the thickness and the size of the PCB board are various, and pressing plates 11 with different specifications are installed according to the size of the PCB board to be detected, namely, the pressing plates 11 are connected in the limiting groove 10 in a sliding mode through T-shaped plates 12, and stacking of the pressing plates 11 is achieved; because the movable plate 4 can not fix the two ends of the PCB, a movable space needs to be reserved for the movement of the end part of the PCB, otherwise, the PCB is pulled by a force in the horizontal direction, and is not extruded and detected by a force vertical to the PCB; for the slender PCB, the space can enable the PCB to shift horizontally, so that extrusion force on the ejector rod 8 cannot be uniformly applied to the PCB, the multistage grooves 9 are arranged, the multistage grooves 9 are matched with the stacked pressing plates 11, the movement of the PCB can be limited, and the measurement accuracy is ensured;
the anti-slip strips 13 are arranged, so that when the ejector rod 8 pushes up the PCB, two ends of the PCB can be prevented from instantaneously sliding away from the material plate 3; the anti-slip strips 13 are made of rubber, when the PCB is pushed up, the two ends of the PCB extrude the pressing plates 11, resistance can be generated between the anti-slip strips 13 and the PCB, the two ends of the PCB are prevented from sliding away, the two ends of the PCB move slowly, and the two ends of the PCB can be restrained;
when the PCB is pushed up by the ejector rod 8, the PCB deforms, meanwhile, the material is broken at a position with larger bending degree, the breaking degree condition of the material is fed back to a material department after being collected, forward help can be provided for the material department, and more problems can be solved;
in the process of detecting the strength of the PCB, the extrusion part of the ejector rod 8 on the PCB is bent, after the bending degree exceeds the limit of the PCB, the PCB is broken and suddenly burst and disconnected, particularly for thicker plates, after the PCB is broken, fragments of the PCB can be seen to splash, and an operator nearby a camera 18 or a camera is accidentally injured, so that a traction rope 23 is fixedly connected to the PCB, and the traction rope 23 binds the PCB, so that the splashing of the fragments is reduced at the moment of bursting; in the checking process, the third air cylinder 21 is driven, the lifting plate 22 is pushed upwards, the traction rope 23 is pulled on the lifting plate 22, the traction rope 23 pulls the PCB, the traction rope 23 is an elastic rope body, and the end part of the traction rope 23 is dispersedly fixed on the surface of the PCB in a tree shape, so that more areas of the PCB can be looked after, and the strength detection of the PCB cannot be influenced;
the two ends of the picture capturing unit are symmetrically provided with the picture capturing units and are fixed on the pressing plate 5 in a magnet adsorption mode, namely, when the picture capturing unit is taken down, the fixing rod 14 and the magnetic block 26 are directly lifted out of the notch 25, and the picture capturing unit is modularized in design and easy to assemble and store;
because the specifications of the PCB board are various, the lengths of the hauling ropes 23 fixed on the PCB board are different, some hauling ropes 23 have remaining rope sections after being fixed on the PCB board, the end parts of the hauling ropes 23 penetrate through the windows 24 and the through holes 27, then the hauling ropes 23 are embedded into the through holes 29 of the hauling blocks 28, the remaining rope sections are knotted and blocked at the upper ends of the through holes 29, when the lifting plate 22 is lifted, the hauling blocks 28 are extruded towards the direction of the through holes 27, gaps 30 of the lower half outer rings of the hauling blocks 28 are close to each other, and meanwhile, the hauling ropes 23 are extruded, so that the hauling ropes 23 are quickly fixed;
in the case of the through-hole 27 and the through-hole 29 having a small diameter of the migration string through-hole 29, it is difficult to provide the inlet 31 on the center side of the lifting plate 22 and the outlet 32 on the side of the pulling block 28, and the migration string can be taken out only by moving the migration string from the inlet 31 into the through-hole 27 and from the outlet 32 side into the through-hole 29, and moving the pulling string 23 along the inlet 31 and the outlet 32 after the pulling string 23 is knotted.
