information to be audited is audited, target information to be audited may be obtained, where the target information to be audited includes information to be audited of at least one employee. For example, the target pending batch information may be a travel application form submitted by employee a, where the travel application form includes pending batch information of three pedestrians, employee a, employee B, and employee C.
After the target to-be-examined and approved information is obtained, a sub-process corresponding to-be-examined and approved information of each employee of the target to-be-examined and approved information can be generated according to a preset examination and approved process model. Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a preset auditing flow model disclosed in the embodiment of the present application, and as can be seen from fig. 2, the preset auditing flow model includes an initiating application node, a subroutine node and a personnel approval node, when the target to-be-approved information is obtained, the flow will automatically pass through the initiating application node, at this time, the flow goes to the subroutine node, and the corresponding sub-flows of the pedestrians are generated according to the number of the pedestrians required for business trip, at this time, 3 sub-flows are generated and are the sub-flows of the employee a, the sub-flow of the employee B and the sub-flow of the employee C respectively.
It should be noted that before generating the sub-flow corresponding to the to-be-approved information of each employee of the target to-be-approved information according to the preset auditing flow model, the auditing flow model may be generated. Specifically, the method for generating the auditing flow model may be to set a sub-flow auditing mode; and/or setting a multiple instance flow variable; and/or setting an address of the sub-process equipment, and then generating an audit process model according to the sub-process audit mode, the multi-instance process variable and the address of the sub-process equipment, which can be other reasonable methods, and is not limited in this specification. Referring to fig. 2, it can be seen from fig. 2 that the preset auditing flow model includes an application initiating node, a subroutine node and a personnel approving node, the preset auditing flow model is a flow chart drawn by a front end bpmn. Js frame, and after the flow chart is drawn, clicking and publishing will generate an act_re_depoyment (flow deployment table) and an act_re_procdef (flow definition table) to generate a record respectively, and the flow instance needs to initiate a flow by using a flow definition id. After the front end draws the flow chart, converting the flow chart into the xml data of the BPMN2.0 standard and transmitting the xml data to a rear end database, wherein the sub-flow xml label in the xml data of the BPMN2.0 standard comprises a sub-process </sub-process >, the label represents sub-flow node configuration, the xml data of the BPMN2.0 standard can also comprise a multi-instance flow variable userList, when a travel application flow is initiated, the ids of the pedestrians can be stored in the userList variable, when the flow flows to the sub-flow nodes, the corresponding number of sub-flows can be produced according to the number of the userList variable, the xml data of the BPMN2.0 standard can also comprise a countersign/or countersign configuration, and specifically, an nrOfCompletedInstance variable and an nrOfInstance variable can be set, wherein the nrOfCompartstance variable represents the number of finished instances (when one of the flows is finished, the number of the sub-flows can be increased by 1); the nrofins variable represents the number of process instances, i.e. the number of pedestrians, i.e. the userList aggregate capacity, and if configured as a countersign, the configuration expression is { nrofcompletedins/nrofins= 1}, i.e. when all sub-processes pass, the process will flow to the next approval node (approval device corresponding to the next parent process) of the sub-process nodes. If configured as or signed, the configuration expression is {1> nrofcompletedInstances/nrofInstances >0}, so that when one sub-flow passes, the flow will flow to the next approval node (approval device corresponding to the next parent flow) of the sub-flow node. The xml data of the BPMN2.0 standard can also comprise a sub-flow node id, when an initiator withdraws the flow or a certain flow-out person sub-flow approver refuses the flow, the flow needs to be returned to the initiating application node from the sub-flow node, and at the moment, the flow is jumped by the mode that the sub-flow node id jumps to the id of the initiating application node.
The method for generating the sub-flow corresponding to the to-be-approved information of each employee of the target to-be-approved information according to the preset auditing flow model may be to determine the variable number N of the multi-instance flow variables corresponding to the target to-be-approved information; n is greater than or equal to 1, and then generating a sub-flow corresponding to the to-be-approved information of each employee of the target to-be-approved information according to the variable number N; the number of generated sub-processes is N. The preset auditing flow model is provided with a plurality of instance flow variables.
