1. The waterproof and anti-corrosion construction device for the inner surface of the concrete tank body comprises a box body which is connected to the top edge of the tank body in a lap joint mode, and is characterized in that the box body surrounds the edge of the opening of the tank body to form a closed cavity in the tank body, a heating assembly is arranged on the box body, and the heating assembly heats the closed cavity to enable the temperature of the inner surface of the tank body to rise;
the box body comprises two half box bodies, the end parts of the two half box bodies are rotationally connected, and a folding state and an unfolding state are arranged between the two half box bodies; in the folded state, the two half boxes are butted to form a cuboid box, and in the unfolded state, the boxes are lapped to the top edge of the pool body;
the heating assembly comprises a bearing cloth and heating pipes, a plurality of heating pipes are arranged on the bearing cloth, one heating assembly is arranged on each of the two half box bodies, and the bearing cloth is hung on the half box bodies;
each one end of heating pipe is provided with connecting portion, be provided with protruding type pipe on the connecting portion, protruding type pipe includes first section and second section, the second section connect in on the connecting portion, the first section connect in on the second section, the radial dimension of first section is less than the radial dimension of second section, be provided with the elastic support piece on the first section, both sides on the second section all are provided with the perforation, works as when carrying the folding of cloth, on the first section on the heating pipe the elastic support piece passes on the another heating pipe in the perforation on the second section in order to hang to on this second section.
2. The construction device for water and corrosion prevention of the inner surface of a concrete tank according to claim 1, wherein the ends of the two half boxes are further connected by soft cloth.
3. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first section of the male pipe is inserted into the second section of the other male pipe when the supporting cloth is retracted.

5. The concrete tank body inner surface waterproof and anticorrosion construction device according to claim 1, wherein the bearing cloth is of a cylindrical structure, and the bottom of the cylindrical structure is closed.

A water-proof and corrosion-proof construction method for the inner surface of a concrete tank body of a sewage treatment plant, which is characterized in that the water-proof and corrosion-proof construction device for the inner surface of the concrete tank body is based on any one of claims 1-5, and the tank body is closed to heat the inner surface of the tank body during maintenance.
7. The method for constructing the inner surface of the concrete tank body by water and corrosion prevention according to claim 6, comprising the following steps:
101. treating the inner surface of the tank body;
102. coating primer and plaster on the inner surface of the tank body;
103. lining glass cloth on the inner surface of the tank body;
104. coating the inner surface of the tank body with a finish paint;
and sealing the tank body between any two steps from 101 to 104 so as to heat and maintain the inner surface of the tank body.
