Abstract

The application discloses a rights and interests management method, a rights and interests management device and a rights and interests management system, which can be applied to a rights and interests management platform, wherein the rights and interests management platform is used for managing a plurality of rights and interests issuing platforms, and the plurality of rights and interests issuing platforms comprise a first platform. Technical Field

Background

With the rapid development of economy, enterprises pay more attention to the quality of service of customers in order to improve their competitiveness. Taking the aviation industry as an example, in order to improve the travel experience of users, various rights and interests (for example, transit free accommodation, transit free meals, ticket purchase and reduction coupons or interchange with airports in the same city, etc.) are released by combining various channels, such as online travel enterprises (OTA), flight ticket ordering clients or airport clients.

However, in the prior art, the rights and interests issuing channels are independent of each other, and the staff need to create corresponding platforms for the channels to realize rights and interests management, so that the operation is complex, and the management efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The application provides a rights management method, a rights management device and a rights management system, rights of all channels can be effectively managed, a corresponding platform does not need to be established for all channels, and management efficiency is improved.

In a first aspect, the present application provides a rights and interests management method, applied to a rights and interests management platform, where the rights and interests management platform is used to manage multiple rights and interests issuance platforms, where the multiple rights and interests issuance platforms include a first platform, and the method includes:

receiving a first request in response to a request operation of a first user for claiming a first right at the first platform, wherein the first request comprises identification of the first user and relevant information of the first right;

if the first user is determined to accord with the receiving condition of the first right based on the identification of the first user, determining a second right to be issued based on the related information of the first right;

and sending a first right and interests issue notice to the first platform, wherein the first right and interests issue notice comprises the relevant information of the second right and interests, and the first right and interests issue notice is used for instructing the first platform to issue the second right and interests to the account of the first user.

Optionally, the plurality of rights issuing platforms includes a second platform, the method further comprising:

receiving a second request in response to a request operation of a second user for claiming a third right at the second platform, wherein the second request comprises the identification of the second user and relevant information of the third right;

if the second user is determined to accord with the receiving condition of the third right based on the identification of the second user, determining a fourth right to be issued based on the related information of the third right;

and sending a second rights and interests issuance notice to the second platform, wherein the second rights and interests issuance notice comprises the relevant information of the fourth rights and interests, and the second rights and interests issuance notice is used for instructing the second platform to issue the fourth rights and interests to the account of the second user.

receiving a third request in response to the first user requesting a requested operation at the first platform using the first equity, the third request including an identification of the first user and information relating to the first equity;

Detailed Description

The embodiments of the present application relate to a plurality of numbers greater than or equal to two. It should be noted that, in the description of the embodiments of the present application, the terms "first", "second", and the like are used for distinguishing the description, and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or order.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. In the prior art, in order to improve the travel experience of a user, various rights and interests (for example, transit free accommodation, transit free meals, ticket purchase discount coupons or interchange with an airport in the city, etc.) are released by combining an airline company and an airport with various channels, for example, an online travel enterprise (OTA), a travel ticket ordering client or an airport client. However, each rights and interests issuing channel is independent, and the staff needs to create a corresponding platform for each channel to realize rights and interests management, for example, the staff needs to stop issuing a certain right and interests, but because the channels issuing the rights and interests are many and independent, the staff needs to issue a notification for stopping the rights and interests one by one on the management platforms corresponding to a plurality of channels, so that the response from the notification to be issued to each channel has certain hysteresis, the operation is complicated, and the management efficiency is low.

Based on this, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for rights management, in which when a user wants to obtain a first right in a first platform (any one of multiple rights issuing platforms), the first platform may trigger a domain of the first right by clicking or the like, so that a rights management platform capable of managing multiple rights issuing platforms may receive a first request in response to a request operation such as clicking or the like that the first user requests to receive the first right in the first platform, where the first request includes an identifier of the first user and information related to the first right; then, if the rights management platform determines that the first user meets the receiving condition of the first rights based on the identifier of the first user, determining a second rights to be issued based on the related information of the first rights; then, the right management platform sends a first right issue notice including the related information of the second right to the first platform, and after receiving the first right issue notice, the first platform can issue the second right to the account of the first user on the first platform. The use information of the first platform comprises a use stage or browsing records of the first user, wherein the use stage refers to each time node of ticket purchase, check-in, consignment, transfer or arrival of the first user, and the rights management platform can analyze the portrait of the user according to the use stage or browsing records (obtained after the user is authorized) of the first user, so that appropriate rights information is pushed to the user.

It should be noted that the first right and the second right may be the same right or different rights. In other implementations, the plurality of rights issuance platforms includes a second platform, the method further comprising: receiving a second request in response to a request operation of a second user for claiming a third right at the second platform, wherein the second request comprises an identification of the second user and relevant information of the third right; if the second user is determined to accord with the receiving condition of the third right based on the identification of the second user, determining a fourth right to be issued based on the related information of the third right; and sending a second rights and interests issuance notice to the second platform, wherein the second rights and interests issuance notice comprises the relevant information of the fourth rights and interests, and the second rights and interests issuance notice is used for instructing the second platform to issue the fourth rights and interests to the account of the second user.
