a lever member rotatably pivoted on the door assembly, the lever member including a first end coupled to the hinge shaft and a second end coupled to the handle.
4. A multi-mode home cooker as claimed in claim 3, wherein the handle is provided with a protrusion for pressing against the second end.
5. The multi-mode home cooker as claimed in claim 1, wherein a locking assembly capable of locking the handle is further provided on the door assembly, the locking assembly comprising:
the fixed sleeve is fixedly arranged on the body, and the handle is rotationally arranged on the fixed sleeve; and
and a resilient locking mechanism provided between the fixing sleeve and the handle and configured to be capable of being coupled to or decoupled from the handle to lock or release the handle.
6. The multi-mode home cooker as claimed in claim 5, wherein the elastic locking mechanism comprises:

8. The multi-mode home cooker as claimed in claim 1, wherein at least one hook is provided on the door assembly, and the fryer assembly is detachably coupled to the door assembly through the hook.

The multi-mode home cooker of claim 8 wherein the fryer assembly includes a pot holder, a pot body, and a bakeware, a back side of the pot holder being provided with a hook mating portion that mates with the hook; the pot body is fixedly connected with the pot frame, and the baking tray is arranged in the pot body.
10. The multi-mode home cooker of any one of claims 1-9 further comprising an electronic control assembly for user operation to switch oven modes or deep fat modes, said electronic control assembly comprising:
the first switch is electrically connected with the baking and heating device and used for enabling a user to start or stop an oven mode; and
and the second switch is electrically connected with the hot air circulating device so as to enable a user to start or stop the oven mode.
