Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method and application of a stable hymexazol soluble powder medical fertilizer, and belongs to the technical field of medical fertilizer processing.
Background
Due to the fact that tomatoes and other facility fruits and vegetables are planted in successive years, continuous cropping diseases such as root rot and the like are frequent, the phenomena of dead seedlings and rotten plants are caused seriously, and great loss is caused to planters. Hymexazol is used as an excellent medicament for preventing and treating soil-borne diseases for a long time, has already gained market acceptance, is mainly sprayed on leaf surfaces in practical application, is the best application mode because soil-borne diseases mainly carry bacteria in soil to infect plants, and is applied by flushing or drip irrigation, but is easy to decompose in fertilizers and is not storage-resistant, so the application of hymexazol is greatly limited. In the agricultural operation, the pesticide fertilizer product formed by processing pesticide and fertilizer together is accepted by people with the double functions of saving labor and time, nourishing and preventing diseases, pests and weeds in advance. However, when the hymexazol is contacted with common raw materials for forming the fertilizer, such as organic substances, humic acid, urea, ammonium sulfate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and the like, the hymexazol can be seriously decomposed after being thermally stored, so that the problems that the content of active ingredients of the hymexazol-containing pesticide fertilizer products is insufficient after the hymexazol is stored for a period of time, the product quality is unqualified and the purpose of preventing and controlling soil-borne diseases cannot be achieved.
The solid water-soluble fertilizer has good solubility, contains high-content nutrient elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, is widely applied in water-fertilizer integration, can greatly improve the utilization rate of the fertilizer through the water-fertilizer integration, can quickly supplement the nutrient elements required by crops, and has great practical significance in facility water-medicine-fertilizer integration by combining hymexazol with the solid water-soluble fertilizer.
Chinese patent document CN112586497a discloses hymexazol-containing granules and a preparation method thereof, wherein calcium ammonium nitrate is used as a carrier to prepare the hymexazol-containing granules. However, as a fertilizer carrier in the pesticide fertilizer, the requirement of crop growth on major element nutrition such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and the like cannot be met only by using calcium ammonium nitrate, and the application range of the excellent soil disinfectant, hymexazol, in the pesticide fertilizer is greatly limited.
Chinese patent document CN108552191A discloses hymexazol pesticide-fertilizer granules and application thereof, and the hymexazol pesticide-fertilizer granules are prepared by using ammonium-phosphorus nitrate, urea, ammonium sulfate, diammonium phosphate and potassium sulfate. However, the patent product mainly contains nitrogen and phosphorus elements, has less potassium elements, cannot meet the requirement of preparing the high-potassium hymexazol pesticide fertilizer, is applied in a soil broadcasting mode, cannot be prepared into a solution for use, has a small application range and a short application period, and is only suitable for application before seedling transplantation.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a preparation method and application of a stable hymexazol soluble powder medical fertilizer.
