the comparing according to the line running state information with the response logic of the remote upgrade enabling command specifically comprises:
performing device state detection according to the device alarm information and the abnormality detection logic of the remote upgrade enabling command, performing hard press plate state detection according to the remote operation hard press plate state information and the hard press plate detection logic of the remote upgrade enabling command, and performing soft press plate state detection according to the remote operation soft press plate state information and the soft press plate detection logic of the remote upgrade enabling command;
and when the device state detection, the hard pressing plate state detection and the soft pressing plate state detection are all passed, judging that the comparison is passed, and if not, judging that the comparison is not passed.
2. The remote upgrade method of a relay protection device according to claim 1, wherein comparing the local state information with the response logic of the remote upgrade exit command specifically comprises:
and according to the local state information, if the state information indicates that the relay protection device is in an upgrade enabling state, judging that the comparison is passed, and if not, judging that the comparison is not passed.
3. The remote upgrade method of a relay protection device according to claim 1, wherein if the comparison is passed, entering an upgrade enabling state further comprises:
and the relay protection device exits from the upgrade enabling state according to a preset enabling time limit if a remote upgrade outlet command is not received within the enabling time limit.

The remote upgrade method of the relay protection device according to claim 1, wherein if the comparison is passed, sending an upgrade file acquisition request to the secondary intelligent operation and maintenance master station to acquire the upgrade file for executing remote upgrade of the relay protection device, further comprising:
and after the relay protection device is upgraded, uploading the upgraded device information to the secondary intelligent operation and maintenance master station so that the secondary intelligent operation and maintenance master station can verify the upgrading result of the relay protection device.
5. A relay protection device, comprising:
the line state information acquisition unit is used for acquiring line operation state information, and the line operation state information specifically comprises: device alarm information, remote operation hard press plate state information and remote operation soft press plate state information;
the command response logic construction unit is used for establishing response logic of the relay protection device and a remote upgrading command according to the line running state information and the local device information, wherein the remote upgrading command comprises: a remote upgrade enabling command and a remote upgrade exit command, the device information specifically including: manufacturer, model, version number, check code and program generation time;
the upgrade enabling command response unit is used for comparing the line running state information with response logic of the remote upgrade enabling command when the relay protection device receives the remote upgrade enabling command issued by the secondary intelligent operation and maintenance master station, entering an upgrade enabling state if the comparison is passed, and returning a failure command if the comparison is not passed;
the upgrade exit command response unit is used for comparing the remote upgrade exit command issued by the secondary intelligent operation and maintenance master station with response logic of the remote upgrade exit command according to local state information, if the comparison is passed, sending an upgrade file acquisition request to the secondary intelligent operation and maintenance master station so as to acquire the upgrade file for executing remote upgrade of the relay protection device, and if the comparison is not passed, returning a failure command;
the comparison between the line running state information and the response logic of the remote upgrade enabling command specifically comprises the following steps:
performing device state detection according to the device alarm information and the abnormality detection logic of the remote upgrade enabling command, performing hard press plate state detection according to the remote operation hard press plate state information and the hard press plate detection logic of the remote upgrade enabling command, and performing soft press plate state detection according to the remote operation soft press plate state information and the soft press plate detection logic of the remote upgrade enabling command; and when the device state detection, the hard pressing plate state detection and the soft pressing plate state detection are all passed, judging that the comparison is passed, and if not, judging that the comparison is not passed.
6. A remote upgrade system of a relay protection device is characterized by comprising: the secondary intelligent operation and maintenance master station and the relay protection device according to claim 5;
the secondary intelligent operation and maintenance master station is in communication connection with the relay protection device and is used for issuing a remote upgrade command to the relay protection device and receiving device information sent by the relay protection device.
7. The remote upgrade system of a relay protection device of claim 6, further comprising: the secondary security device and the intelligent recording management device;
the secondary security device and the intelligent recording management device are arranged between the secondary intelligent operation and maintenance master station and the communication link of the relay protection device, and are in communication connection with each other according to the sequence of the secondary intelligent operation and maintenance master station, the secondary security device, the intelligent recording management device and the relay protection device.
