Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The description of the exemplary embodiments is merely illustrative and is not intended to limit the invention, its application, or uses. The present invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments disclosed herein. These embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the invention to those skilled in the art. It should be noted that the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions, and numerical values set forth in these embodiments are to be construed as merely illustrative, and not as limitative, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Fig. 1 is a partially exploded view of a fry vat assembly according to the present invention. The frying barrel assembly comprises a frying barrel 1, a frying barrel buckle 2 and a handle 5. The handle 5 of the fry vat assembly is not shown in fig. 1. The structure of the handle 5 is shown in detail in fig. 2 and 3. The side wall of the frying barrel 1 can be provided with a frying barrel buckle fixing hole 12. The frying barrel buckle 2 can be fixed on the side wall of the frying barrel 1 through the frying barrel buckle fixing hole 12. The frying barrel buckle 2 extends towards the outer side of the frying barrel 1, and a frying barrel buckle hole 21 is formed in the end portion of the frying barrel buckle 2 and used for being detachably connected with the handle 5. The handle 5 comprises a latch hook 53 and a push button 59. The key 59 is capable of controlling the movement of the shackle 53 between the unlocked and locked positions. When the locking hook 53 is in the locking position, the end of the locking hook 53 is inserted into the frying-tub fastening hole 21, so that the handle 5 is fixedly connected with the frying tub 1. When the locking hook 53 is in the unlocked position, the end of the locking hook 53 disengages from the fry vat catch aperture 21 so that the handle 5 can be detached from the fry vat 1. Handle 5 is removably mountable to fry vat 1 by engagement of latch hook 53 with fry vat buckle aperture 21 on fry vat buckle 2. When the air fryer is required to be used, a user can easily fixedly mount the handle 5 on the frying bucket 1, and can conveniently detach the handle 5 from the frying bucket after the use is completed.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the fry vat assembly may further comprise an insulating block 3 and a vat front cover 4. The side wall of the frying barrel 1 is provided with a heat insulation block fixing hole 11. The heat insulation blocks 3 are fixed on the side wall of the frying barrel 1 through heat insulation block fixing holes 11. The tub front 4 may be fixed outside the insulation block 3, for example, by a snap. Because the temperature of the frying barrel 1 is higher when the air fryer runs, the heat insulation blocks 3 are arranged on the side wall of the frying barrel 1, so that the user can be prevented from being scalded by the frying barrel. The barrel front cover 4 arranged on the outer side of the heat insulation block 3 can play a role in covering, and the whole visual effect of the frying barrel assembly can be improved.
In order to enable the frying barrel buckle 2 to penetrate through the heat insulation block 3 and the barrel front cover 4, a heat insulation block slot hole 31 is formed in the heat insulation block 3, and a barrel front cover slot hole 41 is formed in the barrel front cover 4. During installation of the frying pan assembly, the frying pan catch 2 extends through the insulating block slot 31 and the front cover slot 41 to the outside of the front cover 4 for connection with the handle 5. When the handle 5 is fixedly arranged with the frying barrel 1 through the frying barrel buckle 2, the end part of the handle 5 is abutted against the barrel front cover 4.
Fig. 2 and 3 are exploded and cross-sectional views, respectively, of a handle in a fry vat assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4 is an enlarged view of the latch hook 53 in the handle 5 shown in fig. 2 and 3. Handle 5 in the fry vat assembly according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to fig. 2, 3 and 4.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the handle 5 includes a handle seat 55, and an upper handle cover 51 positioned above the handle seat and a side handle cover 50 positioned to the side of the handle seat 55. The handle upper cover 51 and the handle side cover 50 are connected to the handle holder 55 by, for example, snap-fitting, thereby closing the handle holder 55 from above and from the side, respectively. A latch hook 53, a tension spring 56 and a push button 59 are provided on a handle holder 55 inside the handle 5. The push button 59 is capable of controlling the movement of the latch hook 53 between the unlocked position and the locked position by the tension spring 56. Handle base slots 55a are provided in the side walls of the handle base 5 adjacent to the latch hook 53 so that the ends of the fry vat buckle 2 can enter the interior of the handle 5 to connect with the latch hook 53.
In the present embodiment, the latch hook 53 is provided with a latch pin 54. The latch 54 is fixed to the handle holder 55 so that the latch hook 53 can rotate about the latch 54. The movement of the lock hook 53 between the unlock position and the lock position is, for example, a rotational movement, that is, the lock hook 53 rotates about the latch 54. Two ends of the tension spring 56 are respectively provided with a hook. A hook at one end (left end in fig. 3 and 4) of the tension spring 56 is connected to a tension spring hole 53b provided in the latch hook 53. The hook at the other end (the right end in fig. 3 and 4) of the tension spring 56 is connected to a movable block 58. The key 59 is connected to the movable block 58 so that the movable block 58 can be moved by pushing the key 59.
