Claims (10)

1. A cooking appliance, characterized by comprising a fry basket assembly (2) and a pan body (5), the fry basket assembly (2) comprises a fry basket (21) and a handle (3) connected with the fry basket (21), the frying basket (21) is positioned at the inner side of the pot body (5), the handle (3) is detachably connected with the pot body (5) through a movable locking mechanism (6), the handle (3) comprises a handle main body (31), and a movable button (32) and a sliding body (33) which are arranged on the handle main body (31), the movable button (32) and the movable locking mechanism (6) are linked, the sliding body (33) comprises a blocking position located on the moving path of the movable button (32) and a free position away from the moving path, when the sliding body (33) is located at a blocking position, the sliding body (33) is in blocking fit with the movable button (32).
2. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the movable button (32) is provided with a snap-in portion (321) on a side corresponding to the sliding body (33), the first end portion (331) of the sliding body (33) being able to snap into the snap-in portion (321).
3. The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein a first guide hole (36) is opened on the outer surface of the handle body (31), and the movable button (32) is slidably fitted with the first guide hole (36); and a second guide hole (37) communicated with the first guide hole (36) is further formed in the handle main body (31), and the second guide hole (37) is in sliding fit with the sliding body (33).
4. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, further comprising a housing in which the pan (5) is mounted, the sliding body (33) being in blocking engagement with the housing.
5. The cooking appliance according to claim 4, wherein the sliding body (33) is movable radially with respect to the pan (5), the sliding body (33) being in blocking engagement with the housing during the mounting of the pan (5) in the housing, so that the sliding body (33) is moved from the free position to the blocking position.
6. The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the sliding body (33) is provided with an operating portion (332), the handle (3) further comprises a third guiding hole (38) for accommodating the operating portion (332), the third guiding hole (38) is communicated with the second guiding hole (37), and the operating portion (332) is movable in the third guiding hole (38) along the extending direction of the second guiding hole (37).
7. The cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the third guide hole (38) opens to the outside of the handle (3), and the operating portion (332) is exposed to the outside of the handle (3) through the third guide hole (38).

The cooking appliance according to claim 6, wherein the second guide hole (37) includes a first section (371) having a large inner contour size and a second section (372) having a small inner contour size, the third guide hole (38) communicates with the first section (371), and the slider (33) is located in portions on both sides of the operating portion (332), one of which has an outer contour size matching the inner contour size of the first section (371) and the other of which has an outer contour size matching the inner contour size of the second section (372).

The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the movable locking mechanism (6) comprises a rotating shaft (61) fixed on the handle body (31) and a locking lever (62) rotatably fixed on the rotating shaft (61), one end of the locking lever (62) is connected with the movable button (32), and the other end of the locking lever (62) is provided with a hook part (63) capable of hooking on the pot body (5).
10. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the movable button (32) has a detent (322), the detent (322) being snappable against an aperture edge of the first guide hole (36) to limit disengagement of the movable button (32) from the handle body (31); and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the handle (3) further comprises an elastic member (35), and the elastic member (35) is abutted between the handle body (31) and the movable button (32).