The method for obtaining the first auditing result of the target to-be-audited information includes the steps of first auditing the to-be-audited information of the staff corresponding to each sub-process according to the sub-process approval mode to obtain the first auditing result of the target to-be-audited information, wherein a preset auditing process model is provided with the sub-process approval mode. Continuing with the above example, the user a's sub-process department manager approves node approver is employee a's department manager a, manager a approves, employee a's sub-process ends, user B's sub-process department manager approves node approver is employee B's department manager B, manager B approves, employee B's sub-process ends, user C's sub-process department manager approves node approves is employee C's department manager C, manager C approves, employee C's sub-process ends.
The method for obtaining the first auditing result of the target to-be-approved information includes that the first auditing is carried out on the to-be-approved information of the staff corresponding to each sub-process according to the sub-process approval mode, the approval result corresponding to each sub-process is obtained, and if the approval result corresponding to each sub-process is passed, the first approval result of the target to-be-approved information is determined to be passed. For example, if the sub-process node is configured with a countersign, the process will flow to the personnel approval node only if the approval results corresponding to employee a, employee B, and employee C are all passed.
The method for obtaining the first checking result of the target to-be-checked information can also be that the first checking is carried out on the to-be-checked information of the staff corresponding to each sub-process to obtain the checking result corresponding to each sub-process, and if one checking result corresponding to one sub-process exists in the checking result corresponding to each sub-process to pass, the first checking result of the target to-be-checked information is determined to pass. For example, if the sub-process node configures or signs, as long as one sub-process flow of one person passes through employee a, employee B, and employee C, the flow will automatically flow to the personnel approval node.
It should be noted that, if the first approval result is passed, before the target to-be-approved information after the first approval is sent to the approval device corresponding to the next parent process, if there is a withdrawal operation of the target sub-process, the address of the sub-process device of the target sub-process may be further skipped to the address corresponding to the device for initiating the to-be-approved information, so that the device for initiating the to-be-approved information re-initiates the to-be-approved information, where the preset audit process model is set with the address of the sub-process device. For example, if at the sub-process node, employee A withdraws the process, the process flows to the initiate application node, at which point employee A may re-edit to continue initiating the process.
It should be noted that, if the first approval result is passed, before the target to-be-approved information after the first approval is sent to the approval device corresponding to the next parent process, if the first approval result of the target sub-process is refused, the address of the sub-process device of the target sub-process may be further skipped to the address corresponding to the device initiating the to-be-approved information, so that the device initiating the to-be-approved information re-initiates the to-be-approved information. For example, if at the sub-process node, if one of the processes of employee a, employee B, and employee C is rejected by the manager, the process will flow to the initiate application node, at which point employee a may re-edit to continue initiating the process.
After the first auditing result of the target to-be-approved information is obtained, if the first auditing result is passed, the target to-be-approved information after the first approval can be sent to the approval device corresponding to the next father process, so that the auditing device corresponding to the next father process carries out the second auditing of the target to-be-approved information after the first approval, and the second auditing result of the target to-be-approved information is obtained.
After the second auditing result of the target information to be audited is obtained, if the second auditing result is passed, the target information to be audited can be determined to pass. For example, the personnel node approves personnel A to approve, and the business travel application form of staff A passes the approval, so that staff A, staff B and staff C can go on business.
For ease of understanding, a circulation process equivalent to a flow (flow example) based on the above-described example is described below.
(1) And for the process from the initiating process to the initiating application node.
After the employee A initiates the process, the process flows to an initiating application node, the initiating application node approves the artificial employee A, specifically, the process can be flowed to the initiating application node through an act_ru_action (a process activity node table), at this time, the approving employee A can receive a task to be handled through an act_ru_task (a user task table), the user id of the approving employee A is ygA, and then, the value of a process variable userList is set as a user id set of the trip employee A (employee id ygA), employee B (employee id ygB) and employee C (employee id ygC) through an act_ru_variable (process activity table).
(2) For the flow from the originating application node to the sub-flow node.
After the application node is initiated, the personnel A is approved by the approval personnel, the system can automatically approve and pass, and the flow can flow to the sub-flow node.