As shown in fig. 2, the key 59 includes a stopper boss 59a, a movable post 59b, and a rib 59c provided on the movable post 59. The handle cover 50 is provided with a key hole 50a, and the end of the key 59 can be partially extended to the outside of the handle cover 50, so that the user can press the key 59 from the outside of the handle cover 50. Since the sectional area of the catching projection 59a is greater than that of the key hole 50a, the catching projection 59a limits the length of the end of the key 59 extending outward of the handle cover 50. The movable block 58 is provided with a through hole, and a movable column 59b at the end of the key 59 passes through the through hole on the movable block 58 so as to be movably connected with the movable block 58. Meanwhile, the diameter of the portion of the rib 59c of the movable post 59 is larger than the diameter of the through hole of the movable block 58, so that the rib 59c abuts against the movable block 58.
A return spring 57 is arranged on the handle base 5 on the side of the movable block 58 facing away from the push button 59. The return spring 57 abuts against the movable block 58 and can push the movable block 58 towards the key 59, thereby forcing the key 59 to return to the initial position before being pressed. In the initial position, the movable block 58 is moved away from the locking hook 53 by the return spring 57, the tension spring 56 being in tension and the locking hook 53 being in the locking position. When the user presses the button 59, the movable block 58 is moved toward the latch hook 53 by the pushing of the button 59, so that the tension spring 56 is contracted, and the latch hook 53 is rotationally moved from the locking position to the unlocking position. When the user no longer presses the key 59, the movable block 58 and the key 59 will move to the initial position under the action of the return spring 57, at which point the latch hook 53 returns to the latched position. Thus, the user can control the state of the shackle 53 by pressing the key 59.
Fig. 4 shows the structure of the latch hook 53 in the handle 5. As shown in fig. 4, the latch hook 53 includes two arm portions extending in two directions from the position of the latch hole 53 a. One of the arm portions has a tension spring hole 53b at an end thereof for connection with a tension spring 56. The end of the other arm is provided with a shackle head 53c. The latch 54 is inserted into the latch hole 53a and then fixed to the handle holder 55 by the latch fixing block 52, so that both arms of the latch hook can be rotated centering on the latch 54 by the tension spring 56. When the tension spring 56 contracts, both arms of the latch hook 53 rotate in the counterclockwise direction to the unlock position. The end of fry vat button 2 is now free to enter or withdraw from handle seat slot 55 a. When the tension spring 56 is stretched, both arm portions of the latch hook 53 rotate in the clockwise direction. At the moment, the locking hook head 53c can be inserted into the frying barrel locking hole 21 at the end of the frying barrel locking 2, so that the frying barrel locking 2 is locked inside the handle 5, and the handle 5 and the frying barrel 1 are fixedly installed together.
The invention also relates to an air fryer. The air fryer includes the fry vat assembly described above.
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of an air fryer in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. In fig. 5, the fry vat assembly is installed in an air fryer. When it is desired to install handle 5, the user aligns handle socket slot 55a with fry vat set 2 and pushes handle 5 to bring the end of fry vat set 2 into handle 5. Under the pushing force of the user, the end of the fryer vat buckle 2 abuts against the locking hook head 53c, so that the locking hook head 53c moves downward. When the fryer pot hole 21 moves over the latch hook head 53c, the latch hook head 53 snaps up into the fryer pot hole 21, thereby entering a locked position. At which point the handle 5 has been successfully fixedly mounted to the frying tub 1 (as shown in fig. 5). When the user needs to detach the handle 5, the key 59 needs to be pressed first. The push button 59 pushes the slider 58 toward the latch hook 53 under the user's pressure, so that the tension spring 56 contracts (while compressing the return spring 57), thereby rotationally moving the latch hook 53 from the locking position to the unlocking position (the latch hook head 53c is disengaged from the blast hole button 21). At this time, the end of the fry vat catch 2 is no longer locked by the locking hook 53 and can be freely pulled out of the handle 5, thereby realizing the disassembly of the handle 5. The handle 5 can be placed inside the frying barrel 1 after being detached, so that the storage space required by the whole frying barrel assembly and the air fryer is effectively reduced.
So far, some specific embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail by way of examples, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the above examples are only for illustrative purposes and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope and spirit of the present invention.
