one end of the folding air bag 3 is connected with the lower hoop support 1, the other end is connected with the upper hoop support 5, and the air compressor 4 is connected with the air inlet of the folding air bag 3.
Working principle: during operation, the whole device is moved to an operation position, the bottom of an electric pole is clamped and fixed by the lower hoop support 1 through the annular clamping hoops, the upper hoop support 5 is in sliding connection with the electric pole through the sleeve 2, and a worker is positioned on the upper hoop support 5;
the air compressor 4 is used for inflating the folding air bag 3, the folding air bag 3 is inflated and stretched, the upper hoop support 5 is pushed to move upwards along the electric pole through the sleeve 2, after the air compressor 4 reaches a working area, the air compressor 4 stops inflating the folding air bag 3, the upper hoop support 5 stops moving, and workers start working;
after the operation is finished, the folding air bag 3 is exhausted through the exhaust port, the folding air bag 3 is contracted, the upper hoop support 5 moves downwards along the electric pole through the sleeve 2 due to gravity, the operation reaches an initial state, the exhaust is stopped, and the staff returns to the ground to finish the operation.
According to the invention, the lower hoop support 1 is used for fixing the electric pole, the upper hoop support 5 is in sliding connection with the electric pole, the upper hoop support 5 is enabled to move up and down along the electric pole by utilizing the folding air bag 3, so that the working personnel can realize high-altitude operation, the trouble and low efficiency of multi-species collaborative operation are avoided, and secondary professional personnel directly carry out debugging and maintenance on secondary control protection equipment, so that the operation is convenient and efficient.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a track roller 12 is installed at the side of the lower anchor bracket 1 opposite to the connection folding air bag 3, and even for some bad terrains, the equipment test platform can be pulled to the working area by the track roller 12.
The upper hoop support 5 is provided with a workbench 11 on the side opposite to the side connected with the folding air bag 3, and the workbench 11 comprises a controller which is connected with the air compressor 4 in a communication manner, so that a worker can conveniently and completely control the lifting action of the workbench on the workbench. The working steps are as follows:

or the high-altitude independent power supply is obtained through the generator 9 connected with the power output shaft of the expansion turbine 7, and the power output end of the generator 9 is electrically connected with the power strip 10, so that the lighting equipment can be powered at the moment.
3) After the operation is finished, the exhaust port of the folding air bag 3 is opened, the upper hoop support 5 moves downwards along the electric pole, and after the exhaust is finished, the exhaust port of the folding air bag 3 is closed, and the worker returns to the ground to finish the operation.
