Detailed Description
The present invention will be described with reference to examples. It should be understood that the preferred embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration and explanation only and are not intended to limit the present invention.
Embodiment manufacturing method of special-shaped furniture
The embodiment does not change the traditional furniture processing technology, but perfects the traditional processing technology, and comprises the following steps which are sequentially carried out:
firstly, furniture molding: the furniture body with the required shape is formed by utilizing the plate nails and shaping, and the surface of the furniture body is polished smoothly.
Mainly for in this embodiment be special-shaped furniture, the furniture product of unusual shape promptly, for example shoes shape, pit shape etc. these furniture shaping mainly rely on current furniture board to pile up, list, paste together, because the unusual of furniture shape, consequently utilize the panel to pile up and need select for use the little panel of polylith to splice when pasting, and then form a plurality of splice joints between panel and the panel.
Secondly, primary grinding and drying: and (4) drying the furniture body polished smoothly in the step one at normal temperature to enable the humidity of the furniture body to be lower than 8%.
Thirdly, supplementing ash for the first time: and C, scraping the dried furniture body in the step II for the first time to obtain oily putty.
The scraped oily putty in the step is the oily putty commonly used in the furniture production process in the prior art, and aims to repair the concave and uneven parts on the surface or between the layers of the furniture base layer so as to enable the subsequent processes to be more easily processed.
Fourthly, secondary grinding: and (4) polishing the furniture body in the third step again, and brushing water-based putty.
The water putty brushed in the step is water putty commonly used in the furniture production process in the prior art, and the aim is to further repair the concave unevenness on the surface of the base layer or between the layers by matching with the step of scraping and batching the oily putty in the step three.
And in the third step and the fourth step, the thickness of scraping and coating the putty is determined by the depth and the flatness of the pits on the surface of the special-shaped furniture nail and the molded furniture nail. And the humidity of the furniture body is required to be lower than 8 percent when the furniture is repaired and leveled every time, and the furniture is repaired for 2 to 3 times in principle.
Fifthly, secondary drying: and (4) drying the furniture body coated with the water-based putty in the fourth step again at normal temperature to enable the humidity of the furniture body to be lower than 8%.
In the step four, the furniture body is naturally cured and dried for more than 24 hours at least, so that the furniture is completely dried when the glass fiber cloth is adhered.
Sixthly, reinforcement treatment: and D, coating white latex on the furniture handle body dried in the fifth step, and immediately adhering a layer of medium-alkali glass fiber cloth.
In the step, a brush is used for dipping white latex for brushing, and the medium-alkali glass fiber cloth used in the step is made by China, is easy to obtain raw materials, and is mainly applied to the production of plastic-coated packing cloth and corrosion-resistant occasions; the glass fiber cloth produced abroad is mostly alkali-free glass fiber cloth and is mainly applied to various electrical insulation laminated boards, printed circuit boards, various vehicle bodies, storage tanks, boats, molds and the like.
The method comprises the following steps in sequence:

Because the fibers of the glass fiber cloth are arranged in a transverse and longitudinal staggered manner, when the glass fiber cloth is bonded, each layer can not be in the same direction, namely, the adjacent two layers are alternately laid, and the strength of the furniture is ensured.
In the step, after the glass fiber cloth is adhered, the glass fiber cloth is compacted by using a scraper or a hairbrush, or repeatedly rolled by using a roller, so that the glass fiber cloth fully permeates the sizing material, and redundant bubbles and the sizing material are extruded.
The principle of adhering the glass fiber cloth in the step is as follows: the method comprises the steps of firstly pasting a large-curved-surface area place of furniture, then pasting a flat place, carrying out lap joint according to the trend direction of the furniture shape in the lap joint sequence, wherein the lap joint width is not less than 50mm, staggering the pull seams of all layers of lap joints, preventing the glass fiber cloth from being pulled too tightly when pasting, and achieving basic balance.
At least one layer of glass fiber cloth is pasted in the step, if a plurality of layers of glass fiber cloth need to be pasted, after the inspection and repair are qualified, the steps 2 a) to 3 a) are repeated without waiting for the solidification of the sizing material until the required degree is reached. In this process, the glass fiber cloth laid later is required to be pressed against at least 2/3 areas of the glass fiber cloth laid earlier.
Seventhly, performing subsequent bottom sealing treatment: and C, performing subsequent bottom sealing treatment on the furniture pasted with the glass fiber cloth in the sixth step to finally form the special-shaped furniture with a special shape.
The method comprises the following steps of:
1b) brushing primer for the first time on the furniture pasted with the glass fiber cloth in the sixth step;
2b) drying the furniture brushed with the primer in the step 1 b), then finding and repairing the defects, and filling and repairing the rugged parts on the surface or between the layers of the base layer by scraping oily putty;
3b) priming the repaired furniture in the step 2 b) for the second time;
4b) and 3 b), polishing the furniture smoothly after the furniture is dried, painting finish paint, and drying.
The embodiment has requirements on the construction environment of the first to seventh steps, and the specific requirements are as follows: the construction environment temperature is between 15 and 30 ℃, no sand wind, no sun and no water exist, and the construction humidity is not more than 80 percent. For the reasons, indoor construction is adopted as much as possible, and dust pollution is prevented as much as possible; if outdoor construction is adopted, a shed cover needs to be erected to prevent rain, sun and wind and sand.