By act_ru_action (flow active node table), the flow may generate three sub-flows, where employee A's sub-flow goes to department manager approval node, employee B's approval is department manager B (user id is "jlB"), employee C's sub-flow goes to department manager approval node, and employee C's approval is department manager C (user id is "jlC"). Through act_ru_task (user task table), a department manager a (user id "jlA"), a department manager B (user id "jlB"), and a department manager C (user id "jlC") can receive one task to be handled, respectively. With act_ru_variable, the flow has set the flow variable nrofcompleted instances to 0, the flow has set the flow variable nrOfInstances to 3, and the flow has set the flow initiator user variable to ygA, ygB, ygC.
(3) And (5) for the flow from the sub-flow node to the personnel approval node.
If the approval of the department manager a (user id: jlA) passes, a specific process may be that, based on act_ru_action (process activity node table), the employee a sub-process approver department manager a (user id is "jlA") end_time field has set the completion TIME, the employee B sub-process approver department manager B (user id is "jlA") end_time field has not set the completion TIME, and the employee C sub-process approver department manager C (user id is "jlA") end_time field has not set the completion TIME. Based on act_ru_task (user task table), employee A sub-process approver department manager A (user id is "jlA") the task to be done is deleted, based on act_ru_variable (process variable table), the process sets the process variable nrOfCompletedInstances to 1, the process sets the process variable nrOfInstances to 3, the process sets the process initiator user variable ygA to be deleted.
If the approval of the department manager B (user id: jlB) passes, a specific process may be that, based on act_ru_action (process activity node table), the employee a sub-process approver department manager a (user id is "jlA") end_time field has set the completion TIME, the employee B sub-process approver department manager B (user id is "jlA") end_time field has set the completion TIME, and the employee C sub-process approver department manager C (user id is "jlA") end_time field has not set the completion TIME. Based on act_ru_task (user task list), employee B sub-process approver department manager B (user id "jlB") the to-do task is deleted. Based on act_ru_variable, the flow sets the flow variable nrofcompleted instances to 2, the flow sets the flow variable nrOfInstances to 3, and the flow sets the flow initiator user variable to ygB, which has been deleted.
If the approval of the department manager C (user id: jlC) passes, a specific process may be that, based on act_ru_action (process activity node table), the employee a sub-process approver department manager a (user id is "jlA") end_time field has set the completion TIME, the employee B sub-process approver department manager B (user id is "jlA") end_time field has set the completion TIME, the employee C sub-process approver department manager C (user id is "jlA") end_time field has set the completion TIME, and the process has been circulated to the personnel approval node. Based on act_ru_task (user task list), employee C sub-process approver department manager C (user id "jlC") is deleted to-do tasks, and approver employee personnel (user id: rs) of personnel approval node has generated to-do tasks. Based on action_ru_variable, the flow initiator user variable is ygB variable deleted, the flow variable nrofcompletedinstance (number of completed flows variable deleted, the flow variable nrOfInstances (number of sub-flows) variable deleted, because the flow variable nrofcompletedinstance (number of completed flows) is 3, the flow variable nrOfInstances (number of sub-flows) is 3, the nrofcompletedinstance/nrofinstances= 1, so the sub-flow node is completed, and the flow will flow to the next flow node (parent flow node) of the sub-flow node.
(4) And for the flow from the sub-flow node to the initiating application node.
If only one sub-process is refused by the approver or the initiator withdraws the process, the process can be returned to the initiating application node.
If the approval of the department manager a (user id: jlA) is rejected, the specific process may be that, based on act_ru_action (process activity node table), the employee a sub-process approver department manager a (user id "jlA") end_time field has set the completion TIME, the employee B sub-process approver department manager B (user id "jlA") end_time field has set the completion TIME, and the employee C sub-process approver department manager C (user id "jlA") end_time field has set the completion TIME, the process has been circulated to the originating application node. Based on act_ru_task (user task list), employee A sub-process approver department manager A (user id "jlA") is deleted, employee B sub-process approver department manager B (user id "jlB") is deleted, employee C sub-process approver department manager C (user id "jlC") is deleted, and application node employee A (user id "ygA") has received the task to be done.
